Our wait is over VPR fans! Our favorite (and some not so favorite) SUR-vers have returned and if the previews are any indication, it’s going to be a crazy season.. So what happened so far?

Starting off, the highly anticipated Tom Tom bar has opened and it is already on it’s way to have some SUR level drama.

The Toms (Sandoval and Schwartz) are partners in this establishment as they handed over their hard earned money to help fund the place and lend Lisa their name. Unfortunately for the boys, they are feeling more like employees than partners as they are finding that they don’t have a lot of say in the bar. While the Toms are discussing their sexy shot ideas, Lisa keeps turning them down as she already has her daughter Pandora in charge of the cocktail list. To be fair, the Toms are great at serving drinks and looking good, but aren’t great with deadlines and budgets so I do kinda see Lisa’s point here. On the other side, not discussing this with your partners is a recipe for disaster so I’m siding with the Toms on this one:

Moving on to James and Lala, we find their friendship is over due to James, well….just being James. Apparently he disrespected Lala’s boyfriend (now fiance) at Coachella by making a sexual comment about her which Rand wasn’t having. I have felt for awhile that Lala and James’ friendship is off and now that the two are both in serious relationships think it’s for the best they part ways:

Brandi Redmond Reveals Why Bravo Could Film Her Nude but NOT LeeAnne Locken!

RHOD’s Brandi Redmond has has been on a tweeting spree as of late and isn’t saving it all for the reunion!

We recently covered Brandi attacking Travis Hollman on Twitter (for original story click here) and now she is educating viewers on why she was fine getting nude for the show but not for LeeAnne Locken.

Fans scratched their heads when Brandi stripped down in Denmark when she was aware that Bravo was filming but went ballistic when LeeAnne pulled out her phone. Brandi laid out the difference while on a Twitter spree, stating that she knew Bravo would blur our certain parts while LeeAnne would definitely not. In addition she stressed that Cary’s family personally asked them not to take photos which would make LeeAnne even more out of line:

I don’t agree with Brandi on everything but I do think she made some fair points here. If she would have explained herself in a calm, rational way with the points she made above, things would have gone over a lot more smoothly. Although if she did that we would have missed out on that whole phone cloning scandal so at least we got that!

Season 9 of the Real Housewives of New Jersey is in full swing so it’s not shocking that some of the show’s former stars are STILL trying to ride on its coattails.

Former RHONJ star Jacqueline Laurita made it clear she’s desperate for attention when she randomly went on a rant about RHONJ, Kim D, and Teresa Giudice.

On Instagram, Jacqueline revealed she would be attending Kim D’s Poshe Fashion at the Brownstone which then spiraled into her taking some cheap shots at her former BFF Teresa.

I’m not surprised by this video at all. Jacqueline just can’t help herself. She always finds a way to get some attention when RHONJ is back on the air.

Gina Kirschenheiter Finally Reveals What Caused Her to File for Divorce!

Fans of RHOC were baffled as to why Gina Kirschenheiter was filing for divorce from her husband Matt as the two seemed to have a better marriage than most married housewives. Gina had stated that her husband is not only a hottie but was her best friend and that the two had great sex. So what was the problem?

In a clip for the upcoming OC reunion, Gina reveals that essentially Matt stopped loving her as he did not bring her flowers, tell her she was beautiful or tell her that he loved her. At the end of the day it seems that Gina stopped feeling loved which is an important part of any marriage.

Andy asked the million dollar question: did Gina go on the show knowing that she was getting divorced? I do think many wives go on the show as a way to generate some income so that they can file for divorce with some sort of independence; however Gina claims that this was not the case (not sure that I’m buying that.)

As for why her husband Matt is so mysterious? Gina revealed that when he disclosed appearing on the show to his employer, it was not cleared and he wasn’t able to appear at all (even in a photo) or it could jeopardize his employment.

I do think Gina’s divorce is mysterious and am hoping that she is 100% sure she is ready for divorce vs. just going through a rough patch. Marriages have many ups and downs and her’s seem to be death by a thousand cuts vs. one primary cause.

Dolores Catania Opens Up About Frank Catania Getting Disbarred And How They Got Back On Track!

The Real Housewives of New Jersey are back with a bang! RHONJ star, Dolores Catania, is dealing with her best friend/ex-husband, Frank Catania, being disbarred this season. He waited awhile before telling her about it, so she was very shocked. Now they are back on good terms! Dolores told The Daily Dish, “It was so devastating what he went through, that I understand it was too hard to tell me. So I have compassion for him. It’s not acceptable, but I kind of understand where it came from.” Dolores was first confronted about Frank’s disbarment during the Season 8 reunion, but at the time she had no idea what was going on. When she did find out, she wasn’t happy, understandably so. “No matter how hard something is, have I ever turned my back on him? No. So, I was pissed off,” she explained. They have made up now, and Dolores is opening up about how they got back on track. Dolores explained, “You have to drop it and move on from it.” She also discussed on WWHL:
That must have been such a shock for Dolores! I don’t blame her for being upset and confused, when she first found out. I’m glad they’ve now moved on from it. They’re mature adults and were able to work through it. It’s an unfortunate situation, but onward and upwards!

 Frank Catania was disbarred, which came as a shock to Dolores. He waited to tell her about it, causing her to be upset and confused initially. However, they have since reconciled and are back on good terms.

 Dolores and Frank were able to work through their differences and move on from the situation. Dolores emphasized the importance of dropping the issue and moving forward. They are now in a better place and have put the disbarment behind them.

Dolores has not specifically mentioned her thoughts on the current season of RHONJ in the given content.

