Real Housewives of New Jersey star Jacqueline Laurita has caused nothing but chaos during the filming of season seven and now after another fall out with her former BFF Teresa Giudice, Jacqueline would like nothing better than to see Teresa thrown back in jail!

After Jacqueline failed to show up to the RHONJ season finale which happened to be Melissa Gorga’s fashion show producers were eager to get the cast members together one last time before officially wrapping filming. According to sources, Jacqueline had a plan to provoke Teresa into ” a physical altercation on camera” which could land Tre back in prison since she is still on probation.

A source reveals, “It’s absolutely revolting that Jacqueline is trying to do something so sinister that could take Teresa away from the kids. The Giudice girls would have both parents in prison.”

The RHONJ finale which was a lunch took place at the end of last which did go well at all and was the rumored to be the first time the entire cast has been together since the showdown in Vermont.

Sources called the finale lunch “one of the most explosive ever. Will anyone end up in handcuffs? That is the big question!”

AllAboutTRH can EXCLUSIVELY reveal that a verbal altercation went down at the end of Melissa’s fashion show between Kathy Wakile and Dolors Catania, and it was all about Jac Laurita. This drama and the drama over a certain Instagram picture of Robyn Levy, Teresa Giudice, Dolores Catania, and Siggy Flicker then spilled over into a lot of behind the scenes, off camera drama between the ladies.

Also, Jac, Melissa, and Tre did get together for lunch last week to film for the finale, but it didn’t go well. AllAboutTRH sources reveal that Jac wanted to control the conversation which Melissa and Teresa weren’t having, so Jac walked out of their lunch. But things didn’t end there our sources reveal, on Thursday things between the entire cast got very ugly and dark behind the scenes.

Tamra Judge and Vicki Gunvalson Hospitalized In Accident While Bravo Was Filming!

The Real Housewives of Orange County - Season 8

Tamra and Vicky have been through thick and thin – and now they have a terrifying experience to add to their bond!

The dynamic duo were naturally filming for the upcoming season of RHOC when what was supposed to be a fun/light hearted segment turned serious!

On Saturday, around 12:50 PM, the ladies were riding dune buggies through the California desert when their vehicle lost control and rolled over multiple times. Cameras were rolling and Tamra was the one behind the wheel.

The accident was so bad that Vicki was airlifted to a nearby hospital and was released early Sunday with no major injuries. Tamra was also admitted to the hospital but was released on Saturday.

It has been reported that they were hospitalized as a precaution and that neither had any life threatening injuries.

Tamra has confirmed the story is true (and that she was behind the wheel) and gave worried fans an update stating:

“So many texts, tweets and phone calls asking if this is true. I can confirm it is. Thank you for your prayers and concerns. We are both beat up but very lucky to be alive. I’ve never been so scared in my life. As the driver I have an overwhelming amount of guilt and just happy that the 4 of us are alive”

No word on who the other two were (possibly production?) however I’m glad to hear that neither ladies sustained any injuries. Due to the seriousness of the accident I wonder if Bravo will actually air it.

I’m thinking that this will put everything in perspective for the ladies as petty fights about boyfriends aren’t important in the grand scheme of things.

Tonight’s season one finale of Real Housewives of Potomac starts off with the morning after Charisse’s 50th birthday party and the birthday girl is slightly hungover as she recaps the party while on the phone with her friend.

Giselle and Robyn head to the stables so their children can ride horses and let’s just say the kids are less than excited about the treat. Robyn dishes that it’s important for her children and Giselle kids to be around other black and bi-racial children since they live in a prominently white area. It’s clear that neither ladies like being called bi-racial even though they clearly are. Giselle decides she’s planning a come to Jesus lunch for the girls to put it all out on the table.

In Queen Karen’s world, she prepares for her daughter to head off to college and for life with no kids. It seems that her daughter is more than ready to be away from the nest, but Karen isn’t so excited about her daughter going away. In a moment of awkwardness, Karen asks her daughter to promise she won’t kiss any boys her first year at college. Yeah okay….

