Kyle Richards is entering her grandma era.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s eldest daughter, Farrah Brittany, is pregnant and expecting her first baby.
Farrah, 37, announced the exciting news on Instagram, sharing photos of herself holding a sonogram while showing off her growing baby bump.
She captioned the post, “My most exciting launch yet. Coming soon late November 2026 ✨”
Kyle immediately reacted in the comments, making it clear how excited she is for this next chapter.
“😭❤️ I can’t wait for this new chapter!! 🥹🙏 I love you so much Fairy!” Kyle wrote.
Mauricio Umansky, Kyle’s estranged husband and Farrah’s stepfather, also showed love under the post.
“You are gorgeous and I’m so happy for all of us and this baby is going to be so loved ❤️❤️❤️” Mauricio wrote. “I can’t wait wooohooo.”
Farrah’s younger sisters were also thrilled by the news.
Alexia Umansky commented, “!!!!! Make way for Aunty Alex!!!”
Sophia Umansky wrote, “I can’t wait for our baby.”
She also added another emotional comment, calling Farrah’s pregnancy announcement the “best news of my whole lifeeee!!!”
Portia Umansky, the youngest of Kyle’s daughters, shared her excitement as well.
“We’re having a babe!!!! 😍😍😍” Portia wrote.
Farrah also received love from her cousin Nicky Hilton, who commented, “Yayyyy 💘💘💘”
The pregnancy marks a major milestone for the Richards-Umansky family. Farrah is Kyle’s oldest daughter from her previous relationship with Guraish Aldjufrie, while Kyle also shares Alexia, Sophia and Portia with Mauricio.
RHOBH fans have watched Farrah grow up alongside her family for years, especially as Kyle’s daughters have made appearances on the show. Farrah also stepped into the reality TV world more directly through Buying Beverly Hills, where she worked in real estate alongside Mauricio and her sisters at The Agency.
The happy news comes during a complicated time for Kyle and Mauricio, who have been navigating their separation publicly after years of marriage. Despite their personal changes, both Kyle and Mauricio appear united in their excitement over Farrah’s pregnancy.
