On the market!
Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky have listed their Aspen home. Perhaps they just couldn’t get rid of the bad juju that went down there while filming season 12 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, or maybe they just want to upgrade to more luxe accommodations. Personally, I think it may be a combination of both.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple is selling their move-in-ready, 3-story modern mountain escape. The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath, 2,426-square-foot home is listed for $9.75 million.
The home features a refinished rooftop deck with a hot tub with panoramic views. The inside of the home boasts log beam ceilings, a full-height stacked stone fireplace, large bedrooms, and a spa-like master bathroom.
Kyle and Mauricio purchased the property in May 2019 for $5 million

This isn’t the only property the reality TV couple is removing from their Rolodex of homes.
On the June 15 episode of RHOBH, the ladies of BH were relaxing on vacation in Punta Mita, Mexico, which is one of Kyle and Mauricio’s favorite spots to visit. Mauricio’s real estate brokerage firm, The Agency, also has an office there.
While gushing about Punta Mita, Kyle revealed that she and Mauricio come here “so often” that they considered building a vacation home there.
“We wanted this property here. We bought it; we were going to build on the beach,” Kyle shared. “My husband’s dream was to build a home, [but] my friend lived right near us [and] they had an alligator in their pool. We got offered a lot of money over what we paid for this piece of beachfront property, so I was like, ‘Take it, take it, take it!’ because of the alligator.”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs on Wednesdays at 8 pm on Bravo.
