Lisa Vanderpump Clarifies Her Comments After Getting Slammed For Speaking Out Against Raising West Hollywood Minimum Wage

Lisa Vanderpump is receiving tons of backlash after she urged West Hollywood’s city council this week to hold off on raising the local minimum wage to $17.64 an hour.

The ordinance passed and now becomes the highest minimum wage in the country. LVP owns three restaurants — SUR, Pump, and Tom Tom that fall under the new WeHo minimum wage.

The reality TV star’s opposition left a bad taste in many fans’ mouths. Fans quickly bashed the millionaire businesswoman on social media for being greedy and out of touch.

“I just implore you to really give this a lot of thought, because I do believe if we raise the minimum wage now, it’s going to be counterproductive,” LVP said via Zoom during the city council meeting late Wednesday, according to ABC 7 News.

“God forbid they make some sacrifices to their extremely lavish lifestyles to help keep their employees afloat when they’re worth $90 million,” one fan tweeted.

Another added, “if you can’t afford to pay wages to your employees then you can’t afford your business PERIOD.”

“Lisa is worth millions of dollars. How about she take a payout,” another Bravo fan wrote.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum later took to Twitter to clarify her remarks. According to LVP, she simply wanted the WeHo council to postpone the vote and consider taking another approach to raising the minimum wage.

“No, let me be clear, what we proposed to the city council was not to disregard the minimum wage – it was to approach it in a twofold manner,” she tweeted on Thursday.

She added that she hoped to delay the vote “until restaurants can get back on their feet during this deadly pandemic — so many have gone out of business, and others are faced with major debts they may not survive.”

Ramona Singer Denies Making Racist Comments About Eboni K. Williams Plus Find Out Why RHONY Reunion Was Really Scrapped

Ramona Singer is shutting down reports that she allegedly made racist comments about her Real Housewives of New York costar Eboni K. Williams.

According to a report by Page Six, an alleged racist comment made by Ramona ended up canceling the season 13 reunion and forcing Bravo to launch an investigation into racism.

A production source told Page Six that Ramona said, “This is why we shouldn’t have black people on the show” about Eboni after Luann de Lesseps kicked the RHONY newbie out of her home.

However, Ramona denies making the comments.

“I never said that. It’s a terrible lie. It’s very disappointing that even after my name was cleared that people still want to slander me,” she told Page Six in a statement.

The RHONY OG then noted that she signed a confidentiality agreement and couldn’t share her side of the story any further.

As a result of the incident, a source claims that Ramona had to undergo sensitivity training; however, a second source says that all Real Housewives cast members go through such programs.

This all came to light following a report from TMZ that revealed, ahead of the season 13 reunion, Eboni filed a formal complaint of racism against Ramona, which resulted in a third-party investigation.

RHONY cast and crew members sat down for interviews as part of the investigation that ultimately cleared Ramona. No proof corroborating Eboni’s claim was found. This investigation took weeks and kept forcing Bravo to push back filming for the season 13 reunion. At the end of the investigation, Bravo felt it was too late to film the reunion.

A source told TMZ, “It was already a low-rated season so there were concerns about who would tune in 3 months later.”

It turns out Eboni wasn’t the only one to file a formal complaint against Ramona. A crew member did the same prior to Eboni’s claim, which is why Eboni felt so strongly in making an official report about Ramona’s alleged behavior.

Meanwhile, reports are floating around that Ramona and Sonja Morgan are the only season 13 RHONY cast members that are returning for season 14.

Teddi Mellencamp says former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills costar Dorit Kemsley is doing well after becoming a victim of a gunpoint home invasion.

“She is so incredibly strong,” Teddi told “Access Hollywood” on Wednesday. “The way that she was able to handle everything, the way that her kids never had to know anything was going on, I mean, she’s just so beautiful and strong.”

The All-In founder noted that Dorit has a lot of work to do before completely getting over the ordeal.

“You know, it’s very traumatic. Beyond traumatic,” she continued. “I know I’m having a hard time sleeping at night, and it didn’t even happen to me. I just know that when kids are involved … she’s a good person and nobody deserves that. I’m just so beyond grateful that they’re all OK.”

Teddi added that she spent the morning after the robbery with Dorit and her kids.

“I started getting these text messages from people like, ‘Is Dorit okay?’ And I’m like, ‘What are you talking about?’ And then I saw the news [reports] that her house had been broken into and her kids were home and that she was robbed, and so I spent the morning over there at her house,” she said.

She continued, “And I don’t want to share anything private from her end, but it’s just one of those things that’s so heartbreaking. And I know when people say, ‘When you’re on a reality TV show you signed up for this,’ and that’s the part that’s so devastating — nobody signs up to be violated in that way.”

A source close to Dorit tells PEOPLE that the Beverly Beach designer is “trying to heal from the trauma” of the ordeal.

