The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is still living in the former couple’s Los Angeles home with their two children, and PK has been pushing the court to let him list the property for sale immediately.

But according to TMZ, that is not happening right now.

A hearing was held over PK’s emergency request to list the six-bedroom, ten-bathroom mansion, which is reportedly worth around $6 million.

Dorit’s attorney, Samantha Spector, argued in court that there was no actual emergency requiring the home to be put on the market right away.

The judge agreed.

For now, the house is not being listed for sale, and the issue will be revisited at another hearing on August 26.

This is the latest development in Dorit and PK’s increasingly bitter financial fight.

PK has claimed the home is at risk of foreclosure and has argued that Dorit is ignoring the seriousness of their financial situation while continuing to live in the property.

He has also accused Dorit of spending heavily on designer clothes, travel and other expenses while allegedly failing to prioritize the mortgage.

Dorit, however, has pushed back hard on that narrative.

Her position has been that PK has the money to bring the home’s payments current and that he should be covering the bills because he is not currently paying formal child support or spousal support.

PK, on the other hand, says he paid the bills for months after the split but stopped once he moved into his own home.

The dispute over the house has become one of the biggest flashpoints in their divorce.

Dorit and PK separated in May 2024 after nearly a decade of marriage. Since then, their divorce has become increasingly public, with both sides accusing the other of mismanaging money and refusing to take responsibility for the family’s finances.

For Dorit, keeping the home off the market for now is a temporary win.

For PK, the fight is far from over.

The judge is expected to revisit the issue later this month, meaning the fate of the former couple’s L.A. mansion is still very much up in the air.

But for now, Dorit and the kids are staying put.
