In part one of the reunion, Julia claims Adriana used a secret from their past against her. “In the Hamptons, Adriana and I slept together,” Julia says during the reunion taping. She then alleges that Adriana “blackmailed her multiple times” to keep that secret quiet.

In a sneak peek clip for this Thurday’s episode, Bravo shared Adriana saying she would “break the fourth wall about a secret,” which appears to align with Julia’s accusation, but Adriana is not staying silent.

She took to Instagram to shut it down directly, commenting on an AllAboutTRH podcast post:

“That is such a Lie!! that’s not my style and I was vouching for her and doing home studies twice to help her with adoption… doesn’t even make sense.”

In newly filed court documents, obtained by TMZ, Phypers claims he is on the brink of financial collapse — and is pleading with a judge for emergency access to their joint bank accounts.

In the filing, Phypers says he needs “$150,000 or he might end up homeless,” citing mounting debt, unpaid rent, and legal fees. “I am financially desperate,” he states in the documents.

Millions Locked Away, Claims Phypers

According to Phypers, the couple had “millions of dollars in joint accounts” prior to the divorce filing. He claims Richards “took control of the accounts and has not allowed me access to any of the funds.”

Interestingly, Phypers acknowledges that a substantial portion of the money in question comes from Denise’s OnlyFans account. However, he asserts he has a stake in that income too — claiming he took many of the photos featured on her page. In fact, he insists he “owns the copyright to those pics.”

A Breakdown of the $150K Request

Phypers outlines exactly where the requested funds would go:

  • $120,000 to cover back rent
  • $10,000 for legal representation in the divorce case
  • An additional amount to cover “other expenses”

He emphasizes that the amount he’s asking for is “only a small portion of the money in the account,” and argues it should not be considered spousal support. Rather, it’s simply “what is needed for me to survive, pay these debts and be able to live safely like a normal person.”

Without this emergency cash, Phypers says he and his family could be “evicted and homeless.”

More Than Just Money

This latest development adds fuel to an already fiery legal battle. Both parties have made serious allegations against one another: Phypers accusing Richards of infidelity, and Richards firing back with claims of domestic abuse. Both have denied the other’s accusations.

In this most recent legal filing, Phypers accuses Richards of misrepresenting multiple aspects of their post-separation interactions. One specific claim revolves around a dispute over their dogs — with Aaron stating Richards lied about going to his house in August to retrieve them. Although Pedranti initially received a save-the-date earlier this year, her invitation was ultimately rescinded — via text.

“Shortly after the save-the-dates were sent, Alexis underwent an unexpected emergency surgery,” a source close to Bellino explained.

The nature of the medical emergency wasn’t disclosed, but the insider confirmed that Bellino, 48, is doing well now. Despite the health scare, Bellino made an effort to reach out to Pedranti.

“Despite everything she was going through, Alexis reached out to Jenn before the procedure to share what was happening,” the source said. “Sadly, she never received a response or any check-in from Jenn during that time, which was personally difficult.”

That silence reportedly left Bellino feeling unsupported at a vulnerable time, prompting her to reevaluate their friendship.

“Alexis truly felt a strong bond with Jenn and genuinely wanted to include her in her special day,” the insider shared. “But the lack of support she felt during her time of need led her to reevaluate their relationship.”

With the wedding being a more “intimate” affair, Bellino made some “tough decisions” about who would make the final guest list. One of those decisions meant letting Pedranti know the dynamic had shifted.

“Alexis reached out to say she felt a shift in their connection and sensed some distance,” the source continued. As a result, Bellino told Pedranti it “may not be the right time” for her to attend the ceremony.

For Bellino, the focus now is on her healing and the future she’s building with Janssen.

“Right now, Alexis is focused on her health, her happiness and the love she’s building with John,” the source said. “She’s grateful for the people who have shown up for her and is looking forward to celebrating surrounded by those who have been by her side.”

Despite the rift, Bellino isn’t closing the door on a future reconciliation.

“Alexis continues to believe Jenn is a good person and wishes her nothing but the best,” the source added. “She remains hopeful that they can reconnect in the future; the door is always open.”

Pedranti responded to the news with grace, telling Page Six:

“I respect Alexis’ decision and wish nothing but the best for her and John.”

While Pedranti won’t be attending, a handful of current and former Bravolebrities are still expected to be present for the celebration.
