Kim Zolciak claims Kroy Biermann is leaking information about their divorce to the press and files for a confidentiality order to stop details of their divorce from being released to public.
TMZ reports that Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak is accusing her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, of information about their divorce to the press according to a new court filing.
Kim Zolciak requested that the court issue a protective order which would redact certain names and financial records in the documents she submitted to the court as part of the estranged couple’s ongoing divorce case.
In the filing, the Bravoleb noted that there is a fair amount of public interest in her and Kroy’s divorce because of this she wants to protect herself by preventing media outlets from continuing to pry and dig up details on their divorce.
The 45-year-old mother of six said that embarrassing information has already leaked to the public and claims that Kroy is to blame.
Per court documents, Kim Zolciak claims she previously begged the former NFL star to agree to a confidentiality order but she has not been able to successfully get him to sign off on the idea. Because of this, the RHOA OG believes that Kroy is the one feeding negative stories about her to the press.
Last month, Kroy demanded half of what his estranged wife, Kim Zolciak, is making by hawking their gently used designer goods all across social media.
In court documents filed last month, the former NFL star claims that the Real Housewives of Atlanta OG “has and is in the process of selling some of the personal property” she acquired during their 11-year marriage.
The items Kim Zolciak is offloading include “an expansive collection of designer purses, shoes, and clothing, most of which has never been used and/or worn.”
Kroy Biermann claims the items are “worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.” He added that “it is unknown what [Zolciak] has done with the funds she received from the sale of the items.”
The retired NFL player has also accused his estranged wife of financially devastating their family thanks to gambling addiction.
The former Bravo couple have a $1.1 million dollar lien from the IRS on their Georgia hom , which is currently on the market for $5,500,000 after having “been set for foreclosure twice.” Truist Bank is believed to be moving forward with the foreclosure proceedings on the property after Kim and Kroy failed to offload the property by January 11, 2024.
Kim and Kroy wed in 2011. They share Kroy “KJ” Jr., 12, and Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 10 together. The former NFL star is also the adoptive father of Kim Zolciak’s daughters from previous relationships, Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 22.
The estranged couple’s marital issues first came to light in May 2023 when they both filed for divorce from each other after 12-years of marriage.
