RHOBH star Kyle Richards met her husband Mauricio Umansky back in 1994. They met at a nightclub when Kyle was 23, and he proposed that same year. 20 years later and Mauricio has built a $57 billion real-estate empire. He founded his own company in 2011 and has a global sales volume of $57.4 billion dollars. He currently has 70 offices and has expanded in Canada, Mexico, the Netherlands, Turks and Caicos, the DR, Cayman Islands and the Bahamas. Mauricio recently attended the largest real estate conference in the country and credited his success to his brother-in-law, Rick Hilton. New York posts reports that Mauricio was earning more than $200,000 in commissions and was known as their number one agent more than eight years straight Mauricio Umansky said, “You know what I did back then, is I actually started being a contrarian, as a real estate agent, and I started buying. I owned the LA Times from the perspective of taking out advertisements. So if you opened up the LA Times, it was like 30 pages and I was on 20 of them. My goal is to be the biggest global luxury real estate boutique in the world” He adds that things weren’t always smooth especially when it came to his competitor, Compass, “We were born at the same time, six months apart — on different coasts — with very similar idealisms and cultures. They just raised $2 billion, and I raised $1 million. And I didn’t even raise it, I put it up. And so we’ve grown you know, they grew with a $2 billion kitty and I grew with a $1 million kitty. hey are our competitors, but they’re our collaborators … we do a lot of business together. Our agencies do co-listings. But by the way, when you’re selling the house, and you have a buyer and a seller rep, we’re like collaborating. I need them to sell my product and I want to sell their products … so I don’t see it as a huge competition. I want them to do great. So this is to me, it’s not a race. I’m only worried about how we do,” Mauricio explains. Umansky, 54, ended with saying that he is hoping his firm can stand its ground on quality over quantity saying, “Bank of America is the biggest, but I want to be Goldman Sachs.”

The Giudice family is doing some major celebrating this weekend as Teresa Giudice‘s second oldest daughter, Gabriella Giudice, got accepted into the University of Michigan. The family celebrated Gabriella’s news by showering her with flowers and yellow and blue balloons. The 18-year-old beamed with happiness in the video clips. However, in June of 2022, Teresa gushed on Instagram about her brilliant daughter. “My beautiful Gabriella, you never cease to amaze me. I’m so proud of what you’ve accomplished. We all see the amount of effort and hard [work] you put into everything you do! I’m a super proud mom today and every day. Love you beyond words,” Teresa wrote alongside a photo showing off a slew of excellence certificates Gabriella received at the end of the school year. During the upcoming thirteenth season of RHONJ, fans will hear from Gabriella, according to her older sister Gia Giudice. Late last year, Gia revealed that her sister will speak up for the first time on RHONJ. “My sister Gabriella is very private, but this season … you’ll see! She finally spoke, because she was like, ‘Nobody ever sees me speak my opinion on this show, so for me to actually speak it now will speak volumes.’ Because she doesn’t usually speak on it,” Gia revealed to RHOSLC’s Mark Brooks on In the Know. “I was really proud of her for doing that,” the 22-year-old added. Some worrisome news out of the OC.. Lindsey Knickerbocker has been making headlines recently, and it’s causing quite a stir. On Friday night, AllAboutTRH received a message from podcaster, Kate Casey, that Tammy Knickerbocker’s daughter Lindsey Knickerbocker was missing. Kate said that Tammy asked if we could share a post in hopes that anyone in the Las Vegas area has seen Lindsey. Naturally, we shared the post to all of our social media accounts in hopes that it would help locate Lindsey.
Tammy and her other daughter Meghan Knickerbocker pleaded on social media for everyone in the Las Vegas area to keep their eyes open for Lindsey. According to Meghan, their “last contact” with Lindsey was January 9, and noted that “she was scared for her life.”  “No one has heard from her since. Absolutely gone with a trace,” Meghan shared. RHOBH: The Irreplaceable Lisa Rinna

Lisa Rinna is irreplaceable, accoridng to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills executive producer Alex Baskin. Baskin admitted that it will be difficult to replace Rinna following her exit ahead of season 13. “I think you never look to replace someone who just departed — because there is only one Lisa Rinna,” Baskin told Page Six at the 2023 Realscreen Summit in Austin, TX, on Monday. There are currently several spots to fill within the RHOBH cast before production begins for season 13. On top of Rinna’s exit, Diana Jenkins also announced her departure in early January. “I think you look for someone who is going to both fit in and stand out,” Baskin noted. However, finding that diamond in the rough can be “really hard,” according to Baskin. “You want someone who has relationships with the rest of the group, someone who will be a real girlfriend to them and, at the same time, someone who will make a distinct impression,” he explained. Baskin also discussed how the reunions are becoming more challenging as the franchises evolve. He then noted that the RHOBH season 12 reunion is a perfect example of that, noting that “it was horrible” to see Rinna repeatedly faceoff with Kathy Hilton. “They’re harder and harder. I think we cover more, and, in general, nothing is off-limits with the shows. Because the audience is so involved in the reunions … everything under the sun is thought of and asked,” he admitted. “It does take a lot of stamina. I always say the season is a marathon and the reunion is a sprint, and you’re dead-tired at the end.” All in all, the producers and stars of the Real Housewives are proud of the shows they create. “It’s a great franchise. We’re really proud of it. The people who work on the shows love the shows,” Kathleen French, SVP, Current Production, who works on RHOBH and the Real Housewives of Miami, added.
“I think the women are proud of what they do, and speaking both as an executive producer and also as a network exec, I’m so proud of the franchise as well.”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is expected to return for season 13 in 2023.

