Buckle up bitches because the Real Housewives of Orange County will be back on our TV screens before we know it!

Shannon Beador gave fans their first look at season 13 of the Real Housewives of Orange County.

On Instagram, Shannon posted a new cast photo for season 13 featuring Vicki Gunvalson, Tamra Judge, and Kelly Dodd; hinting that “Season 13 is coming.”

Many fans wondered why the rest of the RHOC cast wasn’t in Shannon’s picture. It is rumored that season 13 will have two new additions to the cast – Tatiana and Gina.

Bravo has already confirmed that Shannon, Kelly, Tamra, and Vicki will all be returning for season 13, which is why Shannon was able to post this version of the cast photo. The RHOC newbies for season 13 have not been officially announced which is why Shannon couldn’t show them off in the above photo.

It’s all about the mystery with Bravo but if they only knew we know so much more than they think!

I’m excited about RHOC – it’s honestly one of my favorite franchises but last season was the worst. I’m hoping the ladies redeem themselves this season and bring RHOC back to its former glory.

Brielle Biermann Feels “So Blessed” About Moving Into Her First Apartment!

Brielle Biermann has grown up before our eyes from her time spent with her mom Kim Zolciak-Biermann on The Real Housewives of Atlanta and Don’t Be Tardy!

Awhile back Brielle stirred up social media followers when she mentioned ‘moving.’ Kim had to clarify that they are not moving and tweeted, “Brielle has done lost her mind. We aren’t moving.” LOL. It’s true, Kim is not moving from her mansion in Atlanta. However; Brielle did officially move into her own apartment. Last season on Don’t Be Tardy, Brielle talked about how she wanted to move into her own home – and it happened. Brielle confirmed in January that she was getting her own place and the time has come. It’s her very first apartment!

For her birthday a couple of months ago, Kim gave her daughter a gun and art work for her new place. Brielle shared on social media, “#askbelievereceive” with photos of her new princess pad. She wrote, “Feeling so blessed to be in my first apartment!”

It’s an exciting time when you get your very first apartment. It’s a special moment! We have seen Kim and Brielle evolve from the RHOA to Don’t Be Tardy. They also both celebrated milestone birthdays this year, with Brielle turning 21 and Kim turning 40. I think Kim and Brielle are twins! LOL. I’m excited for Don’t Be Tardy to return.

More Money Problems for the Gorgas: Joe Gorga Hit With New Lawsuit!

The Gorga clan has been plagued with rumors of money woes for years – so if there’s smoke is there fire? According to Page Six – yes!

Page Six is reporting that Joe Gorga was recently hit with a lawsuit from the company Starlite Window for an outstanding $17,000 balance with the company! This reportedly is supported by documents from the New Jersey Superior Court.

No comments have been made by the Gorgas at this time; however they haven’t had the best of luck with finances as of late. Joe was also sued over a slip at one of his rental properties and we all know that Gorga’s Homemade Pasta and Pizza has been a disaster with their partners. Recently there were also rumors of Joe shoplifting in Home Depot; however this is something he brushed off as completely ridiculous.

In addition, Melissa recently went through a legal ordeal with her previous business partner over her clothing boutique envy.

Teresa Giudice had a very Happy Birthday as her daughters threw her a surprise Birthday party over the weekend.

The party not only included Teresa’s closest friends and family but also her Real Housewives of New Jersey co-stars who were more than happy to celebrate the OG Jersey Housewife!

Gia, Gabriella, Milania, and Audriana spared no expense and left no detail unturned; ensuring Teresa’s party went off without a hitch.

Let’s take a look at Teresa’s party! Hopefully, we will get to see more of it during season 9 of RHONJ!

Teresa’s party included everything from a donut wall, to a cascading balloon display, to various customized floral arrangements.

Does Shannon Beador Have a New Boyfriend??

After going through a public divorce, many OC fans have been #TeamShannon and have hoped that she would find love again.