“She is continuing to put one foot in front of the other and is trying to keep things as normal as possible for her children while personally trying to heal from the trauma she has experienced,” the source said. “She has a long journey ahead involving therapy and is committed to the process.”

Meanwhile, Dorit recently revealed that no suspects have been identified in the robbery at her Encino home.

“Not that I’m aware of,” Dorit said when asked if the police have found any suspects.

RHOBH will return to Bravo for season 12 in 2022.

NeNe Leakes reveals she’s interested in returning to The Real Housewives of Atlanta. 

In a new interview, NeNe notes that she’d be “happy” to return to the long-running Bravo show as she has some  “unfinished business” to address with the ladies.

“Yeah, sure, I’ll return to the show,” NeNe told “The Real” co-hosts Loni Love and Garcelle Beauvais on Thursday’s episode. “I’m OK with returning to the show as long as we can work through a few things.”

She added, “I’m happy to return to the show. And besides, I have a lot of unfinished business with a couple of them that they confirmed on the show [during Season 13].”

Before her return can happen, NeNe says she would need to have a sit down with RHOA executive producer Andy Cohen.

“I think Andy and I were really close for a really, really long time, and I love Benny boo, [Cohen’s son], and I helped pay for his baby shower and all those things,” she said. “I think that Andy and I need to have a sit-down and talk, and then we’re off to the races.”

Season 14 of RHOA will likely premiere on Bravo in early Spring 2022.

On the October 26, 2021, episode of her podcast, Just B With Bethenny Frankel, the former Real Housewives of New York star dished all about her cameo on RHOBH during season six. During the crossover episode, Bethenny had the RHOBH cast visit her house in The Hamptons.

At the time fans saw Bethenny butt heads with RHOBH newbie Erika Jayne but it turns out there was much more to the story that fans didn’t see.

Now, Bethenny claims that the RHOBH cast was acting two-faced towards newbie Erika and wanted Bethenny to do all their dirty work.

“I’ve been in a crossover episode, I was in that episode when Erika came over to my house, they were all sending me things ahead of time that she was in, sending me sexy videos that she was in, they were telling me about her, rolling their eyes,” Bethenny alleged. “That wasn’t the caliber of person they wanted for Beverly Hills. They also thought she was boring.”

She continued, “They brought her over to my house, and they hadn’t said a single thing to her face. They wanted me to be the person that said what they were thinking. I got it, and I understand why the producers wanted that as well. They tiptoe the most. The Beverly Hills Housewives are terrified to say what they really feel, they have to say what is politically correct and what will not be taken wrong. They are the most calculated in that regard.”

Andy Cohen Reveals Erika Jayne Gifted His Son 1,000 Shares of Disney Stock; Says He’s ‘Glad’ the Gift Never Arrived

Andy Cohen was elated when he learned of the lavish baby shower gift Erika Jayne and her now estranged husband Tom Girardi planned to give his son, Benjamin Cohen, however, the gift never turned up.

Now, years later the Watch What Happens Live host is thankful and happy about it especially considering Tom and Erika’s ongoing legal woes.

“Erika gave me a card that said she had given me I believe it was 2,000 — no, I think it was 1,000 shares of Disney stock, which is really expensive,” Andy said during a Tuesday, November 2, event at the Temple Emanu-El Streicker Center in New York City.

“I called her and I said, ‘Are you kidding me?’ and she said, ‘That’s what we give to all the kids in our life.’”

Andy noted that he previously mentioned the gift at another event earlier this year. He then received a call from a reporter asking he thought the pricey gift might “implicate” him in Erika and Tom’s current legal drama.

That is when Andy revealed that the gift never actually arrived.

“So, I called Erika and was like, ‘Look, I got to be straight with you. This now is going to run in the paper and it’s going to look like I’m throwing you under the bus,’” Andy recalled.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star remembered that she never sent the stock over and agreed with Andy that it was a good thing.

“She said, ‘Andy, I know we didn’t [send it] and this has been on my mind,’” he explained. “She said, ‘I remember everything. I don’t forget anything. And I remember that we didn’t give you the gift,’ and she said, ‘Thank God we didn’t.’ And I said, ‘Thank God you didn’t! Like, I’m so glad you didn’t!’”

RHOBH will return to Bravo for season 12 in 2022.

RHONJ Season 12 Pushed Until February 2022; Fans Won’t Get Trailer Until January

Don’t expect to see the Real Housewives of New Jersey on Bravo anytime soon!

During an interview with RHONJ Obsessed, Jennifer Aydin revealed that Bravo pushed the season 12 premiere of RHONJ until February 2022. Season 12 was initially expected to premiere in January.

“I don’t know about the trailer but no airing until February,” Jennifer said. “Listen, it takes a while to edit all that footage.”

“We are still not done with our confessional [interviews],” she added.

