While drama is never far from the RHOC franchise, Tamra has a theory about what’s really going on, and why Shannon seems so focused on Katie.

“I think she doesn’t really have a whole lot going on in her life right now,” Tamra, 57, told Us Weekly exclusively while attending Alexis Bellino’s bridal shower on August 16. “I think that she doesn’t have kids at home. She doesn’t have a husband or a boyfriend. I think she’s trying to make the best of what she’s got. I think it’s a little over the top.”

Tamra admitted she wasn’t present for the now-infamous outburst in New Orleans, but word of it still reached her, and she wasn’t impressed. “The whole thing is a little bit ridiculous in my mind,” she said at the event. “Yeah, Katie did some things, and Katie repeated some things. But you’ll see how that plays out.”

While the drama continues to unfold onscreen, with costars like Jennifer Pedranti and Gretchen Rossi questioning Katie’s trustworthiness, particularly whether she leaked personal information to bloggers, Tamra hasn’t completely written her off.

“I honestly have not seen Katie since the last time we filmed together, but we definitely have DMed back and forth,” Tamra revealed. “I know what it’s like to be an outsider with these girls and how hard it can be, and I think it’s backfiring. I think that the fans love her, and I think whenever there’s a gang up like that, it doesn’t go over well, and there’s more to come on that, so I can’t really say more.”

Tamra, acknowledges Katie has made some missteps, but says the reaction doesn’t match the crime. “Did she mess up? She did,” Tamra admitted. “Is she a terrible person who’s a danger to society? No.”

Stephanie kicked off with some unexpected rules: “Don’t wear shoes on the plane. Don’t wear shoes in my house. It’s supposed to be a clean space. Don’t wear glitter. Don’t wear glitter if you’re in my house either. Don’t hug me if you’re wearing glitter.” She said. “That’s a good rule.” Larsa Pippen was quick to nod along in agreement.

Her concerns extended to the decor: “Don’t wear rhinestone and stuff that will ruin my leather seats. Please don’t come to my house either if you are because that’ll ruin my sofa.” Stephanie added, “No loose powder or makeup either.”

Alexia Nepola chimed in, saying Stephanie’s list didn’t bother her because she’s “OCD” herself, seemingly giving Stephanie some support.

But it was Shojaee’s toilet rule that truly caught everyone’s attention, especially when she firmly stated that no one is allowed to poop on her plane. When Larsa asked if the toilets actually worked, Stephanie reminded her, “You peed in my toilet.” Larsa admitted she was “scared” to poop on the plane.

Shojaee tried to rationalize, “Most people don’t get up during a plane ride, so there shouldn’t be an issue with my rule of no pooping on my plane.” When a producer pressed, “Does the pooping rule apply if it’s a transcontinental flight?” Stephanie laughed and said, “You can ask my glam team. They actually don’t eat for three days before they use my plane.”

Her logic? “Most people don’t have bowel problems. Like, you can hold your poop for a trip.” She added with a touch of humor, “Like maybe to Dubai, but if my glam team could hold it to Dubai, like anybody could do it to Dubai because they’re poopers.”

In closing, Shojaee did admit, “You can poop. But it bothers me. But just because I think it’s just, like unsanitary.”

Larsa, clearly growing tired of the topic, reminded Stephanie, “People can poop.” Stephanie then complained about how much toilet paper people use, clearly doubling down on her unique set of flight standards.

Stephanie’s strict jet etiquette might sound a little extra, but hey, when you’re flying private, you set the rules, even if those rules keep the glam squad fasting for days and toilet paper usage under tight scrutiny. It’s all about maintaining her pristine space at 30,000 feet, whether fans agree or not.

“Jenn was a Janet,” Judge declared on an episode of Give Them Lala. “She wanted to be on the show.”

