If you think season 12 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has been dramatic so far, buckle up because you ain’t seen nothing yet!

The explosive RHOBH mid-season trailer proves that the BEST is yet to come.

The second half of season 12 promises exciting Chinese New Year celebrations, champagne toasts, and tropical beach vacations, but it’s not all diamond and rosé.

The Beverly Hills Housewives are confronted with the allegations and lawsuits against co-star Erika Jayne and her estranged husband, Tom Girardi.

If you think the RHOBH cast is simply going to gloss over the allegations against Erika and Tom, think again.

“Want to know who your friends are?” Erika asks in the mid-season teaser. “Get old and go broke.”

Kyle Richards makes it clear that their friend group is determined to hold Erika accountable for her actions.

“She’s going to have to answer more than she’s comfortable with,” Kyle explains. “Because we deserve to know the truth.”

Meanwhile, Garcelle Beauvais shuts down Dorit Kemsley’s doubts about Erika’s role in Tom’s crimes.

“F––k you with that,” Garcelle snaps. “I’m not going to s––t on her when she’s at her bottom. If what Tom did is true, then f–k Tom.”

Erika pleads with her co-stars and friends to believe her telling them, “If he stole the money, I’d like to know where it is. I’m asking you to believe me instead of an article.”

However, Sutton Stracke can’t help but question Erika’s innocence.

“Have we been duped by the lies?” Sutton asks to which Erika fires back, “If you ever call me a liar again, I’m coming for you. Guess what, bitch? I’m not threatening; I’m promising.”

Kathy Hilton then notes, “everybody’s got a skeleton in their closet.”

A tearful Erika then concludes, “Look at me, look at my f––king life.”

More money, more problems?

Dorit Kemsley and her husband Paul ‘PK’ Kemsley have found themselves in quite the financial pickle.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple reportedly owes $1.3 million in unpaid taxes.

In documents obtained by The Sun, Dorit and Paul are named in a federal tax lien.

The couple of six years owes $635,887.23 to the IRS from 2018. Dorit also has an individual tax lien from California state for $90,269.46. This was most recently dated in March 2021.

As for PK, he has two solo tax liens attached to him. One tax lien from the state of California stems from 2015 and is for $293,222.73. He also owes $289,423.67 for a 2018 federal lien.

Combined, the reality TV couple owes a whopping $1,308,803.09 in unpaid taxes. Yikes.

Solo Tax Liens

On top of all this, Dorit and PK are still trying to unload their Encino mansion. They initially put their home on the market in September 2020 after only living in the home for one year.

They initially listed the 6 bedroom, 7.5 bath modern farmhouse for $9.5 million however after they didn’t procure a buyer they dropped the price to $8 million. After briefly taking their home off the market they relisted the property in April 2021.

However, in May 2021, they added the option to rent out the home for $75k a month to the real estate listing.

Over the last several years, Dorit and PK have been hit with numerous lawsuits. These legal issues were briefly discussed on RHOBH after former co-star Camille Grammer accused PK of owing “a LOT of money” to someone “very close” to her.

Dorit responded to Camille’s allegations, saying, “PK’s affairs, and whoever’s coming out trying to say he owes him money, that is from another lifetime ago.”

“It’s way before me, it’s way before his bankruptcy. It’s at the height — and unfortunately, when you become public they come out of the woodworks and that’s exactly what’s happening,” she continued. “There’s far more to the story than what people think that they know, and there’s a lot that I can’t say, obviously, because it’s in the hands of the lawyers and where it should be.”

Despite Dorit and PK’s growing financial issues the RHOBH star continues to flaunt her apparent wealth by dressing in head-to-toe designer outfits. Her closet, which is often featured on RHOBH and her Instagram page, is full of pricey clothes, designer bags, and shoes.

Dorit’s rep did not return The Sun‘s request for comment.

The hits keep coming for Erika Jayne.

Shortly after the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was spotted flying on a private jet, attorney Ronald Richards has vowed to launch an investigation into the outing.

The DailyMail recently shared photos of Erika smiling as she boarded a private jet out of Los Angeles.

After seeing the photos, Richards’ interest was piqued, and he wondered how Erika was able to afford the pricey ride. Richards is the attorney that was hired to investigate the ongoing bankruptcy case against Erika’s estranged husband, Tom Girardi, and his Girardi Keese law firm. Erika was recently dragged into Tom’s bankruptcy case after a judge ruled that victims can go after the RHOBH star’s assets to recuperate stolen funds.

“Pursuant to California Rule 3.6(b)(5), we are requesting assistance in obtaining evidence and information necessary to determine the source of [Erika Jayne]’s legal fees and expenses, as well as the tail number for this plane in this published article,” he tweeted.

So far, the Beverly Hills Housewives have had co-star Erika Jayne’s back amid her divorce from estranged husband Tom Girardi and their mounting legal issues that include claims of fraud and embezzlement.

However, that doesn’t mean they didn’t have doubts and questions when Erika and Tom’s legal woes first began to emerge.

On the July 9 episode of The Sl-t Pig podcast, Dorit Kemsley dished on the bevy of challenges the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast faced amid as they did their best to navigate the allegations against Erika.

She also revealed if she believes Erika will attend or skip the season 11 reunion.

“It was very difficult to navigate, as it’s one of our friends,” Dorit admitted. “I felt very much for Erika. It’s also one of those things that you almost can’t wrap your head around. You’ve known this person. You’ve met her husband. It’s almost incomprehensible. I worry for her, as my friend.”

Dorit also noted that she felt Erika was very “honest” amid filming despite criticism that she wasn’t vocal enough about the accusations she and Tom are facing.

“I think she did a good job opening up and being as honest and up-front as she could. [But] there is someone in particular [who questions her more than the rest],” she said.

While Dorit wouldn’t admit which Beverly Hills Housewife was the hardest on Erika, she reveals that many cast members experienced “question and doubt” about Erika’s involvement in the allegations of embezzlement.

“I will say there are moments where there was a lot of question and doubt, and Erika didn’t share anything until it came out. There was a lot of people on the cast that went through a moment where there was a shadow of doubt or confusion,” she confessed.

No doubt Erika won’t be able to discuss EVERYTHING at the upcoming reunion as her lawyers will most likely restrict her from discussing certain topics. Despite this hiccup, Dorit believes that Erika will show up at the reunion and share what she can, even if it’s not much.

“I absolutely do,” Dorit confirmed when asked if she thinks Erika will attend the season 12 reunion.
