After a rare and scathing Facebook post from Sidney Barney, the estranged daughter of Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Judge, detailed the issues she has with her mother, Tamra is now speaking out.

Tamra opened up to Us Magazine; slamming her ex-husband, Simon Barney, for being the true author of Sidney’s Facebook post.

“It’s shocking and horrifying that someone would do something so vile,” Tamra reveals. “I knew it wasn’t my daughter. Those are not words of a 17-year-old, and that was not my daughter’s real Facebook page. It’s very apparent who was behind it; no need to name names. Shame on you for trying to make a sad situation worse between a mother and daughter.”

In Sidney’s post, she described how disappointed she was with Tamra for discussing their issues during part one of the RHOC reunion. Sidney further claims that Tamra “is mentally/verbally abusive” and is only using her for a “storyline that feeds her fame and wallet.”

During part one of the Real Housewives of Orange County reunion, Tamra Judge got super personal as she opened up about her estranged relationship with her eldest daughter Sidney Barney. In a heartbreaking and tearful moment, Tamra revealed that her relationship with Sidney has been non existent for the last two years. Usually not one to be seen or heard from, Tamra’s daughter Sidney spoke out following the reunion and wasn’t too happy about being talked about on TV.

On her Facebook page, Sidney wrote:

“I watched the reunion show last night, and I am disappointed. I try not to talk about personal family matters with my friends, but I was made aware that my mother was talking about me and discussing out personal family matters on the show again. At this point I think it is necessary to tell the truth since she does not know how to tell the truth.

The reason I do not live with my mother is not because of my dad; it is because she is mentally/verbally abusive and not a mother to me. When I told my mother I didn’t want to live with her anymore, I asked only a few things from her. For the past two years I’ve been asking her to treating me badly, to stop embarrassing and talking about me on the show, and to not use my siblings and I as storylines. Clearly she hasn’t followed through with anything that would have made me go back to her house. After telling her this for two years in consoling, she still hasn’t recognized that these problems are between her and I and continues to make this about my father and her.

If she really wanted me back in her life, she would have taken responsibility and changed two years ago when I told the first time what was causing out relationship to suffer. Obviously, I am just another storyline that feeds her fame and wallet. Now you’re using Spencer as a storyline; I hope he realizes it before the damage is done.”

Following Sidney’s post, Tamra posted a simple yet poignant message on Twitter, saying, “I love you more than you know.”

Tamra also revealed that she doesn’t believe Sidney wrote the message and, in fact, believes her ex-husband Simon Barney is behind it.