The comparison isn’t flattering. Janet Caperna, a cast member on The Valley, has been widely criticized for her allegedly calculated approach to joining reality TV. She was accused of orchestrating a run-in with Vanderpump Rules star Scheana Shay in an attempt to get screen time, a move that worked, but later backfired with the public. Janet faced heavy backlash during the season and, amid growing criticism, reportedly fled the country for an extended time abroad.

Judge suggested a similar motivation behind Jenn’s addition to RHOC, recounting how producers initially passed on her. “They reached out to her, they passed on her, and they brought Braunwyn on,” Tamra said. “So I never gave her name ever again, never said anything to casting about anybody, and then years later I get a text message saying, ‘Hey, the show’s reaching out to me,’ and I’m like, ‘Oh, well…try out. It could be good for you.’ I know that’s what she’s always wanted.”

Although season 17 promoted Jenn as one of Judge’s close friends, Judge now downplays the nature of their relationship. “I invited you to a few things and you came to my gym, but by no means were we best friends,” she stated.

Tamra also addressed accusations that she body-shamed Jenn by posting an old photo of her on social media. “She’s not fat. She had been coming to my gym. I met her at my gym, she was heavier than she is now, but by no means fat,” Tamra said. “She’s always had an amazing body, but now she’s very, very thin.”

What stands out in Tamra’s commentary is a familiar pattern, diminishing others’ experiences while criticizing them for “dragging things out.” Regarding Jenn’s increased presence in her confessionals, Tamra remarked, “She likes to play victim on things and drag things out.”

This isn’t the first time Tamra has accused a co-star of extending drama for sympathy or attention. Fans had speculated about bad blood between the two, especially after Guerdy publicly acknowledged being blocked. But Kiki says the decision came much earlier, and it was all about self-protection and maintaining peace.

When asked directly if she blocked Guerdy, Kiki didn’t hesitate.

“I feel like the speculation out there is, ‘Oh, I blocked Guerdy right after the reunion.’ No, that’s a lie. I actually blocked her way before the reunion,” she explained.

The breaking point, she said, came after season 7, episode 3 aired. Kiki says the way the episode was edited caused a shift, not just in fan reaction, but in Guerdy herself.

“I feel like she and I were good. Then right when that edited third episode came out, I just saw a different side of her. I was getting all this backlash. We didn’t have any problem. We did not. I think she just saw how the show was edited and she decided to go with the fans and I was like, ‘Wow, OK.’”

According to Kiki, she was dealing with online negativity, and instead of trying to manage it all, she chose peace.

“Sometimes I need a break because I was getting a lot of craziness and I just didn’t want to deal with it at the time. I said, ‘You know what? Eff it. I just need to find my peace, get back to focusing on my children going back to school. And it is what it is.’”

For fans wondering if her closeness with Julia Lemigova played a role in the tension, Kiki addressed that too. She says there was never any deep alliance there, and she never tried to choose sides.

“I was always close to everyone throughout the whole season. I’m always the one who’s like the middle child. A lot of the time, some of the girls, they’ve been mad at me for calling them out. I’m always the voice of reason who’s always getting along with everyone from Season 4 until now.”

On her dynamic with Julia, Kiki made it clear their After Show pairing wasn’t a reflection of new best-friend status.

“Julia and I, we were never even that close. Julia and Guerdy were best friends, so my main thing with both of them was, ‘OK, now that I’m cool with both of them, they’re not talking. I’ll try to bring them together.’ Of course, that backfired in the worst way possible. But it was coming from a good space to try to bring two best friends who were closer at one point to each other than myself.”

As for being paired with Julia?

“They could have paired me with anyone and I would have been OK with it, because I feel like at that moment I was fine with everybody.”

In the end, Kiki made it clear that blocking Guerdy wasn’t an act of drama, it was a choice to protect her mental space in the face of social media chaos. Whether or not the friendship is repairable remains to be seen, but one thing is certain: Kiki is standing by her decision.

In a heartfelt video posted to Instagram on Thursday, August 21, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum shared an unfiltered glimpse into her current emotional state, marking her first public comments since Phypers filed for divorce more than two months ago.