Katie and her boy-toy Andrew are heading to her farmhouse, and the couple discusses how boring Giselle and Robyn are; alluding that both ladies are stick in the muds and need to learn to loosen up.

Meanwhile, Giselle calls Katie to invite her to lunch to discuss the issues of the group and have a come to Jesus moment. Katie being a Jew isn’t too happy about having a meal that involves Jesus.

Andrew then drops a bomb on Katie that he’s heading to Scotland, and she’s pissed off that she’s not invited. It turns out Katie’s not so sure Andrew’s the one since he’s so lackadaisical about proposing.

In the world of Ashley, she’s lounging on her rooftop deck while Michael comes home full of surprises. Ashley drops the bomb that she’s ready to start working on having a baby which Michael doesn’t seem too thrilled about the idea. The two make a deal that if their new restaurant breaks even, Micheal won’t pull out, no pun intended.

When Katie and Andrew arrive at the farmhouse and immediately head to the vortex which is the spiritual center of the farm. Andrew then gets down on both knows and FINALLY asks Katie to marry him. Katie, who despite talking about getting engaged all season, doesn’t seem that excited about the proposal.

Back at Gizelle’s her and her daughter prepare for the arrival of Gizelle’s father who is coming for a visit. Giselle’s dad starts telling fantastic stories about working with Martin Luther King Jr.

The day of Gizelle’s come to Jesus lunch arrives and she hopes everyone can get to a better point. Karen comes and isn’t happy to see Ashley; calling her a lost puppy dog. Charrisse arrives with her post-50 glow. Ashley is curious to see how things will go with Karen since the last few times they’ve hung out have been awkward. Robyn reveals that she doesn’t think Katie is coming who is extremely late to lunch.

Gizelle opens up that the group tends not to listen to each other and brings a sign to decide when each lady can speak. Karen speaks first saying that she has an issue with Ashley trying to pretend her daughter Raven who is more than ten years younger than her. Karen tells Ashley that she should let Michael ejaculate in her instead of pulling out so she can get her child. And that until Ashley becomes a real woman she should NEVER talk to her children or put their names in her mouth EVER again.

Ashley then digs into Karen and her beliefs that Ashley and Michael are some freaks. Ashley calls Karen judgmental and ignorant. Katie then arrives at lunch…better late than never.

Katie then announces her engagement and ladies all fawn all over her ring. She then shares the details about her engagement.

Robyn tries to burst Katie’s bubble of love when she feels the need to give Katie a black history lesson. Robyn says that straight black men would never act the way Michael and Andrew behaved on the dance floor, which floors Katie and Ashley.

Gizelle then throws in her two cents calling the whole thing disrespectful then brings up the fact that Katie called Gizelle and Robyn bi-racial, which both ladies deny.

Katie says that Robyn and Giselle need to look into their history and says she isn’t insecure about her Caucasian or African American ancestry. Things then get ugly when Katie causes Gizelle stupid while Gizelle says Katie makes it seem like there is something wrong with being black.

Karen and Charrisse say that all the ladies discuss race way too much and that they all need to show respect to each other.

The ladies apologize to each other, but it’s clear that nothing was resolved. Then the wives cheers and wrap up season one of RHOP!

RHOA Recap – Reunion Part 3!

Welcome back to the Atlanta reunion!

We start off this week with Nene making her appearance in quite the body suit – Andy put it best when he said it reminded him of Cher!

Nene discloses that she wanted to come back to the show because RHOA is her “baby” and she didn’t want to give her “baby” to the other girls. Kandi then leaves the couch to pump as she is still breast feeding despite the other ladies saying she should just do it on the couch! With Kandi gone, we then get a flash back to the feud between Sheree and Nene and Andy pointed out how shocked he was that in Jamaica the two hit it off right away.

Sheree says it’s all water under the bridge as their arguments were all “surface” stuff which Nene agrees on. Staying on the topic of Nene – we see a glimpse of the friendship between Cynthia and Nene with a little Kenya on the side. Kenya stood up for Cynthia saying that Cynthia was a loyal friend and had a “mis-step” in Jamaica. Porsha argues that Cynthia still “flip-flops” and said she denied her friendship with Kenya. Kenya admits she was a bit hurt with Cynthia, to which Cynthia says that although they are not BFF’s she does love Kenya.