Shannon not only stood by David after his messy affair, but seemed to take the high road during the divorce while David publicly flaunted a new relationship rather quickly.

As the two have been divorced for some time and we’ve seen Shannon unhappy for so long, many fans wondered when she would start dating again. Well OC fans – according to her Instagram page (and a suspicious comment from bestie Tamra) it looks like she may be off the market!

Over the weekend, Shannon attended a Brett Michaels concert to the surprise of no one (we all know that Shannon loves to rock, and also makes a stellar Brett Michaels herself!) Shannon shared the following photo on her Instagram page stating “What an amazing night meeting @brettmichaelsofficial and seeing @poison. An incredible concert!”

It certainly looks like a double date as Shannon is next to a mystery man wither another couple on the other side of Brett Michaels; however it’s fellow OC star Tamra Judge’s comment that is really interesting. Her bestie Tamra commented “Ahhh. The mysterious Alex has made it to Instagram. #greatpicture.”

Anyone who has dated someone that has not yet met their friends knows that Tamra’s comment sounds like she has definitely heard all about Alex and has been curious to see/meet him.

While Shannon hasn’t confirmed anything (yet) I do hope that she has found love as she was absolutely miserable in her marriage to David.

Jill Zarin Opens Up About Life After Her Husband’s Passing; Shares What The Future Has In Store For Her!

Jill Zarin has been having a tough year after the tragic passing of her husband, Bobby Zarin, to cancer. However; she has been keeping busy and is following the wishes he had for her. Jill opened up to Bravo, “I see this as this is in God’s hands. He left Bobby with me, I’m blessed to have him as long as I did have him.” She added, “He gave me an extra six months that I knew I shouldn’t have had.” Some of these wishes included playing tennis, working and being open to love again. Right now Jill has been focused on her daughter, working for Zarin fabrics and her prints, and playing lots of tennis. (She admitted that she will probably meet another man through the tennis route.)

The former star of The Real Housewives of New York, is also rumored to be returning full-time at some point. Last season she made an appearance as a friend of Countess Luann De Lesseps and we know that Bobby’s funeral was filmed for RHONY. Jill and her former BFF, Bethenny Frankel, have also rekindled their friendship. Therefore; it seems likely that Jill will be making her way back to RHONY. Jill has even admitted that she would like to come back to Real Housewives.

I personally would love for Jill to come back. I think she’s a genuine lady and I feel sad for her during this difficult period of mourning. It’s nice to see her in good spirits. She deserves happiness. I’m also stoked that Jill and Bethenny are back on good terms!

RHOP: Ashley Darby Spills The Tea About Karen Huger On WWHL?!

The Real Housewives of Potomac star, Ashley Darby, has no problem speaking her mind. Ashley can also paint a vivid picture with her words! She recently joined Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live and gave the scoop about the RHOP, the details about what her stepson said he witnessed between Karen Huger and her driver, as well as her relationship with her mother and husband. Ashley is back together with her husband, and they are working on their relationship with her mother – since they aren’t a fan of her boyfriend.

The juiciest story she told was of course about how she claims her stepson witnessed her co-star, Karen Huger, intimate with her driver. She broke down what her stepson said he saw: “First he walks in to get his food at this late night pizza restaurant, and he sees this couple, like embracing. He sees the woman’s face and the man’s chest. The guy reaches over and grabs the woman’s butt, like takes two big handfuls. Karen turns around and looks right at him. Now she had just come from my restaurant. She wasn’t at my restaurant, she was at a pizza restaurant right across the street. They were together canoodling.” She added, “Monique saw it too, Monique saw that chemistry that night between them, too.”

I have to say it was entertaining to watch Ashley recount the story! It sounds like a storyline from Desperate Housewives. LOL. However; I don’t know if I believe it or not. Do you? It’s hard to say, and there are two sides to every story. The ladies on the Potomac sure know how to bring the drama for us Bravo superfans! We’ll have to stay tuned for more!