“I was just checking in to see how your summer’s been going,” Denise Richards, 54, began. “Mine’s been wonderful. It’s actually been s***, but I’m going to pretend like it’s all good.”

The actress admitted that she’d been trying to keep up appearances on social media, but could no longer stay silent: “I’ve actually been posting on Instagram like nothing is going on in my life, and I can’t do that anymore because there’s something obviously going on.”

Denise took a moment to thank her fans, saying their words of encouragement have not gone unnoticed: “I see all of your messages, I can’t comment because it’ll be taken out and put in the press, but I just wanted to, in all seriousness, say that this has been a very, very, very difficult time.”

Though Denise didn’t go into detail about the reasons behind the divorce, she alluded to deeper issues. “There are circumstances around my divorce that are difficult to talk about — which one day I will talk about when the timing is right,” she said.

Richards has also been recovering from health challenges in the midst of this personal storm. “Some of you may know because it was put out there that I was having reconstructive surgery,” she explained. “I was open and honest about having reconstructive surgery for a TV show that I did. And then I had another surgery.”

Despite the timing, she emphasized that she didn’t want to appear insensitive by continuing to post online. “I didn’t want to post about it during this and look inappropriate… but I also want to live my life and share my life, so that’s what I’m going to do and continue doing.”

Legal Action and Abuse Allegations

Shortly after Phypers’ divorce filing, Richards accused him of multiple instances of physical abuse. A judge later granted her a temporary restraining order, adding further complexity to their high-profile split.

For now, Richards is focused on healing and processing. “I really just wanted to say thank you so much for all of your supportive, kind, thoughtful, encouraging messages because this has been a very difficult time,” she reiterated.

When pressed further on why his mother Kristi would take on that financial burden, Steven gave credit to her character and compassion.

“My mom is such a good person,” he said. “I told her, I was like, ‘Hey, I can’t afford this. Like, things are tight in my way. There’s no way I could pay for her to get back down to Dallas.’”

Steven also explained that Calah lacked the family support system that he had and that relocating her to Dallas was the healthiest way for them to finally separate after a cycle of repeated breakups and reconciliations.

“Calah didn’t have the family support that I do. It was a tough situation because Dallas is a very, very expensive place to live. So, you know, it was like, ‘Hey, we have a very toxic relationship. We understand that we need to be broke up.’”

“If she’s living in Kansas City at my condo, inevitably we’re going to get back together, which is what happened over and over and over. Like, we’ve got to separate. And she goes back home to her support system, her family and friends. And the only way to have that happen is if we offer some support there.”

While the breakup may have been messy, Steven McBee Jr. made it clear that their continued support for Calah was about keeping their word and ensuring she could move forward, even if the relationship itself couldn’t be saved.

“I didn’t do it for Larsa; I did it for everybody else to have peace,” Hochstein shared, describing the decision as “emotional” and long-awaited.

The unfollow came after mounting tension during the group’s trip to Seville, Spain, where several cast members confronted Lisa about still following Marcus online. Though Lisa initially resisted, saying, “She’s not the boss of me. I’m not gonna let her tell me what to do,” the group dynamic pushed her to reconsider.

“I’m like, ‘Who cares?’ Unfollow,” Lisa said matter-of-factly, emphasizing that she just didn’t want “a dark cloud over the group.”

She made the decision in front of Guerdy Abraira, Kiki Barth, and Adriana de Moura, and the trio even made a pinky promise to keep it quiet. Lisa admitted she kept it a secret because she wanted to see how Larsa “would naturally react.”

“Just have a conversation with me and just basically make me feel like you care about me and my feelings and that you’re my friend,” she said, adding, “I definitely think she would still have followed him, if she could.”

Meanwhile, Lisa wasn’t alone in her internal conflict. During the August 21 episode, Guerdy gently addressed the issue, saying:

“I know that you are not ready to unfollow Marcus. And I know it’s so stupid. I just think that it is the factor that has escalated everything.”

