Stephanie Shojaee is opening up about a scary situation that allegedly happened during her summer vacation in France.
The Real Housewives of Miami star revealed on Instagram that her trip to the South of France took a frightening turn after she was allegedly robbed while staying in a villa.
“Cannes and Saint-Tropez are great … until it’s your turn to get robbed,” Stephanie wrote on her Instagram Story on Saturday, August 1.
Stephanie then took her followers through the timeline of the alleged robbery, sharing clips and photos from the beginning of her luxury trip, including boarding a private plane and showing off her hotel room in France.
However, things allegedly went left just two days into the vacation.
“Robbery happened day 2!!” Stephanie shared. “South of France is just not safe. I wanted to leave. But I made the best of it.”
Stephanie also posted security camera footage that appeared to show two masked individuals outside of her vacation villa at night.
“Come to the South of France, they said. Rent a villa, they said. It was a great idea, they said,” Stephanie joked.
She then claimed the robbers made off with her belongings, including items connected to her real estate company, Shoma Group.
“Oh look! There goes my stuff!” she wrote. “And they even took half [of] my Shoma Group merch. WTF!!!”
Stephanie also teased her dog Pebbles for failing to alert her during the alleged incident.
“She barks at the wind but not at people taking all my stuff,” Stephanie joked in another Instagram Story.
As of now, Stephanie has not shared additional details about what was allegedly stolen or whether authorities are investigating the incident.
Stephanie joined The Real Housewives of Miami for Season 7 in 2025. However, RHOM was later put “on pause” by Bravo for the second time after the season wrapped.
The Miami franchise had previously been paused by Bravo from 2013 until its revival in 2021, making the latest pause especially frustrating for fans who had been hoping to see the women return quickly.
Stephanie’s alleged robbery comes as the RHOM cast continues to make headlines even while the show remains off the filming schedule.
And while Stephanie seemed to make the best of her France trip, she made one thing very clear to her followers: her South of France vacation was not as glamorous as it looked.
