The truth about Raquel Leviss and James Kennedy’s split came to light during part one of the Vanderpump Rules season 9 reunion.

Raquel and James dropped more than one bombshell to kick off the season 9 reunion. The now-former couple announced their split at the start of the reunion when Raquel revealed that she called off her engagement to James.

As for what caused the split, Raquel confessed that she didn’t believe James was her soulmate and had nightmares about getting married to the DJ. This ultimately pushed her to end their relationship.

However, that was only the tip of the iceberg. Raquel also explained that things between her and James haven’t been good in a long time and that they haven’t had sex in a very long time.

This shocked everyone, from fans to the Pump Rules cast and reunion host Andy Cohen.

When Andy asked how long it’s been since the now-former couple had sex, Raquel admitted that she and James hadn’t slept together since he sent her rage those rage texts. Scheana Shay quickly pointed out that James’ rage texts were from two summers ago.

Fans reacted to this bombshell on social media, and it’s safe to say the news gobsmacked them.

“What? James and Raquel haven’t had sex in two years? Damnnnnnnn!” one fan tweeted.

It’s all happening!

Investigators have finally linked stolen client funds from Tom Girardi’s Girardi Keese law firm to Erika Girardi’s lavish lifestyle.

According to attorney Ronald Richards, a motion has been filed for Erika to turn over $1.5M earrings bought with stolen money from Tom’s clients. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star allegedly refuses to return them and could go to jail if she continues to disobey orders to turn over the jewels.

“Here is the motion seeking the turnover of Erika Girardi’s aka @erikajayne‘s now worth $1.5M earrings allegedly stolen from client funds and given to her. She has refused to return them. If she disobeys a turnover order, she will go to jail,” Richards tweeted.

Tom purchased the earrings in March 2007 when he issued a check from the GK Client Trust Account to M&M Jewelers for $750,000 before giving them to Erika as a gift.

The once famed attorney listed the jewelry purchase as a “cost” in the GK Rezulin Trust Account ledger and never gave any further details on the payment. The Rezulin Trust ledger shows that Tom took over $22 million from the account over the years.

As a result, Erika has no legal rights to the earrings purchased with the stolen money. The motion requests that Erika return the earrings so that the trustee overseeing Tom’s bankruptcy case can sell the earrings.

Richards then shared receipts proving the claims listed in the motion.

Bravo Fires Jennie Nguyen From RHOSLC; Cast Is ‘So Relieved’

Bravo is saying buh-bye to Jennie Nguyen.

On Tuesday, January 25 the network announced that Jennie was let go from the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.

“Bravo has ceased filming with Jennie Nguyen and she will no longer be a cast member of ‘The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.’ We recognize we failed to take appropriate action once her offensive social media posts were brought to our attention. Moving forward, we will work to improve our processes to ensure we make better informed and more thoughtful casting decisions,” the network announced in a statement on social media.

Page Six later revealed that the RHOSLC cast couldn’t be happier that Bravo took away Jennie’s snowflake.

“Everyone is so relieved that Jennie was fired,” a source close to production revealed. “Absolutely nobody wanted to film with her or be associated with her after the social media drama.”

The insider added, “The entire cast is excited to see her go.”

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City airs on Sundays at 9 p.m. ET.

On Sunday, Meredith Marks admitted that she should probably quit the show.

During a Q & A on Twitter, one Bravo fan asked: “Question is for Meredith, why are you still on the show? It seems like you hate it.”

Meredith replied, “Good question. I should quit since most of the women enjoy spreading lies about me and my family. Not a problem.”

Oops! It seems that Tamra Judge accidentally spilled the beans on some major reality TV news.

The former Real Housewives of Orange County star accidentally leaked some news about season 3 of Celebrity Big Brother.

In a post on her Instagram Stories, Tamra shared a screenshot of the show notes for the January 27 episode of her and Teddi Mellencamp’s podcast, Two T’s in a Pod.

One of the notes revealed that the former Housewives would be making a Celebrity Big Brother announcement on their podcast.

“Episode 2: (to air 1/27…big brother announcement episode),” read the show notes.

Initially, many fans believed that this meant the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was joining Celebrity Big Brother; however, it seems that Tamra could be in the running to join the cast as well.

On January 24, Bravo Insider Dave Quinn tweeted: “I keep seeing rumors that there’s going to be a former Housewife on CELEBRITY BIG BROTHER this season. Well, there definitely is at least one — but I haven’t seen her name out there yet. I won’t spoil, but she’ll have people talking, I can tell you that…”

Erika Jayne’s Estranged Husband Tom Giardi Denied Discharge In Bankruptcy Court Allowing Creditors To Go After Former Famed Attorney

The hits just keep coming for disgraced attorney Tom Girardi.

According to Radar Online, Erika Jayne’s estranged husband will NOT wipe his debts clean with his involuntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

Court documents reveal that the judge presiding over Tom’s case ruled that the once famed lawyer cannot discharge his debts in his bankruptcy.

Tom’s now-defunct law firm, Girardi Keese, is currently in the middle of its own pending Chapter 7 bankruptcy case.

According to the judge, Tom’s bankruptcy case was dismissed due to two legal statutes.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills husband is accused of having “concealed, destroyed, mutilated, falsified, or failed to keep or preserve any recorded information, including books, documents, records, and papers, from which the debtor’s financial condition or business transactions might be ascertained.”