Jennifer also reveals that the season was “so real” and that it’s going to be “hard for a lot of us.”

She continued, “The ones that endured, the ones that perpetrated one. It’s going to be hard but we are going to have a hit show. I think the fans are going to go crazy.”

With all this said, it pretty much means that fans won’t be seeing any footage or trailer for season 12 until mid-January.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey will return to Bravo in February 2022.

Erika Jayne Defends $14M AmEx Bill During Part 4 of RHOBH Reunion; Says it’s a ‘Lifestyle’

It’s a “lifestyle” according to Erika Jayne.

The Pretty Mess singer defended her outrageous $14 million American Express tab during the final installment of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 11 reunion on Wednesday.

“So, if you knock that down to $2 million per year, that’s all pretty much what we’re doing this year,” she said.

“I mean, doing in this lifestyle,” she added, looking at her costars for support.

Erika previously claimed that her estranged husband Tom Girardi, 82, controlled her finances. She insisted that she gave him “every paycheck” she earned throughout their 21-year marriage including her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills salary.

During part 4 of the reunion, Erika told reunion host Andy Cohen that she “[doesn’t] know” why she is being sued.

“This is a very long bankruptcy that will be pulled apart, both his firm and his personal bankruptcy,” she said of Tom and his Girardi Keese law firm.

“I am being sued by everyone who thinks I’ve got some magical pot of gold at some rainbow,” she continued.

“If that is proven, what money is allegedly misappropriated, when and how?” she asked. “Does that mean every lawyer’s salary should be clawed back? Does that mean every secretary’s salary needs to be clawed back? Or the referring attorneys or anyone else that’s in that business?”

RHOBH will return to Bravo for season 12 in 2022.

Andy Cohen Claims that Bravo Paid for Former RHOBH Star Kim Richards’ 2011 Rehab Stay

Andy Cohen reveals that Bravo paid for former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards’ 2011 rehab stint after her drunken exploits aired on season 2 of the show.

“When it was clear that it was a real problem, we wanted to be responsible and we didn’t want to put her in a situation where anything could be exacerbated,” Andy told author Dave Quinn in the new “Real Housewives” tell-all book, “Not All Diamonds and Rosé.”

“We considered her family and wanted to work with her to get her better. Bravo paid for her rehab,” he added.

RHOBH executive producer Kathleen French noted in the book that “Kim had mostly kept her shit together through Season 1. Season 2 was the beginning of the spiral down.”

During season 2 Brandi Glanville infamously accused Kim of doing “crystal meth in the bathroom all night” at a game night hosted by Dana Wilkey. Kim denied the accusations.

Kim’s alcoholism played a major role during the first few seasons of RHOBH. Many of the cast members, including her own sister Kyle Richards,  questioned Kim’s odd behavior as a result of her drinking.

The actress turned reality TV’s star’s battle with alcohol wasn’t officially confirmed until the season 1 finale when Kyle screamed at Kim, “You act like an insane person. You are a liar and sick and an alcoholic. That’s right. I said it and now everybody knows.”

In a one-on-one interview with Andy post-rehab, Kim admitted that she was an alcoholic.

“I’m an alcoholic,” Kim revealed in her first interview since rehab. “I’m an alcoholic.”

She found herself back in rehab in 2015 after going on a drunken rampage at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

“I love sobriety,” Kim told Entertainment Tonight in July 2015. “I’ve always loved sobriety and relapsing was very hard for me. I really wanted to go to treatment because I needed a break from what I was going through at home.”

Andy Cohen Reveals ‘No Question Goes Unasked’ With Erika Jayne During Part 4 of RHOBH Reunion

Buckle up because part 4 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 11 reunion is no holds barred!

Andy Cohen reveals that “no question goes unasked” with Erika Jayne during part 4 of the reunion. He notes that should be happy to know that he“grilled” Erika about EVERYTHING before concluding the reunion.

“Tomorrow night is the last part, and it’s basically Erika and I for the whole hour, and I’m really grilling her for the entire hour,” he said during a new interview on The View. “No question goes unasked, and I have to say she answered pretty much everything. I was impressed. She sat there. She took it. She answered everything. It was the first time she had talked about much of this on television.”

View co-host Sunny Hostin gave props to Andy for his interview skills saying he was “like a prosecutor.” She also notes that said reunion interview will most likely be used against Erika at some point in her legal battle.

“That surprises me because the prosecutors are going to order the tape,” she said.

Meanwhile, Andy also commented on Dorit Kemsley’s recent ordeal. The RHOBH star was the victim of a home invasion and was held at gunpoint while her home was robbed of more than $100k in jewelry and handbags.

“By all accounts, she handled this like a pro,” he said. “It just makes you take stock. I’m so grateful her and her family are okay.”

Part 4 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 11 reunion airs on Wednesday, November 3 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo.