We then turn to Kim Fields and how many felt she wasn’t a “fit” for the show. Nene calls Kim out saying it’s obvious that Kim doesn’t want to be friends with the other ladies (I have to agree with Nene here!) Nene also spells it out saying that Kim isn’t a fit for the RHOA cast.

We also get some Kenya gossip when she reveals it was very likely that boyfriend Matt would move into Moore Manor when moves in as well (pregnancy rumors anybody??) But enough of Kenya – Andy treats us to a montage of the friendship between Porsha and Phaedra. Kim chimes in because we almost forgot she was there, and reiterates that there was too much cleavage this season and we need to bring back class! Andy also brings up how much Porsha has changed (from proper suburb housewife to Bravo housewife!) Nene even states she couldn’t get Porsha to go out back in the day but now we see Porsha twerking for the world to see. Porsha says it’s only a difference between married Porsha vs. single Porsha – fair enough!

The men of RHOA then join the ladies and newbie Matt brought all the ladies flowers (which I thought was kinda a sweet gesture!) Matt and Kenya then fuel those pregnancy rumors by declaring their love for each other and admit they are “in love”. Speaking of love – Sheree and Bob are brought up to which Sheree doesn’t rule out a reconciliation as Bob is showing her the man he was when they first got together. I found Bob hilarious during the “mercial” episode and wouldn’t mind seeing these two back together if he really has changed!

On to a more tense topic, Kim’s husband Chris is brought up and the debate over his sexuality. Chris is a gentleman and says he’s heard it before due to his profession and he’s secure enough not to let it bother him. We also hear why the rumor was brought up (which was not shown on camera.) Apparently earlier on the bus, Chris spoke with some “sass” to which he claimed that he as just mocking the ladies. The ladies however took it to be his true personality which lead to the sexuality gossip.

Chris wants to know who told Kenya his name was “Chrissy” to which Matt jumps in to defend his woman. Porsha then doesn’t want to take any blame in the gossip which is embarrassing for her because she was caught on camera bashing “Chrissy” as well. Andy is then the voice of reason saying the ladies talk about being gay like it’s a joke or in a derogatory manner and it’s not a pretty look for the them. Preach Andy!!!

All the ladies have since apologized with the exception of Kenya to which Kenya states she shouldn’t’ have to because they called her a liar. Chris flat out calls out Kenya a “horrible” person and Kenya gives him a back handed apology. I have to say Kim’s husband is a gentleman and I don’t think many men would handle the situation with in the same manner that Chris did.

Moving to legal issues (because which Housewife franchise doesn’t have legal issues??) the topic of Phaedra and the feds comes up. Cynthia discloses that the secret service were tipped off not by Phaedra but by what was said on WWHL! Andy seems shocked that his little show could do so much damage; however Kandi is adamant that it was Phaedra who tipped them off (I’m thinking maybe a Bravo producer looking for a storyline??)

Phaedra states she would never do that to Kandi – especially when she was expecting a baby (I have to agree that I’m thinking it wasn’t Phaedra. When it’s said on camera it’s fair game and anyone could connect the dots.)

The husbands then exit stage left which leads into some talk of drama between Porsha and Jami (an employee/friend of hers) that wasn’t previously aired. Apparently Jami was in Porsha’s face at the Christmas party which led to Porsha chasing her down an alley screaming like a man woman and resulting in violence. Andy pointed out that this was her third violent outburst (on camera) and all ladies agree she needs some anger management. I have to admit that the footage aired definitely shows Porsha in a very unflattering light (an that’s putting it nicely!) Porsha takes partial responsibility but also still points the finger. She reveals that she is currently in anger management but sounds like she has a long way to go (to which Andy agrees – I’m sure he doesn’t want more Bravo legal issues involving the housewives!)

