According to TMZ, the longtime Summer House star is not expected to return for Season 11 when production begins over the July 4 holiday weekend.

Sources connected to the series told the outlet that Amanda will not be part of the main cast when cameras pick back up in the Hamptons. While there is always a chance she could pop up in a group setting at some point during the season, TMZ reports that she is not returning as a full-time cast member.

The news marks a major shift for Summer House, as Amanda has been one of the show’s most recognizable faces for years. She first joined the Bravo series through her relationship with Kyle Cooke and eventually became a full-time fixture in the house, with viewers watching her go from Kyle’s girlfriend to wife — and now estranged wife.

Amanda’s final season was also one of her most controversial.

Season 10 was dominated by Amanda’s romance with West Wilson, which quickly became one of the biggest Bravo scandals of the year. Dating rumors began circulating in early March before Amanda and West confirmed their relationship in a joint statement later that month.

The romance shocked the cast because Amanda had recently separated from Kyle, and West had previously dated Ciara Miller, one of Amanda’s former closest friends.

The fallout played out throughout the reunion and bonus episode, with Ciara making it clear she felt betrayed by both Amanda and West. Kyle also had to process his estranged wife moving on with someone inside their friend group.

Amanda faced heavy criticism from viewers, especially after admitting at the reunion that she had not been watching the season because the online backlash was too difficult for her.

“I haven’t been watching the show, but I watched past seasons,” Amanda said during the reunion. “I have not watched this.”

Kyle later said it felt like “a cop-out” not to watch and admitted on Threads that the fact Amanda and West did not watch “pissed” him off.

West has already confirmed that he is not returning to Summer House either. During an appearance on the Broadcast Boys podcast, West broke his silence on his own exit, saying, “I wanted to tell it on my own but that [exit rumor] is true.”

He added, “In [Bravo’s] defense, I don’t think it would have been a fun summer.”

Now, with both Amanda and West reportedly out, Summer House appears to be heading into a major reset.

Amanda’s departure also raises questions about the future of In the City, especially after Bravo/Peacock executive Noah Samton recently addressed whether Amanda could continue on that show.

“I do think if you’re doing a show about a friend group, they do still need to be friends to an extent,” Noah told Variety. “So if there’s a world in which Amanda made sense with that cast—sure, that’s a possibility.”

That comment already made Amanda’s future sound uncertain, especially with several cast members no longer in a good place with her after the West drama.