Dorinda Medley Continues To Defend Herself Against Drinking Accusations

Real Housewives of New York star Dorinda Medley is once again defending herself against drinking accusations.

During a recent appearance on Page Six TV, Dorinda opened up about her co-stars’ accusations and made it clear she doesn’t have a drinking problem.

“It happens,” Dorinda Medley says of her boozy trip to Miami with Real Housewives of New York co-star Bethenny Frankel.

Dorinda goes on to say that it’s not fair to toss labels out there; pointing out that Bethenny has a habit of doing just that. For example, Dorinda explains that Bethenny, who is all about helping women in crisis, is often labeling women things like a drunk, a loser, or a whore.

As for Bethenny and Luann’s claims that Dorinda is a “drunk,” Dorinda denies the claim and explains that everyone in the cast, besides Carole, drinks a lot.

“Bethenny drinks, Sonja, well forget about that, we call her the FFF – the Fabulous Floozy Forever,” Dorinda says of the RHONY’s drinking habits.

The Real Estate Hot/Not List: Ryan Serhant Breaks Down the NY Housewives Real Estate!

We’ve seen apartments, mansions, yachts and town houses. When it comes to the Real Housewives we’ve pretty much seen it all. So, who is wisely investing and who needs some help? We will default to the expert Million Dollar Listing’s Ryan Serhant to give us his opinion on the real housewives real estate.

On a recent episode of WWHL, Ryan gave his two cents on the ‘real homes of the wives’ and I think he was pretty much spot on:

Regarding Sonja asking for $32K a month, Ryan didn’t think it was too unreasonable (it is a townhouse in Manhattan after all) however he thinks she should knock it down to $30K. Ramona said what every RHONY fan is thinking: the townhouse is outdated and needs updates/renovations. I couldn’t agree more as it has a bit of a ‘Grey Gardens’ vibe to it and for $32K a month I would be expecting perfection. Per Ramona the home doesn’t show well due to it being outdated and this is the reason Sonja has been unsuccessful in renting it. Maybe Sonja should call Ryan and Fredrik?

As for Bethenny’s real estate investment in the Hamptons, Ryan does agree with Ramona that being ‘on the highway’ is not the same as ‘south of the highway’ so perhaps Bethenny doesn’t know it all? He does think Bethenny has a knack for flipping properties and that it looks like a great project. You can view the clip of real estate king himself in the video below:

Pump Rules: The Differences Between SUR & Villa Blanca, As Told By SURvers!

The stars of Vanderpump Rules are no strangers to Lisa Vanderpump’s restaurants in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills. In fact, they are like one big family. The SURvers work, film, and play at SUR. It’s one big party over at SUR. Villa Blanca has been seen more on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, as LVP has hosted numerous parties there. Apparently there are some differences between the two iconic restaurants, although they are both upscale and beautiful. According to the stars of Pump Rules, SUR is more of a nightclub, whereas; Villa Blanca is a “chill retirement home compared to SUR.”

Stassi Schroeder explained, “When we go SUR vs Villa Blanca, I would totally say that it, it’s like you turned 60, you kow. At SUR you’re like 25. And then it’s like you just jump.” Jax Taylor described it as being two different worlds. He said, “I would even go over there for lunch, and I’d be like, ‘Oh I work at SUR’ and the people would be like, ‘Oh, you do? What’s it like over there?’ It was like, ‘What’s it like?!’ And we’re technically the same company.”

Apparently there have even been employees who have gone to SUR after Villa Blanca and then gone right back to Villa Blanca. Stassi explained that when you go to Villa Blanca, you need to have your stuff together. However; at SUR they encourage you to get crazy and be a hotmess. Although; some SURvers feel like SUR has toned down a notch. Apparently it used to be way more wild!

I think all of LVP’s restaurants are fabulous. Lisa and Ken really know how to run a successful business. The fact that they have all of these business ventures in LA, and especially in Beverly Hills, just proves that they are doing everything right. I do have to say that Pump Rules is entertaining! I can’t wait for more next season!
