Steven McBee Jr.’s cheating accusations have now sparked a full back-and-forth, with girlfriend Allie Eklund publicly responding, and pushing back hard.

After the McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys star took to Instagram accusing Allie of being drunk and cheating at a Stagecoach afterparty, he later admitted he regretted how he handled the situation.
“Equanimity is not my strong suit. Shouldn’t have even posted about this on social media,” he said in a video. “People were gonna find out about this, but I shouldn’t have been the one airing the screenshots out. So I apologize for that.”
He added that he was caught off guard by what he saw.
“Did not expect to wake up to that, given where I was 12 hours ago, the fact that I was out there at Stagecoach with her.”
While still unsure of the full story, Steven doubled down on what he believed happened.
“I still don’t know exactly what happened. I just know that there was hand-holding, grinding, dancing, drunken stupor at an afterparty,” he alleged.
He also reflected on his own role in the situation.
“I absolutely hate festivals… I have real responsibilities,” he said, adding that he “certainly made a mistake” by posting everything publicly. “Talk about just damaging your own reputation based on your own idiot decisions.”
Despite the accusations, Steven described Allie in a more positive light.
“She’s a really good person… she’s been very low-key and been very supportive,” he said. “And I’m not an easy person to date.”
But Allie quickly responded with her own statement — and a very different perspective.
“This is really sad to see and I’m genuinely at a loss for words,” she wrote on her Instagram Stories. “Posting everything online before we talked is extremely disheartening and extremely unfair considering I’ve protected Steven many times during the course of our relationship.”
She explained why she didn’t respond to him right away.
“I chose not to respond to him immediately because he has a history of verbally abusing me while he’s in a heightened emotional state and I felt it was more appropriate to have a private, level headed conversation once emotions had settled.”
Allie also said she was disappointed the situation became public so quickly.
“Unfortunately, that opportunity wasn’t given to me before he decided to make this situation public.”
She went on to defend herself and her actions during Stagecoach.
“Because my integrity has been called into question, I’ll post the video that Steven was sent while I was at Stagecoach with a group of friends.”

“I’ve handled everything in this relationship privately and with respect, even when it hasn’t been easy,” she added. “This situation is painful and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.”
Allie also shared alleged text messages from Steven, including harsh language directed at her.

In response, Steven later acknowledged his reaction.
“Without a doubt I crashed out… said regrettable things that I am sorry for,” he admitted.
He claimed his frustration came after feeling ignored.
“After ignoring my calls and only getting a ‘I’m still at this party’ response… I had a crash out.”
With both sides now sharing their versions publicly, what started as a few DMs has turned into a full-blown public fallout — and it doesn’t look like things will be settling down anytime soon.
