Paige DeSorbo is opening up about one major dealbreaker when it comes to dating, and fans are already speculating about which ex she may have been referring to.
During an appearance on Khloé Kardashian’s Khloé in Wonder Land, Paige revealed that she has kept a list in her phone since she was around 20 years old of what she wants in a future husband.
At the very top of that list? Someone who gets along with her brother.
“I have a list like in my phone of… I’ve had it since I was like 20 of things I wanted in a guy, like in a future husband,” Paige told Khloé. “The top on the list is has to get along with my brother.”
Paige then recalled a moment when she was dating someone and brought him around her family during the holidays.
“And I one time was dating this guy and I don’t know, I was like home for like Thanksgiving or Christmas or something,” Paige said. “And my brother looked at me and he just goes, please don’t do this to me.”
Paige said her brother was thinking long-term and bluntly warned her that if she stayed with someone he did not click with, it could impact the entire family dynamic down the road.
“He goes, think about like when we have kids, we won’t be able to go on vacation together,” Paige shared.
Paige admitted her brother had a point.
“But that’s true. You’re so right,” she said. “If you don’t get along with my siblings, you’re sort of out of here.”
Paige joked that if someone does not get along with her family, she immediately starts questioning them.
“Yeah, cause I’m like, well, then you don’t think they’re funny?” Paige said. “You don’t think we’re f*cking amazing?”
Paige did not name the ex she was talking about, but fans immediately started speculating that she could have been referring to Craig Conover.
Paige and Craig dated for several years before their split, and their long-distance relationship played out both on Summer House and Southern Charm. The two often spoke about their different lifestyles, their future and whether they would eventually get married.
Paige also shared that family approval matters to her because of how close she is with her loved ones.
That includes her brother’s fiancée, whom Paige said she already sees as a sister.
“My brother’s fiancée, I feel like love,” Paige said. “She doesn’t have a sister. I don’t have a sister.”
Paige recalled recently trying to FaceTime her and realizing she was at Paige’s mom’s house.
“The other day I went to FaceTime her, she’s a teacher and she just started school. And so I went to FaceTime her and she was at my mom’s house,” Paige said. “And I was like, oh my God, I was just calling to check in on my sister.”
She added, “Like they just got engaged. Like your new sister.”
For Paige, it seems clear that her future husband does not just need to love her.
He needs to fit into her entire family.
