Amanda Frances may be unsure about returning to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but Rihanna has already made her opinion very clear.
As rumors continue to swirl about the Season 16 cast, Amanda revealed that the global superstar personally reached out to encourage her not to walk away from the Bravo series after just one season.
The RHOBH star took to Threads on Friday and shared a screenshot of a direct message Rihanna sent her on Instagram. In the message, Rihanna appeared to urge Amanda to give Housewives another shot.
“No, no, NOPE!!! No quitting!!!! You’re gonna have your redemption I promise you!!! We need more of you!” Rihanna wrote.
Amanda, who is also known as the “Money Queen” and runs an online manifestation business, seemed shocked by the message and joked that Rihanna’s opinion may be enough to make her reconsider.
“Wait… if Rihanna says I have to do a second season, then do i have to do a second season? Ummm… if The Queen says?!” Amanda captioned the screenshot.
In a follow-up post, Amanda added, “Also… Rihanna knows who I am?”
The moment comes as Amanda has been openly discussing whether she would return to RHOBH for Season 16. While speaking to Extra, Amanda recently said she had not been formally asked back yet, though she believed there was a good chance producers would reach out.
“I think there’s a good chance they’re going to, but then I have to decide, ‘Do I want to do that again?’” Amanda said.
Amanda explained that Housewives took up much more of her life than viewers may realize.
“You’ve gotta understand, it’s like three months of filming, but then it’s like six months of interviews, and then the show starts coming out and it’s media. I was cast this time last year — that means it did take one year of my life,” she said.
Amanda added that filming impacted her creativity and business focus, saying, “It did take a full year, and it was a lot of the year. And I was still obviously running my business, doing my thing, but during the filming chunk of the year, it actually takes up a lot of psychological space doing the show.”
She continued, “I wasn’t having, like, creative business ideas. I wasn’t thinking about the next launch. I wasn’t in the space to create and do what I think I’m here to do, you know? The show took a lot.”
Still, Amanda admitted the exposure from RHOBH has also been meaningful for her business.
“But then again, you have all these new people reading my book, checking out my courses, and that feels very meaningful,” she said.
Amanda’s first season on RHOBH was far from quiet. She found herself in drama with Bozoma “Boz” Saint John after Boz questioned her business and later suggested it had a “cult” like element.
Amanda admitted the comment hurt her feelings, explaining, “The cult thing did hurt my feelings, because that’s the idea that I would control people, that’s the idea that I would somehow like take away their free will… I do the opposite. I help women think for themselves, get out of any situation that they’re in that’s controlling them and holding them back.”
Despite the tension, Amanda has said she believes she and Boz could move forward.
“I honestly really believe that it should be fairly easy for her and I to get along. We had off-camera moments where we got along very well. We had on-camera moments where I thought we understood each other very well… But, like, I don’t think there’s any inherent reason to have, like, beef. I personally don’t,” Amanda stated.
Now, with Rihanna publicly rooting for Amanda’s return, fans are wondering if the “Money Queen” will manifest her way back into Beverly Hills for another season.
