PK and Dorit Kemsley’s financial troubles have been making headlines for years, but new court filings are taking the drama to another level.

The estranged couple are now facing allegations of unpaid mortgage bills, looming foreclosure threats and nearly $1 million in luxury shopping expenses tied to the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, PK claims Dorit spent $995,270 on “wardrobe related expenses” during a 14 month stretch between December 2024 and March 2026 while their Los Angeles mansion fell deeper into financial distress.

PK’s legal team reportedly examined Dorit’s spending and listed a series of eye popping designer purchases in the filing, including $69,000 spent at both Louis Vuitton and Chanel, $38,000 at Hermès and another $22,000 at Saint Honore. The documents also mention purchases through luxury retailers Net A Porter and Moda Operandi.

PK further alleges that despite the expensive shopping habits and travel costs, Dorit failed to make mortgage payments on the couple’s home and made “only one related utility payment” during the time period, even though she allegedly had “exclusive use” of the residence since April 2024.

The filing also claims PK covered the bulk of the family’s expenses, including mortgage payments and costs related to raising their two children, Jagger and Phoenix.

TMZ reports the property carries more than $6 million in mortgage debt. Notices of default have reportedly already been filed, meaning foreclosure could soon become a reality.

PK is now asking the court to force the sale of the home and claims he made multiple efforts to avoid the situation. He also alleged Dorit refused a proposal for her and their children to temporarily relocate to his residence while he continued paying expenses.

The former couple married in March 2015 and announced their separation in May 2024 after nearly a decade together.

Between the explosive spending allegations and the growing foreclosure drama, the Kemsleys’ split is quickly turning into one of the messiest celebrity breakups in the Bravo universe.

Dorit...you may want to apply for Section 8 housing. The waiting list is long, but it sounds like you will need it. However, the waiting list for Food Stamps and medical health coverage is much shorter, but it would be good for you to get a head start on those as well.

PK is a ruthless liar. He says he pays 90% of the family's expenses including the mortgage and yet the house is going into foreclosure. His children's home. Unbelievable.😏 His new lifestyle isn't exactly cheap. I thought Dorito really held her own at this reunion. She called Kyle and EJ out on their BS. It was obvious that Kyle deliberately set up Dorito to look bad this season. The timing of PK's accusations prove this. Dorito gave as good as she got and then some. It had to be hard to stare down people you thought were friends. I didn't think she had it in her. Total respect girl. 😎

She whined all season like a 6th grader about Kyle not being her friend. It’s ridiculous these 50 something’s fighting over and begging each other for friendship. They’re not “ friends” never were, Stevie Wonder can see it. RZ will move out of her rental, back to NY and Bonanza will be it, maybe, for Dorit. She was a complete psycho bitch at the reunion.

Kyle whined all season about how she was a good "friend" to Dorit and so did EJ. Dorit defended herself and called those women on their BS. She's been under attack all season. And this from someone who never liked her. If the Kyle and EJ fans can't handle that, so be it. My comment. My opinion.

I’m not fans of any of these women. The house Dorit is being foreclosed on is in her name only, according to her, making her solely responsible for the mortgage payments. I doubt many marriages would survive a narcissistic wife obviously mathematically deficit, living in a dream champagne bubble. We have no idea how much PK contributes to the support of his children but, I suspect Dorit bends the truth cuz PK is a pos for dumping her, pulling the hundred dollar bills right out from under her. All I can say is she’s lucky she didn’t get her cocaine, maybe it was meth on her current budget, riddled ass kicked by Erika after the way she insulted most of them. IF BH returns, I hope she’s not on it and from the comments I’m reading elsewhere, that’s the majority opinion. Have a great weekend 😊

I don’t understand people who live above their means or people who refuse to see that their lifestyle has changed and they need to cut back on expenses. I will be the first to admit that I love nice things, (who doesn’t,) especially shoes, bags, and dinnerwares. However, I am also cognizant of how much money is in the bank.

That’s roughly 70k a month on clothes! I’m guessing her casemate who lives on the “main road” yet gets 300k a month alimony doesn’t spend that. PK should tell the judge he’s asking for divorce on the grounds he can no longer afford to be married to her. Exactly, who does the shrieking princess think she is???
