Andy Cohen may have found his dream Real Housewives of Beverly Hills casting pick, but it does not sound like she is ready to hold a diamond just yet.
During an episode of SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live, Andy revealed that he recently saw Ashley Graham at Bozoma Saint John’s wedding and immediately thought she could be a great fit for RHOBH.
Andy explained that he ran into Ashley, whom he described as someone he loves, and started telling her about all the drama that apparently went down between the Beverly Hills women at Bozoma’s wedding.
“Saw Ashley Graham who I love. She was at Bozoma Saint John’s wedding. Beverly Hills housewife,” Andy said. “She is a pal and I was like, ‘Oh, did you catch all the drama that was going on?’ She goes, ‘There was drama between the Beverly Hills women?’ I go, ‘Oh.’”
Andy said Ashley had no idea anything messy was happening around her.
“So, then I was telling her everything that happened at the wedding and she was like, ‘I cannot believe all this stuff was happening and I had no idea,’ so that was kind of fun,” Andy explained.
That is when Andy started wondering whether Ashley should be part of the group herself.
“I was like, ‘Wait a minute, should you be…’” Andy said before John Hill immediately jumped in and agreed.
“Yes, she should be,” John said.
Andy then revealed that Ashley lives in Beverly Hills, making the idea even more tempting.
“She goes, ‘Yeah I live out there,’” Andy said. “I go, ‘Ashley, you would be amazing on the show.’”
But according to Andy, Ashley was not exactly ready to sign up.
“And she was like, ‘I don’t think so right now,’” Andy shared. “And I was like, ‘Can I check back in a couple of years?’”
John Hill loved the idea, calling it a great casting thought because Ashley is funny.
Andy agreed and praised Ashley’s personality, saying she has the kind of energy that could work well on Housewives.
“She is so funny. She is so winning. She is super open. She’ll tell you everything,” Andy said. “I mean, I think it would be great.”
The idea of Ashley Graham joining RHOBH would definitely get fans talking.
Ashley is a major name outside of Bravo, known for her modeling career, television work, personality and openness about her life. She also has the Beverly Hills connection, which is always key when it comes to casting the franchise.
Andy’s comments also come as RHOBH continues to evolve, with Bozoma Saint John becoming part of the Beverly Hills circle and her wedding apparently bringing plenty of drama among the women.
