According to TMZ, Teresa Giudice’s daughter was allegedly involved in an incident at Teresa’s New Jersey home on May 14 that led to police being called and Milania being charged with simple assault.
The outlet reports that the incident took place at Teresa’s Montville mansion, which she purchased in February 2021 for $3.35 million.
Milania was reportedly handcuffed by Montville police and charged with simple assault following the alleged altercation. Authorities labeled the incident as “domestic violence/confidential,” meaning certain records, including a mugshot, are not publicly available at this time.
According to TMZ, one of Milania’s sisters allegedly called police during the incident and claimed Milania had been throwing candles and food during the altercation.
The Giudice family has not publicly shared many details about what happened. However, Milania recently addressed the situation on TikTok after an alleged mugshot began circulating online.
Milania claimed the image was AI-generated and not her actual mugshot.
She also briefly opened up about where she was emotionally at the time of the incident.
“I just was not in a good area in my life,” Milania said, adding that “shit happens” and that she is focused on learning from the situation and becoming a better person.
Milania also suggested that fans do not know everything that has happened in her personal life, despite growing up in the public eye.