We then get the classic roundtable to end on a positive note and wrap it up. Sheree is happy to be back and Kim has learned to make herself a priority. Kenya is happy to be in love and has a home and her father – she is in a good place! Cynthia’s life is a little bumpy (aka Peter) but is focusing on her business. Porsha is continuing her anger management and is moving forward. Kandi is looking great after having a baby but doesn’t give hope to rekindling a friendship with Phaedra. Phaedra gives a pep talk and feels fortunate to be part of the franchise and says each “housewife” has a responsibility as they are in the spotlight.

RHONJ Season Seven Filming Extended As Jacqueline Laurita Continues To Anger Cast And Producers!

Jacqueline Laurita is having a diva moment and continues to make filming the Real Housewives of New Jersey a complete production nightmare. AllAboutTRH EXCLUSIVELY revealed that Jacqueline bailed on Melissa Gorga’s fashion show but was the topic of many conversations that night, more on that here.

Now sources are revealing that even the threat of being fired from RHONJ wasn’t enough to scare Jacqueline into attending the Envy fashion show and that this isn’t the first time she’s refused to film this season.

While Jac has been a diva, sources reveal that “Teresa hasn’t missed any filming with the cast, and has been on time the entire season.”

The RHONJ producers and production team were “absolutely furious Jacqueline refused to show up for the fashion show because it was mandatory that everyone be there. Jacqueline didn’t let anyone know she wasn’t coming until the last possible minute. There was absolutely no reason why she shouldn’t have been there.”

Despite Jac’s attempts to avoid filming the finale of RHONJ she’s not getting off the hook that easy as filming has been extended until Monday, April 4th in order to get all the cast members together.

During Melissa’s fashion show AllAboutTRH‘s spies EXCLUSIVELY overheard a producer say “what, ugh I hate this fucking show,” when he learned of the extended filming that needed to take place. And another production member was overheard saying “I hate them, “ about several of the cast members.

Production sources reveal,“Jacqueline is playing hardball, but is being told by Bravo lawyers she has to do this. It’s in her contract.”

Sources go on to say that Jac’s co-stars are “just over all of the drama with Jacqueline. It’s so unprofessional of Jacqueline to just bail on required commitments. No one else does that but Jacqueline. Jacqueline is going to be facing off with some very angry ladies.”

It seems like Jac’s job on RHONJ is hanging in the balance and that she needs to stop being a diva. Jacqueline appears to have a reoccurring theme of missing filming and being difficult. Remember when she didn’t show up to the season three reunion?

Lisa Rinna “Goes Bald” – Ignites Social Media Controversy!!

Yet again social media has got Lisa Rinna in some hot water!

Brandi Glanville recently made a cameo on RHOBH and in true Brandi form threw as much shade as she could in her 10 minute spot.

During that time, the shade was thrown at Lisa Rinna accusing her of being crazy, a bad friend and of course – wearing a wig! Brandi accused Lisa’s wig glue of getting to her brain which caused her to go off the deep end with the Munchausen accusation.

Lisa shockingly didn’t respond on Twitter as she usually does, and just accused Brandi of craving that Bravo spotlight. However in true Lisa fashion she couldn’t resist responding which I’m sure she thought was an innocent joke; however has since turned into a social media debate!

Lisa posted the following photo with the caption:

Although some fans gave it a good laugh and some praised her for her response to Brandi – others were outraged at the joke and caption. Many stated they had or went through cancer and her making a joke about being bald wasn’t funny. Others commented they had loved ones that were affected by illnesses that caused them to lose their hair and did not find any humor in it.

Coincidentally Yolanda disclosed to Dr. Oz that she lost her hair at one point, and given the history between the two, I don’t think Yolanda finds it funny either.

I think Lisa Rinna goes too far a lot of times, but I don’t think she was thinking too hard into this post and probably didn’t think it was offensive.

Vicki Gunvalson Goes On A Twitter Rampage Against Shannon And David Beador; Gets Support From Lizzie Rovsek!

Things in the OC are heating up once again! Recently a rumor began floating around that David Beador the husband of the Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador freaked out on co-star Vicki Gunvalson about her lies and even went as far as to call her a pig! Well the OG of the OC ain’t having any of that and took to Twitter to fight back.