This is why veteran Housewives producer, Lauren Kaylor, was surprised when she uncovered Lenny’s rant. “You just never know what’s there, and you don’t always know what’s happening at these parties until you get back into the edit bay, and you can really dissect and get into it,” Kathleen French, the Senior Vice President of Production told Page Six Monday at the 2023 Realscreen Summit in Austin, Tx. French reveals that it took Kaylor “hours and hours and hours” to track down Lenny’s whispered mic moment. As RHOM fans know, during the hot mic moment, Lenny revealed his plans to leave his wife, Lisa Hochstein, for his girlfriend, Katharina Mazepa. “One day, [Kaylor] was having a sandwich, and she said, ‘I want to know what Lenny was doing during the party.’ … She was listening to his audio the whole time, and she was the one who found the hot mic moment juxtaposed with Lisa outside talking about how wonderful the marriage is,” French explained. She continued, “There’s a certain style of producer. And I call them ‘part ferret’ because they just get in there and they listen. They’re looking for things, and they just have an intuitive sense of what’s happened. It’s really what makes ‘Housewives’ ‘Housewives.’”
Season 5 of the Real Housewives of Miami is currently airing on Peacock, with new episodes dropping every Thursday.

On Thursday’s episode of Sirus XM’s Jeff Lewis Live, Melissa Gorga confessed that she thought Kyle used Ozempic to transform her body. “I’m not gonna lie, when I first saw her, I was like, ‘Ooh, she’s taking that stuff,’” the Real Housewives of New Jersey star admitted. “And then, when she said that, I’m like, ‘Oh, OK, maybe not.’ You know, I don’t know. I didn’t even text her and ask her,” Melissa explained. Jeff, on the other hand, wasn’t buying Kyle’s claim that she never used the drug. “I think what she did is probably went off of it to be like, ‘I’m not on it!’ So, she’s not technically lying,” Jeff said, noting that he didn’t believe Kyle’s story about cutting out carbs, sugar, and booze to drop the weight. “I love her, but it’s not just not drinking since July – I mean, come on,” he quipped. While Melissa thinks Kyle “looks great,” she revealed that several people in her “inner circle” are using the drug, and they are becoming “stick figures.” “They are turning into stick figures and like, I’m not about that,” she said. “I like more of a womanly figure like Jennifer Lopez – to me, that’s a body.” Jeff admitted he’s looking into using the drug to drop some pounds. Meanwhile, RHONJ’s Jackie Goldschneider, along with RHOC’s Tamra Judge, slammed Ozempic on PEOPLE‘s Instagram. According to Jackie, Ozempic is “an eating disorder in a needle.” Tamra agreed, saying, “I can’t believe anyone would put this in their body for anything other than diabetes. The word on the street in Potomac is that Juan Dixon is allegedly a cheater-cheater pumpkin eater. A new report, shared by Georgio Says on TikTok, alleges that Robyn Dixon’s husband was dating a woman towards the end of the COVID-19 pandemic. Georgia claims he was “reached out” to by the woman who allegedly had a romantic relationship with Juan for over a year during COVID. “I date him during the end of COVID for over a year,” the anonymous woman claimed. “Last time I was there was about 70 weeks ago. He’s a player. Kyle Richards is addressing it all! The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills OG appeared on the January 23rd episode of Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge’s Two T’s in a Pod podcast, where she revealed why she hasn’t turned her back on Erika Jayne amid her legal woes. She also reveals who in the RHOBH cast she is closest to and addresses some of the season 13 casting rumors going around social media. “These girls are all important to me, the women on the show, some more than others, obviously. I have a history with them, and when I have had hard times, they really have been there for me, which is why it’s hard,” Kyle said. She also revealed why she has a hard time going against some of her RHOBH costars. Kyle notes that it was “[her] idea” to bring “both of [her] sisters,” Kim Richards and Kathy Hilton, on RHOBH. Over the years, Kyle has had a turbulent relationship with her sisters, and because of this, she finds it hard to turn her back on co-stars that have supported her during those difficult times with her sisters. “We get called out like, ‘Why aren’t you calling out Erika and yelling at her?’ Even though I know what the audience is saying, I’m not stupid. I read the same things. I understand that people are like, ‘What the hell? Give the earrings back.’ I get all that,” Kyle explained. “It’s very hard when someone’s been there for you for seven years and when I didn’t have my sisters … When she’s calling me and saying, ‘I just want you to know, Kyle, I’m really proud of you. You’ve done an incredible job with American Woman,’” she added. Kyle pointed out that Erika and some of the other women on RHOBH have really “[shown] up to [her] events” while “really supportive” of her and her endeavors over the last few years. “It’s really hard. That’s probably the hardest thing about the Housewives, to sit there, ‘I’m gonna call you out.’ Really? This person’s been nothing but kind to me. So I have to split myself and go, ‘I understand what we’re reading, but we don’t know the truth yet, so I’m going to reserve judgment because she’s been a good friend to me,’” she continued. When it comes to those casting rumors surrounding season 13 of RHOBH, Kyle says everything out there “is a lie.” “They keep saying that certain people are joining, [but it is] not true. Every year it’s like this. It’s so weird,” she quipped. As for who in the RHOBH cast she is closest to, Kyle gives that title to Dorit Kemsley and Sutton Stracke. “I’ve always had a great relationship with Sutton [but] they don’t show it. We talk all the time. We like to talk in the morning. We’ll stay on the phone for like an hour. She’s really fun and funny, and I love that about her,” Kyle said. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is expected to return for season 13 in 2023.
