Oh, oh, Ozempic strikes again! Shahs of Sunset alum Reza Farahan accuses Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars Kyle Richards and Erika Jayne of “flying to Puerto Vallarta” to obtain the diabetes drug turned weight loss medicine, Ozempic.
“Sorry Kyle, you’re beautiful, the Ozempic is working,” Reza said during an interview with Logo’s Spills the Tea w/ Johnny Sibilly, according to Bravosnarkside on Instagram. “She looks good. She has made deals with people.”
When the interviewer noted that Kyle has denied using the weight loss drug, the Bravo alum quipped, “I don’t care what she says … We can say whatever we want to say, but she’s 50+.”
Reza then went on to allege that Kyle’s RHOBH co-star, the Pretty Mess singer, is also on the wonder drug. He then claimed that he believes they are part of the wealthy crowd that reportedly flies to Mexico in order to obtain the drug without a doctor’s prescription.
“[Kyle] and Erika Jayne are clearly either flying to Puerto Vallarta and going to that pharmacy on the way to the good resorts … or their doctor here is prescribing them Ozempic,” he alleged.
The 54-year-old OG RHOBH star has denied that her new extra slim figure is a result of Ozempic. Instead, Kyle insists that she dropped weight through diet and exercise.
This isn’t the first time Reza has called out Kyle. A beef between the two started in January when Reza called Kyle the “most overrated Housewife” on RHOBH; he then rallied for Bravo to bring Lisa Vanderpump back to the franchise. Kyle clapped back, noting that Reza’s Bravo show was canceled.
Meanwhile, Kyle’s husband and Buying Beverly Hills star Mauricio Umansky appeared on the April 6 episode of Melissa Gorga‘s On Display podcast. During the appearance, Mauricio addressed rumors that he and Kyle are divorcing after the RHOBH OG was spotted without her wedding ring.
“The other day, I think she had a story come out where [Kyle] was photographed coming out the gym without her ring, and then it’s like, ‘There’s signs they’re getting divorced,’” Mauricio explained. “I’m like, ‘She went to the f–king gym. She’s not wearing a ring, okay?’”
In addition to being annoyed with the rumor mill, Mauricio admitted that he has regrets about things he has said and done while appearing on reality TV over the past decade-plus.
“Without question, there’s always some regrets. I call them sacrifices more than anything, more than regrets,” the real estate mogul confessed to the Real Housewives of New Jersey star.
RHOBH is expected to return for season 13 in mid to late 2023.

Ozempic is a diabetes drug that has also been found to aid in weight loss. It works by mimicking the effects of a hormone called GLP-1, which helps regulate blood sugar levels and control appetite.
According to Reza Farahan, a former cast member of Shahs of Sunset, he accuses Kyle Richards and Erika Jayne, stars of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, of using Ozempic for weight loss. However, both Kyle and Erika have denied these claims and attribute their weight loss to diet and exercise.
Reza Farahan alleges that Kyle Richards and Erika Jayne are part of a wealthy crowd that flies to Mexico to obtain Ozempic without a doctor’s prescription. However, these claims have not been substantiated, and both Kyle and Erika have denied using the drug for weight loss.