In a tweet, Vicki wrote, “Now I know how he talks to his wife #unacceptable.”

Right away Vicki’s former co-star and friend of the Housewives Lizzie Rovsek jumped in to lend her support saying, “messy & desperate. I ?? you mama!” Lizzie then went on to say, “so sad & embarrassing.”

Vicki thanked Lizzie for her support while also taking another swipe at David saying, “Love you too Lizzie. Crazy the level some people will stoop to.”

A few days later Vicki then surprisingly wished Shannon a very public Happy Birthday saying, “Wishing you a very Happy Birthday @ShannonBeador! Woop it up!”

When a fan inquired if everything was A-OK between Vicki and Shannon, Vicki made it crystal clear that the former friends were still on bad terms saying, “Nah, but I can still wish her a Happy Birthday.”

Vicki went on to say that the whole RHOC group is crazy, but she’s still seeing how things go with Shannon, saying “Well we all were – let’s see how this year goes.”

I think the Beador’s especially Shannon were really hurt by Vicki and Brooks’ lies last season which clearly are still rearing their ugly heads into season 11. Hopefully, we don’t have to relive Brooks’ cancer gate all over again, but I think Vicki needs to apologize to the entire cast.

RHOBH Recap: Dubai Daze!

The Housewives may be in the desert but the drama on tonight’s episode of RHOBH surely isn’t a mirage. We pickup with ladies continuing their over-the-top and fabulous vacation in Dubai where they are staying in a hotel that’s fit for a King.

Kyle and Lisa V start off their day by going for a swim with the after Kyle comically struggles to get her wetsuit on. Lisa V is in all her glory getting plenty of seal love and kisses…hopefully, Giggy doesn’t get jealous.

Meanwhile, Lisa R and Kathryn head to the spa while Eileen and Erika visit the aquarium. Erika and Eileen discuss why Lisa R is so enraged over the photos of Yolanda, Brandi and Kim hanging out. Erika questions if Lisa R thinks Yolanda is a liar and doesn’t like her.

After their morning of leisure, Eileen pops by Lisa R’s room, and the two are matchy-matchy once again with their almost identical dresses. Eileen reveals that she talked with Erika and that Erika doesn’t get why Lisa R is enraged and give Lisa the heads up that Erika might say something to her. Not so surprisingly Eileen brings up her and Lisa R’s infamous beach conversation about Vanderpump’s manipulation of the Munchausen rumors. Eileen encourages Lisa R, to be honest, and really speak her mind instead of only revealing half-truths. Rinna gets frustrated because she claims she only shared those secrets with Eileen because she trusts her and doesn’t think she needs to share everything with the ladies.

Finally, the women escape their gorgeous hotel and head to the deserts of Dubai. It’s like a scene out of Sex and the City 2 as the ladies are traipsing through the desert all dolled up. After an adventurous drive in the desert, they find their way to a falcon show that leaves some of the ladies less than thrilled. Lisa V proves she’s a tour animal lover after she even falls in love with Gizmo, the Falcon. Finally, the ladies do a desert photo shoot with the Falcon before heading off to their Arabian Nights dinner including a camel, a henna artist, belly dancers and much more.

Not surprisingly the ladies aren’t too happy that it’s a dry night in Dubai meaning no alcohol for them. It might be better if the Housewives remain sober….but then again these ladies don’t need alcohol to cause drama. After the belly dancing, the topic of conversation turns dramatic when once again the topic of Munchausen and Yolanda come up again. Instead of tackling her issues with the ladies regarding their parts in the Yolanda Munchausen rumor she deflects and starts questioning Erika about her feelings toward the group and her.

Erika reveals that she does in fact like Rinna more now than she did initially. Rinna admits that she judged Erika before she met her after viewing her music video which shocks Erika. Erika doesn’t get why Lisa R judged her after she’s posed twice for Playboy and frankly states that she won’t be opening up to Lisa R anytime soon. Rinna says that she feels she can’t say her real feelings about Yolanda because of her illness, which then upsets Erika more because just wants Lisa R to get along with Yolanda. Things then turn to Lisa V’s part in the Munchausen rumors comes up as the Lisa’s have a private conversation. Vanderpump admits that she new Rinna would bring it up and claims she told Rinna to leave the topic alone, and Rinna continues to claim the total opposite.

