Brittany Cartwright is pushing back against the idea that she is one of The Valley’s pot stirrers.
In a resurfaced video, Brittany addressed claims that she, Michelle Saniei, Janet Caperna and Lala Kent were allegedly plotting against Danny Booko. According to Brittany, that is not what happened at all.
Instead, Brittany says the men on the cast were the ones sitting around talking about her and trying to shift attention away from themselves.
“It’s just so strange to see grown men talking about me like that because a lot of people are always like, oh Brittany, Michelle, Janet, Lala are plotting and doing this against Danny and doing this and I’m like — first off, that never happened,” Brittany said.
Brittany insisted that the women were not scheming behind the scenes, but simply reacting to what was happening in real time.
“People are just saying things as they happen you know,” Brittany continued. “But these men are literally sitting there plotting against me and I have never talked crap with either one of them.”
Brittany then made it clear that she does not see herself as someone who goes around trashing her castmates.
“And I’m honestly the last person on the entire cast thats gonna like, talk shit on another cast member,” she said. “Like these are all my real friends, so I will, like say some things here and there, and take up for myself but I dont feel like I’m a pot stirrer or anything.”
The resurfaced comments are especially interesting given the ongoing tension on The Valley surrounding Danny Booko, Janet Caperna and the cast’s conversations about Danny’s drinking and alleged behavior.
Danny has become one of the most talked-about cast members this season after viewers watched his marriage to Nia Sanchez be put under a microscope. Fans have accused certain cast members of piling on Danny.
Brittany, however, seems to feel that the men were using her and the women as a distraction.
She claimed Danny and Jesse Lally were trying to take heat off themselves by putting attention on her.
“And it’s so strange because I’m the only person on the cast that gets along with everybody,” Brittany said. “And it’s like I am the only person who can have an event and everyone show up so you guys are about to lose your invites, you know? It was kind of wild but you’ll see where that goes.”

Brittany’s comments highlight one of the biggest divides on The Valley: who is actually stirring the pot?
While some fans have called out the women for talking about Danny and Nia’s marriage, Brittany says the narrative that she was plotting simply is not true. From her perspective, she was not trying to take anyone down. She was defending herself and reacting to what was being said.