This means that Tom’s financial records were a mess, and as a result, the trustee overseeing the bankruptcy was unable to manage the estate.

The judge also noted that Tom failed to explain the “loss of assets or deficiency of assets to meet the debtor’s liabilities.” Basically, Tom can’t explain where the money he should have had in his possession went.

Now, Tom’s creditors can now start going after the once famed lawyer. The creditors do NOT have to go through the federal courts and can find alternative ways to seize Tom’s assets.

As for Erika, she is demanding damages from Tom and his law firm, saying they both caused her harm. She’s also complaining about Tom’s victims coming after her money as she believes it to be unfair.

The reality TV star is also reminding the court that she and Tom do not have a prenup. Because of this, she wants 1/2 of whatever is left over after Tom’s victims get paid out.

RHOBH is expected to return to Bravo in Spring 2022.

Andy Cohen is FINALLY addressing Jennie Nguyen’s controversial 2020 Facebook posts which resurfaced last week.

The Watch What Happens Live host called Jennie’s posts “disgusting” and “upsetting.”

“The posts were very upsetting … and disgusting,” Andy said on the January 24th episode of his SiriusXM show, “Radio Andy.”

Andy noted that he and Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Lisa Barlow only briefly addressed the scandal on Sunday’s WWHL because it was taped last week only hours after Jennie’s posts began making waves online.

“People were very upset about the lack of discussion on last night’s episode relating to Jennie’s disgusting and upsetting posts, and I’ve also seen all the tweets wanting to know what’s being done about those posts,” he explained.

“I just want to say, in case anyone doesn’t realize it, that there are many serious discussions happening right now about everything — about everything,” he added. “And I can’t address the situation right now, but it will be addressed very soon, and thank you for your patience.”

Meanwhile, a source tells Entertainment Tonight that Jennie has NOT been fired from RHOSLC however her future on the show hangs in the balance.

ET’s Brice Sander tweeted: “No one’s been fired, Jen is actively filming season 3 and the cast is taking the Jennie posts very seriously — we will see it addressed on the show (in season 3) and likely sooner. The only person not filming is Mary, who effectively quit.”

A report from ET later explained that the Salt Lake City Housewives are “outraged” over Jennie’s post. The source went on to reveal that the RHOSLC cast plans to “hit [Nguyen] hard” on camera about the posts while filming season 3, which started filming last week.

“It’s raw, but warranted,” the source adds, noting that the RHOSLC cast is taking a “we won’t tolerate racism” stance.

Another source later revealed that there’s still a big question mark hanging around Jennie’s fate on the show.

“It’s still very early on. Who knows what’s going to happen with Jennie? She may not stick around for the whole season,” the source said, adding that Bravo has yet to finalize the season 3 cast.

The source explained that the network is currently testing out new women that could become snowflake holders or friends of the Housewives.

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City airs on Sundays at 9 p.m. ET.

Life behind the Orange County gates isn’t always what it seems!

Noella Bergener reveals that she continues to struggle after her estranged husband, James Bergener, took away her access to their money. Real Housewives of Orange County fans will continue to witness Noella’s legal battle unfold during season 16.

“Everything’s exactly the same. He cut off my credit cards [and they] have not been turned back on. I have access to one singular credit card,” Noella, 36, told Us Weekly on Tuesday, January 4. “It’s a number that’s through Instacart at Amazon. We’re just buying everything we can through Amazon, like stocking up on, like, a year’s worth of diapers.”

She notes that she and James have had no conversations about the next steps of their divorce. She adds that he could shut off her access to her only credit card at any time.

“He could shut it off at any moment. Then I literally would have to look at some serious options. There’s been no changes in the finances. He’s not paid rent,” she continued. “We’re currently squatting in our 10,000 square foot mansion, which is very eerie.”

Noella added that it’s been hard to adjust to her new normal.

“I hate this. I’ve never gone my life without paying a bill. So to feel like I’m just constantly apologizing to our property manager — and they have been so amazing and very understanding. But I understand we have an obligation and that he’s run from them is icky.”

The RHOC newbie is hopeful that a divorce settlement will allow her to be “in control” of her finances once again however she admitted that she is “not scared to work.”

“I’m ready to provide for my family, and I don’t wanna ever be in this position ever again where I’m financially relying on any man. I learned a lot.”

As for James, he tells Us Weekly, “Specifically, as to the ‘mansion,’ this should come as no surprise to Noella, as it was only leased for the filming of the RHOC and leased through November 2021. I met all my legal obligations through the end of the lease.”

The Real Housewives of Orange County airs on Wednesdays at 9 pm EST on Bravo.

Many fans believe Jen may have gotten in hot water with Bravo because she named Jennie directly in her statement while the rest of the Salt Lake City Housewives did not.

However, Andy Cohen later cleared the air and insisted that the network has not fired Jen.

“If you fired Jen for posting about Jennie…” one fan messaged Andy.

The WWHL host replied, “We didn’t.”

Meanwhile, sources say that Bravo is still actively casting for RHOSLC as filming for season 3 commences.

“My boss was just contacted on Instagram by the casting director of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City and they said they are still casting and looking for diverse women! HOT TEA!” a source told Deux Moi.

RHOSLC_casting later confirmed the rumors telling Deux Moi, “Yes, we are still looking for some additional women!”