Adriana chimed in with a sharp observation:

“At the same time, I feel like you’re empowering her because she’s using that to [turn] the whole group against you.”

In a revealing interview with us on AllAboutTRH podcast, McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys star Steven McBee Jr. opened up about one of the most shocking and controversial storylines of the Bravo series, Galyna’s past affair with his father, Steven McBee Sr. and how he and his brothers managed to move forward despite the betrayal.

When asked directly, “How were you and your brothers able to accept Galyna after she cheated with your father?”, Steven Jr. offered a candid and nuanced explanation of how he came to terms with the situation.

“So Galyna. I did not know, that whole situation was happening the first 2 to 3 years that I knew Galyna,” Steven Jr. revealed. “And so I got to know her as a person without that part of it being in my mind. So I get to see how caring she is of other people, how hard she works. Like all the good things about Galyna. And then that came out and we found out about it and we’re like, okay, that obviously is a major issue.”

Despite the betrayal, Steven Jr. emphasized that Galyna was already deeply involved in the family’s business operations when the affair came to light.

“She was already involved in the businesses, already part owner… like that, it would just be very, very hard to unwind,” he explained. “And I also knew who the person was at the core. And I’m like, okay, she made a very massive mistake here. But I also don’t know what exactly was being told to her. I still don’t know if she truly thinks my parents were split up. I don’t see how that, she could think that. But again, I don’t know exactly what was being told.”

Steven Jr. also confirmed that his mother, Kristi McBee, was made aware of Galyna’s business involvement around the time the affair became public. Rather than letting her emotions dictate business decisions, Kristi made a conscious choice to prioritize the family’s survival.

“Yeah. I think that, she was aware of it at the time that it came out,” Steven Jr. said. “And so that’s another reason why my mom was forgiving, as she knew how integral Galyna has been to the businesses. And, um, moving forward, like, to get us… obviously, it’s no secret, we’re in debt. We’re working to save the farm. We’re working to get the car washes profitable. Galyna is a major part of that.”

“And I think my mom saying, ‘Hey, I’ll put aside my feelings in the meantime to help save my boys who are connected to all these businesses. And if one of them fails, they all fail.’ So you know what? ‘I can put aside my feelings for Galyna—my personal feelings—and say, I’ll be the bigger person here for the sake of my boys.’”

During a recent appearance on the Two T’s in a Pod podcast, co-hosted by Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge, Dolores was asked directly about persistent casting rumors swirling around the future of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

Teddi didn’t waste time getting into it. “Well, they’re saying, Dolores, there’s a new rumor that Real Housewives of New Jersey is being cast around you, Melissa and Marge, no Teresa,” she told Dolores.

But Catania wasn’t quick to validate the speculation. “I don’t think that’s to be true,” she replied.

Teddi, seemingly surprised by the response, asked for clarification: “You don’t think that’s to be true?”

“I don’t know what does cast around mean?” Dolores asked in return, throwing a bit of shade at the vague nature of the rumor mill.

Teddi explained, “That means that they’re going to bring other people in, and you guys are the three.”

To that, Dolores stood firm: “Cannot confirm that. Cannot confirm. No decisions. This is what they say. No decisions have been made yet.”

And that seems to be the theme around RHONJ lately, no decisions have been made yet.

As fans know, New Jersey has been on an extended pause following a divisive and drama-heavy season. Andy Cohen himself has repeated publicly that no final calls have been made regarding the cast lineup for the upcoming season. While that hasn’t stopped fan theories and tabloid gossip, official word remains the same: everyone is still in limbo.

Dolores’ comments echo that uncertainty, offering no solid answers, because, apparently, there aren’t any. For now, it seems Bravo is still deciding what direction the Garden State franchise will take next.

Until then, we’ll all just have to wait. And speculate.