Let’s Discuss RHONJ: Whose Side Are you On?

Were only two episode into this season of the RHONJ and already friendships and relationships are floundering. So what’s going on? Let’s recap!

First up NJ OG Danielle Staub and former friend (and newbie to NJ) Margaret Josephs.) It started out as the calm before the storm; with Danielle describing how she felt that she and Dolores are not meant to be friends; however then did a classic Danielle 180 when Margaret revealed that the two were now buddies. Danielle turned into a 12 year old basically telling Margaret that if she didn’t like Dolores, Margaret can’t either. Danielle then turned back into ‘season 1 Danielle’ and really hit below the belt bringing up Margaret’s affair – ouch! Watch the clip below and see for yourself:

That wasn’t the only drama in episode 2 as we saw Papa Gorga throw back some drinks and tell his son what he really thinks (honestly I loved it!) Nonno believes that his only son should be around more after losing his mother and while his brother in law is “away.” Personally I think Joe should be helping out more as well and spending more time with his father more; however Joe Gorga just laughed it off which will be a sore subject between Tre and her brother and sister in law. Taking it one step further, Teresa’s eldest Gia ended up getting involved and let her uncle Joey know that he needed to man up and make one designated day for Nonno per week. While this sounds reasonable, Joe Gorga didn’t seem to grasp that his father actually wanted to see him and thought it was just Teresa bitching at him. Even when his niece stepped in, Joey basically said he was too busy for his elderly father. Am I the only one who was appalled at this scene with the Gorgas??

Kenya Moore is officially a mommy! The former star of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, welcomed her first child with husband Marc Daly, Brooklyn Doris Daly, earlier this month. However, it wasn’t an easy delivery for her. The RHOA alum had to be induced early due to preeclampsia, which she shared can cause extreme swelling and high blood pressure. After giving birth, Kenya is still dealing with the aftermath. She said, “the excruciating pain of a C-Section.” She’s also having precious moments with her “miracle baby.” Kenya recently shared a sneak peek on social media, and a first look at her newborn baby. Kenya posted this picture with the hashtags, “#miraclebaby and #fairytalesdocometrue.”

Andy Cohen Gave THIS Advice To Margaret Josephs & Brandi Redmond When They Joined Real Housewives!

The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Margaret Josephs and The Real Housewives of Dallas’ Brandi Redmond got together recently to dish on Real Housewives. It turns out they met before in Miami! They revealed on Bravo’s Housewife to Housewife, that when they met in Miami, Margaret had spotted Brandi wearing a beach cover-up by Margaret’s company, Macbeth Collection, which Brandi said she carries on her online shop, Brandi Land. These two have a lot in common and far along very well. Margaret joked, “I could have been on Dallas. I have the big hair.”

During their interview Margaret asked Brandi, “What’s the best piece of advice Andy Cohen has ever given you?” Brandi replied, “In the beginning, when I had first started, we had finished taping a Watch What Happens Live and then he turned around and came back and told me to, ‘Come here.’ And I walked over there and he said, ‘Whatever you do, tell your husband to stay off social media because it’ll just get you in more trouble.’ I didn’t listen and of course I went and read everything everybody said and I would try to communicate back, but he was right, because it kind of gets in your head space, so just to leave that at the door and let people have their opinions and just be yourself.”

Brandi’s husband, Bryan Redmond, doesn’t really get involved with social media. Brandi said he only uses his Twitter to follow sports. Margaret then shared that Andy’s advice to her, was about being her authentic self. She said, “Fans can smell fake.”

I agree that it’s best for them to just be themselves, who they really are. I agree that it’s not a good idea to feed into what people say on social media as well. If you read negative things about yourself it can eventually get to your head and keep you from behind positive. All that truly matters at the end of the day, are the real people in your life. Family and friends are the most important things in life! I feel like Margaret and Brandi mesh together really well. I liked this Housewives crossover!

Siggy Flicker Reacts To Dolores Catania & Margaret Josephs Friendship This Season!

The Real Housewives of New Jersey premiered Season 9 with a bang, and we are in for a great season! So far there have been some positive changes, one being that Dolores Catania and Margaret Josephs have agreed to move on from all of their past drama. They’re getting along well and are working on a friendship. This newfound friendship has many people wondering, what does Dolores’ best friend, Siggy Flicker, think about it? Siggy and Margaret had a lot of drama on the show and this year Siggy didn’t return to the RHONJ. However; that doesn’t mean she’s not still in some of the women’s lives. Dolores is still BFF with Siggy!

So is Siggy upset about this news? Not at all! Siggy is cool with it. Dolores said on a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live, “Listen, no one dictates who I speak to or who I’m friends with. And Siggy had said to me, ‘Dolores, no matter what you have to do, do. I have no problem with you speaking to Margaret or being friends with Margaret.'” Dolores also shared during the WWHL appearance that her friendship with Siggy is the same. Dolores explained, “I’m still very, very close with Siggy. I’m a good friend to Siggy, she’s a good friend to me.”

Dolores shared what ‘The Sig’ has been up to lately. “She has a lot of speaking engagements. She’s doing very well. She just had surgery on her ankle. I was with her the other day. She’s Siggy. She’s funny. I laugh with her,” Dolores summed up.

I’m glad that Dolores and Margaret are on good terms and I’m not surprised that Siggy is okay with it. They are all adults and are acting mature. It would be very childish to be upset with someone for being friends with someone else, when they all want peace and positive energy. That’s what it’s all about. I honestly think those three have big hearts! I’m excited to watch this season unfold.