The next day, the wives head out for another adventure to the market in Dubai. Erika jokes that the ladies will be very surprised that the market is less than glamorous. The ladies do their fare share of bargain shopping and do a lot of bartering. It turns out Kathryn’s birthday is the next day, and Erika gets her a silly little gift.

After exhausting themselves shopping Kyle, Kathryn, and Lisa R head to lunch at Nobu and discuss the trip so far. Rinna spills that she had a moment with Vandeprump and their conversation about why Rinna didn’t throw Kyle into the conversation. Kyle reveals that she knew about it and knows that Vanderpump was trying to throw her under the bus along with Rinna. Kyle makes it clear that she told Lisa V she would drag her down with her if she went through will her plan. Kyle says that she’s not mad at Lisa V because she knows she cares about her but has come to understand that Lisa V isn’t as strong as everyone thinks. Rinna is pissed at this revelation especially since she was left out to dry and doesn’t get why everyone constantly lets Vanderpump get away with her manipulation.

Rinna comes to visit Eileen in her room, and she spills everything. Lisa R tells her all about her convo with Vanderpump last night and her convo with Kyle earlier that day. Eileen is pissed and feels like she is constantly the scapegoat and make matters worse she’s shocked to hear that Kyle knew Vanderpump was trying to play the ladies against each other and throw Kyle and Rinna under the bus. Rinna is going to spill the whole truth to all the ladies at dinner because she is done being the scapegoat for Vanderpump who hates Yolanda and wants to bring her down.

To top off an exciting day, the Housewives go to an outdoor dinner where the are all decked to the nines. Rinna reveals to Erika and Kathryn that she caught Vanderpump in a lie and is shocked about it. Lisa V, on the other hand, reveals to Kyle that she thinks Lisa R is trying to cause trouble and is spreading lies. Things get awkward as Lisa R prepares to open the biggest can of worms.

Rinna says she needs to get something off her chest and tell Vandeprump that she re-wrote history during their conversation last night. Vanderpump denies coming after Rinna and asking her to bring Kyle into spreading the Munchausen rumors and also denies telling Kyle she thought that Lisa R would drag her into the rumor. Kyle chimes in agreeing that she didn’t get it either which makes Vanderpump upset as she continues to deny any manipulation. When Rinna says that she’s not the only one going down for the Munchausen comment, Kyle denies playing any part in that but does admit talking about Yolanda’s Instagram photos. Eileen is infuriated at this saying none of it makes sense and get super upset at Kyle for letting her best friend do this to her. Kyle says she knows Lisa V loves her and that if she did make this mistake, she forgives her; saying everyone has flaws. Kyle breaks down saying she doesn’t care and has bigger issues in her life and doesn’t want to lose Lisa V in her life. Vanderpump says that she never meant any harm and when Eileen starts to go at her, she strikes back saying she always has something to criticize her for. Eileen then brings up the Hamptons argument yet again and gets mad that Lisa V won’t actually apologize or see the error of her ways. Rinna says she lost respect in Lisa V, and the feeling is mutual. Kyle makes Lisa V stay and not run away from this situation as Lisa R calls Lisa V a liar one last time.

Kim Richards Talks Her Living Life With No Regrets!

Kim Richards continues her to speak out to the media on her sobriety and road to recovery. In the latest issue of People Magazine Kim gets real along with some random facts about her that you probably didn’t know before!

Kim starts out her interview swooning over her new favorite celebrity couple:

“Blake Shelton and my girl Gwen Stefani – those two hooking up made my day! It was as good as me walking down the aisle myself!”

Kim then gets more serious talking about her new gig on the Mother/Daughter Experiment: Celebrity Edition saying

“Yes I’ve made mistakes, but I try, and I try again. Because I do love myself, and I love my children. And I want to get this right.”

