The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, 64, is pushing back hard against a lawsuit filed by her former housekeeper, Ana Rosales, who’s accusing the Bravo star of unpaid wages and labor violations.

According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Maloof filed her official response on October 31, denying “all claims of wrongdoing” and insisting that Rosales “was not injured and has not suffered any damages.” Maloof’s legal team even argued that any alleged harm Rosales suffered was the result of “her own actions.”

Rosales, who worked for Maloof at her $16 million Beverly Hills mansion from April 2021 through September 2024, filed suit in August, claiming she was underpaid at $22 per hour and denied proper meal and rest breaks. Her complaint alleges Maloof “falsified [Rosales’] hourly rate and the total number of hours labored per pay period” to avoid paying full wages and taxes.

The former employee is seeking roughly $40,000 in damages, including $16,000 for unpaid meal breaks, $16,000 for rest breaks, and additional penalties for alleged labor code violations.

But Maloof, who comes from one of California’s most prominent business families, is standing firm that she treated her staff fairly — and that the claims are exaggerated.

A source close to the RHOBH alum tells Us, “Adrienne takes her role as an employer seriously and believes this lawsuit has no merit. She’s confident the truth will come out in court.”

Maloof, the only daughter of billionaire George Maloof Sr., is no stranger to the spotlight. After leaving The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills following season 3, she’s focused on family and philanthropy.

In 2019, she told Us Weekly that while she’s open to cameo appearances on RHOBH, returning full-time wasn’t in the cards:

“Cameos, yes. But to go full-time, it’s a full-time job and I’m still raising three boys.”

Now an empty nester, Adrienne recently shared that her sons are thriving.

“They’re all in college now, so I’m an empty nester,” she said. “Christian’s at USC, Collin’s in Dallas, Gavin’s in San Diego — they’re doing wonderful.”

She also remains on good terms with her ex-husband, Dr. Paul Nassif, with whom she shares her three sons.

“[Paul] and I are coparenting. We’re actually friends,” Adrienne shared. “We’re better friends than we were probably married.”

For now, Maloof’s focus is on family — and clearing her name in court. The case is still ongoing.
