Marysol Patton is spilling on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th, the future of The Real Housewives of Miami and where her RHOM costars stand today.
The RHOM star appeared on Entertainment Tonight with Nischelle Turner at Swifty’s at The Colony Palm Beach, where she opened up about Bravo’s upcoming Real Housewives anniversary special, Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th, premiering August 9 on Bravo and streaming on Peacock.
Marysol teased that the new special is going to be “tons of fun,” but she admitted she would have liked to see a Miami Housewife included in the main group.
And when asked about the Real Housewives of Rhode Island cast bringing drama and stirring the pot at the Berkshires, Marysol didn’t hold back.
“They were wound very tight, and they had a lot to say,” Marysol admitted.
She joked that the OG Housewives ended up feeling like they were doing emotional damage control with the newer women.
“And I felt like all us OGs were kinda doing a therapy session with them,” Marysol said.
Marysol’s comments come after several Housewives have teased that the RHORI women brought major energy to the Berkshires while filming Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th.
The special celebrates 20 years of the Real Housewives franchise and brings together women from different cities, including longtime favorites and newer faces, for what sounds like a drama-filled trip.
Marysol also opened up about RHOM being put “on pause,” something she admitted no one likes hearing.
“First of all, I kind of hate that description, being put on pause,” Nischelle said.
“Everybody hates it,” Marysol agreed. “The internet blew up.”
Marysol said fans still constantly message her about wanting The Real Housewives of Miami back.
“The people want it,” Marysol explained.
She also revealed that the RHOM cast originally had filming dates scheduled for March before Bravo told them the show was being put on pause.
According to Marysol, production kept pushing the filming dates back before eventually telling the cast that scheduling conflicts had led them to replace RHOM with other Housewives series for now.
While Marysol does not have an official update on when Miami will return, she is already prepared for when cameras pick back up again.
Marysol joked that she has her wardrobe ready because she had already purchased outfits for the original filming schedule.
Marysol also gave updates on several of her RHOM costars.
Larsa Pippen and Lisa Hochstein are both single again, while Julia Lemigova and Martina Navratilova are still going strong.
As for Marysol’s bestie Alexia Nepola, Marysol confirmed that Alexia is “100%” back with Todd Nepola and that the two are stronger than ever.
Even though Marysol previously had reservations about Todd, she made it clear she is happy for Alexia, especially as Alexia settles into her new $5 million home.
RHOM fans have been vocal about wanting the franchise back, especially after the show gained a passionate fanbase following its reboot on Peacock before returning to Bravo.