Kim admitted that her issues started early – most likely rooting in her untraditional childhood:

“Most kids get up, brush their teeth and go to school. I got up, brushed my teeth and went to work. I wanted to be like other kids. It definitely made me grow up faster.”

Kim revealed she had her first real drink at 24, but her real problems didn’t start until after her second divorce to oil heir Gregg Davis:

“It was a painful divorce and custody battle, and it just didn’t end. There was so much pressure. I started having a glass of wine a night.”

This glass of wine a night eventually snowballed turning Kim into an alcoholic (which we all recall was outed on a very tense episode of RHOBH.) On the drama of the show Kim states that it didn’t help with her drinking either saying:

“the drama started, and there was fighting and traveling, and I got overwhelmed.”

Her daughter Brooked chimed in saying “I was scared for her. I said ‘We need you here, and if you continue your behavior, you’re not going to be here much longer.”

Kim emphasizes she is now in a good place and understands that there is no finish line and this is something that she will have to work on:

“There is no golden key to say, ‘This is the answer.’ And I hear people say ‘Oh she’s just a problem’ but a problem is somebody who screws up and doesn’t care. I’ve done a lot of work. And I hope for my sake, for my children’s sake and for the sake of my beautiful grandchildren who hopefully will come, that this is it. I’m super blessed. I’m happy. And I don’t want to rock this boat again.”

Ashley Darby may be young – but she still knows how to hold her ground!

Ashley took to her Bravo Blog to discuss standing up for her man and treating her mama!

On her mom, Ashley says:

My mom and I have gone through the ringer together – we’ve been evicted from our homes, collected from food banks, and even slept on my grandmother’s couch. But through it all, she has been my solid rock. No matter what harebrained idea I came up with, Sheila was in the audience (sometimes with a cowbell and whistle) as my number one fan. Although I could never fully repay that selflessness, Operation Mom’s Happiness has always been my ultimate goal. I’ve been working hard to establish myself and give back to those who continue to support me.

Now that I am in a position to lift the burden from Sheila’s shoulders, the sun shines a little brighter and the flowers smell a little sweeter. No matter what happens or what anyone has to say, I have achieved one of my biggest goals – buying a home for my family – and I won’t stop until we are all at the top.

On her feud with Karen:

I was incredibly baffled by Karen’s avoidance of me. Earlier in the night, I had asked Charrisse Jackson Jordan if she was comfortable with me addressing Karen during her party. She assured there was no issue and encouraged me to squash the bullsh–. From the beginning, the ladies of Potomac have preached the importance of bringing the matter to the forefront. Well, here I was trying to follow the laws of the land only to be given the hand? That’s not right, Slim.

The way things ended between Karen and me left a bad taste in my mouth. I had not come to her event with the intention of causing trouble, but when Robyn Dixon brought up the absence of Karen’s family it triggered a conversation we’d had in the car. I wasn’t the only person who had yet to meet Karen’s daughter, so I assumed the thoughts she shared about exposure to outside influences extended to the group in general. When Karen lashed out, however, it actually hurt my feelings because I thought we’d reached a point where we could discuss issues like ‘grown women.’

At the party I thought we’d finally move on! It was a happy occasion celebrating our beautiful friend Charrisse, so why not herd the elephant out of the room? There was no point in walking on egg shells around each other – I’m not Patti and she’s not Aretha – so let’s hash it out and keep it movin’!

On the butt grabbing incident that instigated all of the drama (and is sure to be a reunion topic!):

It’s rather tragic that homosexuality is still stigmatized in the Black community. Any touching between two men that isn’t a dap or handshake is gay or ‘a white thing.’ That close-mindedness is what reinforces the terrible notions of masculinity and teaches young men that they can only act one way. Michael, unlike Robyn and Gizelle, is not living in a box of rigidness. He has a great sense of humor and does not overthink his actions – Michael jokingly touched Andrew’s butt while he was dancing with Katie, and we all laughed. It was not a big deal at all, and should have stayed on the dance floor. The last time I checked Michael is my husband and Andrew is Katie’s boyfriend – mind your business.
