Dorit Kemsley is making new claims about her marriage to PK Kemsley as their divorce battle continues to play out.
According to new legal documents obtained by TMZ, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star claims PK controlled the family finances throughout their marriage and made her feel like asking questions about money meant she did not trust him.
In the filing, Dorit said plainly that “[PK] controlled the family finances.”
Dorit claims that when she tried to ask questions so she could better understand their finances and be included in financial decisions, PK allegedly treated those requests as an act of “distrust.”
Because of that, Dorit says she eventually stopped asking and relied on PK to handle their financial situation.
Now, she claims that left her naive about what was really going on behind the scenes.
Dorit also alleges that after their 2024 split, PK told her he would continue covering the bills. However, she says she later learned in February 2026 that the gas at their marital home was at risk of being shut off because of nonpayment.
According to Dorit, PK eventually made a payment to avoid the shutoff, but she claims he never told her that he had otherwise stopped paying the utilities.
Dorit says that caused significant arrears on the accounts and damaged her credit because the bills were in her name.
She also claims PK has broken “promise after promise” when it comes to paying bills.
The latest filing adds another messy layer to Dorit and PK’s already complicated divorce, which has included back-and-forth claims about income, spending, support and their former marital home.
PK, however, has pushed back with a very different version of events.
TMZ previously reported that PK claimed Dorit earns more than him through her RHOBH salary and endorsement deals. He also claimed he never promised to pay her bills forever after moving out of the marital home.
The financial disagreement comes after PK reportedly sought child support from Dorit, with his accountant allegedly calculating that Dorit should pay him $581 per month.
Court documents previously obtained by TMZ listed PK’s monthly income at $107,943, while Dorit’s income was redacted.
Dorit’s attorney, Ronald Richards, later claimed Dorit earns around $2 million per year through endorsements and disputed the idea that she should receive child or spousal support.
Dorit and PK announced their separation in May 2024 after nearly nine years of marriage. Dorit filed for divorce in April 2025. The former couple share two children, Jagger and Phoenix.
Despite both sides continuing to make claims in court, Dorit and PK have not yet reached a deal on their financial issues.
