Shutting down the rumor mill!

Garcelle Beauvais is reacting to reports she’s planning to leave the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after this season.

A source recently told Deux Moi that “Garcelle is sick of being around the ladies.”

The actress turned reality TV star reportedly “feels they are not being authentic at all” and, as a result, “won’t return next season.” 

A fan shared the report on Twitter, saying, “Hope this isn’t true. Garcelle needs to come back.” 

While Garcelle didn’t directly shut down the report, she did hint that it’s nothing but bs. Garcelle retweeted the post and added the laughing-crying face emoji and the shrugging emoji.

Naturally, RHOBH fans reacted to the report and shared their candid opinions.

“Garcelle, we NEED you on that show. I think you should renegotiate for higher pay because you and Sutton are doing ALL OF THE WORK!!!!” one fan wrote. In contrast, a second fan added, “I wouldn’t blame you if this was true, but I say capitalize on your popularity and demand from Evolution that they try out someone handpicked by you for the show. You are the future of this franchise.” 

“Bravo needs to drop Dorit and Rinna. They’re fake and have no storyline. Then they need to bring in 2 friends of yours. This will break up the little click that bullies a cast member off the show every season,” another fan added.

A fourth fan quipped, “You and Sutton brought this franchise back to life. You are correct. The four divas are not authentic. They are stale as well.” 

This rumor isn’t that hard to believe, considering Garcelle claimed she wouldn’t return last season if Denise Richards didn’t return. She later backtracked on her comments and returned for season 11 of the show.

Since returning for her sophomore season, Garcelle has accused her co-stars of acting, claiming that the Beverly Hills Housewives are actors who don’t show who they “really” are.

“Everybody’s a great actor in this group; everybody should get an Academy Award. I think sometimes people put certain fronts up, and it’s not really who they are, so I think everybody deserves an Academy Award,”  Garcelle told Entertainment Tonight in May.

More money, more problems?

Erika Jayne and businesses may have received a butt load of money from her estranged husband Tom Girardi’s law firm, Girardi Keese, but now she’s being sued to pay every pretty penny back – with interest.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is being sued for $25 million by the trustee overseeing the bankruptcy case involving Tom’s law firm.

Erika and her EJ Global and Pretty Mess companies allegedly received jewelry and other luxury items that were purchased using money from Tom’s Girardi Keese company.

“Erika has taken the ludicrous position that since she did not receive the payments directly from the [firm], she is not liable,” the document states. “She attempts to create a distinction between handing her money directly versus paying all of her bills directly. The distinction, like her prior motion for reconsideration, is meritless. Any payments made for her benefit are her responsibility.” 

While Erika insists “she did not know her husband was maintaining a debt,” the trustee feels “it would be a miscarriage of justice” if the reality star were allowed to “simply walk completely free” while owing more than $25 million to the estate.

“Erika signed all of her tax returns, numerous credit card slips, and was well aware of the money she spent on the Debtor’s credit cards and the Debtor’s payment of her personal expenses,” the trustee alleged. “Her feigned willful blindness and ostrich approach to these expenditures will do absolutely nothing to limit her liability.”

The trustee added that “the glam cannot be supported by a sham” and wants the court to force Erika to repay the $25 million interest.

Ronald Richards, the attorney for the trustee, told Page Six on Friday that the suit was filed “to provide a come to Jesus moment.”

“The evidence is undeniable,” he argued. “The law firm paid out over $25,000,000 in expenses which were approved and generated by one person, Erika Girardi.”

“We are hopeful that Ms. Girardi comes down the mountain from a place of privilege and obscene wealth and returns some of these expenses so the former clients and creditors of this law firm can mitigate the horrific and unfair losses perpetrated by her husband and others,” he added.

Meanwhile, Erika’s lawyer responded to the suit, telling Page Six in a statement, “Unfortunately, the amended complaint is another example of the trustee and her counsel jumping to conclusions without a full investigation, and bullying and blaming Erika for actions taken by Girardi Keese for which Erika does not have legal liability.”

“Erika will defend the case, and we will seek sanctions and all appropriate remedies for the claims brought in bad faith and without any legal merit,” her lawyer said while adding that the trustee is “overreaching” and will “say and do anything to hurt Erika, despite the law.”

Denise Richards says “never say never” when asked about whether or not she would return to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

“You know, I really did enjoy working on the show. I hate to even say working on it. I liked being a part of the show, and I had fun with most of the women, not all!” Denise told Entertainment Tonight.

“You know, I always say ‘never say never,'” she confessed when asked about ever returning to the Beverly Hills Housewives franchise.

“It feels like they have real-life stuff, you know? Real-life stuff going on this season,” she continued, “I think that they couldn’t not talk about some of the things that’s going on.”

“I mean, it’s very public, and I know that’s a very difficult situation, I would imagine too,” she added

Denise also addressed still being a hot topic of conversation on the show despite no longer being a part of the cast.

“I am going to ask them, ‘Do I get paid for every time my name comes up?'” Denise joked, adding, “I just started watching the last couple of episodes.”

Back in July, Garcelle Beauvais hinted on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen that Denise is interested in returning to the show but quipped that someone, i.e., Lisa Rinna, would need to go.

“I think she wants to come back – Somebody’s gotta go though! Just sayin!” Garcelle teased.

While Garcelle’s comment piqued Andy’s interest, he didn’t seem too impressed. He noted that it doesn’t “always work” out when Housewives try to call the shots and give the network an ultimatum.

Denise later denied she would ever give Bravo an ultimatum but didn’t shut down claims she wants back on RHOBH.

Only time will tell if Bravo will ever invite Denise to return to the franchise.
