Milania Giudice is speaking out after recent headlines surrounding her arrest, and she is making one thing very clear: she says the viral mugshot circulating online is not real.
According to reports, Milania was arrested on May 14 in Montville Township, New Jersey, and charged with simple assault in connection with an alleged domestic violence incident. The alleged incident happened around 6:12 p.m., and Milania was later released on a summons complaint for a disorderly persons offense. She was reportedly scheduled for a May 19 court appearance, but no plea was entered at that time.
The daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice addressed the situation in a TikTok video shared early Monday morning, where she reacted to the photo being spread online and briefly opened up about where she was emotionally at the time.
Milania began by telling viewers that she was not ready to fully explain everything just yet.
“I have one thing to say. I’m gonna save the rest for tomorrow,” she said.
She then addressed the alleged mugshot that has been circulating online, insisting the image is AI-generated.
“but that mug shot of me, if you guys really believe…that’s AI. I ate down on my mug shot. I look fire. I mean, nothing to be proud of, but i’m making sure of that,” Milania said.
Milania continued by acknowledging the situation while also saying she is trying to learn from it.
“I mean, it is what it is. Shit happens in life, and, it is what it is. You got to learn from it and just be a better person, and talk about it,” she shared.
The RHONJ daughter also suggested that people do not know the full story of what she was going through at the time.
“I just was not in a good area in my life. And you know what? That happens. I’ve been through a lot in my life, and some other stuff happened to me. Just because you think you know everything happens in my life, you just really dont,” Milania said.
She ended by doubling down that the mugshot people were sharing was not real.
“But that mugshot, I can’t believe you guys believe thats real.”
