Bravo Fighting Back At Sexual Harassment Lawsuit By RHUGT Butler

The RHUGT season 2 cast: Brandi Glanville, Dorinda Medley, Taylor Armstrong, Phaedra Parks, Tamra Judge, Vicki Gunvalson, and Jill Zarin.

Bravo is fighting back at the sexual harassment lawsuit filed by Marco Vega, the butler from RHUGT season 2. Get all the details.

Back in October, AllAbouTRH reported that Marco Vega, the butler from season 2 of the RHUGT, was suing Bravo, alleging that he was sexually abused during a wild party at Dorinda Medley‘s Bluestone Manor in Massachusetts.

In a court filing, Vega claims that during a party in September 2021 at Blustone Manor, while filming season 2 of the Real Housewives Ultimate Girls TripPhaedra Parks slapped his butt, and Brandi Glanville ripped his shirt off, exposing his torso.

According to Vega, the incident occurred after a strip tease show at Bluestone Manor. After the show concluded, Vega alleges that producers told him to “go over and get the women dancing!”

In the lawsuit, Vega alleges that all of the women were drinking heavily throughout the entire night. On top of that, Vega claims that the incident took a toll on his marriage as his wife was very upset over what happened while filming season 2 of the Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip.

As a result, Vega is now suing Bravo for sexual abuse and harassment. He claims that Bravo has a long history of condemning bad and inappropriate behavior from its stars for the sake of good TV. Vega is seeking monetary damages.

However, now months later, Bravo and producers are fighting back against Vega’s allegations, per Radar Online.

Bravo and their attorneys aren’t having any of the allegations launched at the network or at its star, including Brandi Glanville, who attacked especially hard in Vega’s lawsuit.

In his lawsuit, Vega claimed, “It was Ms. Glanville who, on RHUGT in the Berkshires, sexually harassed and abused Marco Vega.”

Vega’s lawyer then trashed Bravo and producers for allowing Brandi to be cast on the show.

“Defendants had overwhelming prior notice of Ms. Glanville’s prior deviant sexual proclivities and sexually harassing conduct. However, despite this knowledge, Defendants wrongfully continued to hire Glanville for their shows. Defendants allowed, condoned, and even encouraged Ms. Glanville’s sexually aggressive and offensive conduct on others on the sets.”

Vega insists that producers were aware of Brandi’s “tendency to sexually harass others.” He also claims that producers encouraged Brandi “to become drunk on the set so that she would be more likely to commit outrageous and harassing acts.”

A newly filed motion by Bravo’s attorneys reads, “Plaintiff’s vague allegation that he told producers that he was being sexually harassed by Glanville lacks any specificity, including when he allegedly made this statement, to whom, and how they responded.”

In addition, Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip showrunner and executive producer John Paparazzo said, “I was present and observed the cast for the entirety of the burlesque show event and dinner that evening, including the portion of the evening when Plaintiff danced with various members of the cast. Based on my observations that evening, Plaintiff seemed to be having a good time, laughing, and participating during the event.”

He added, “I did not see anyone touch Plaintiff on his genitals or any other private area, nor did anyone ever report such conduct to me or, to my knowledge, anyone else associated with the show.”

A judge has yet to rule on Bravo and Shed Media’s motion to dismiss Vega’s case.

Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy is currently available on Peacock.

The point is, Bravo chose to hire someone knowingly who was what the lawyers claim. So here they are and someone is complaining about a not so safe workplace because of Bravo's liability by choice to exploit for ratings. He may not have a case but they are guilty of continuing to pay Brandi , even though perhaps not legally. Oh, but didn't the Caroline incident occur after this? That show hasn't even aired and how much did it cost to make??. Hope it costs them a ridiculous amount. So will they learn from this and/or will they keep Monica on SLC???

Two words for Bravo . . .Discovery Depositions (Bravo will not want that to happen or their case is in the toilet). Housewives AND Andy on a REAL hotseat.

If Bravo says it did not happen, then obviously it didn't happen! Bravo would never stretch the truth, much less lie.
