Tom Girardi Living at Belmont Village Senior Living Facility Amid Legal and Financial Issues

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne’s estranged husband Tom Girardi has officially moved into a senior living facility amid allegations the two stole millions from his clients over the years.

According to Us Weekly, Tom’s brother and conservator, Robert Girardi, informed the court that the once famed lawyer moved into a new senior living facility in Burbank, CA.

Tom, 82, has moved into a facility that specializes in memory care. His estranged wife was notified of this news via mail.

Back in August, photos of Tom visiting a nursing home surfaced online. It was the first time the former high-powered attorney had been seen in nearly a year. In the pictures, Tom was dressed in grey trousers and an oversized purple sweater.

Tom is believed to be living at Belmont Village Senior Living. His new home is a far cry from his Pasadena mansion; however, it’s not shabby…or cheap.

Belmont Village Senior Living in Burbank costs between $4,545 – $4,750 a month for a private suite. The facility has staff available 24/7. It also boasts community chef-prepared dining with 24 daily choices of meals.

The co-founder of the Girardi-Keese law firm was diagnosed with dementia and late-onset Alzheimer’s disease earlier this year.

Tom is currently facing a lawsuit claiming he embezzled settlement funds meant to go to the families of plane crash victims. He is also dealing with an involuntary bankruptcy as well as a divorce.

Did Bravo Cancel the RHONY Season 13 Reunion To Protect Ramona Singer? Some Think So…

It seems that there might be much more behind Bravo’s decision to cancel the Real Housewives of New York season 13 reunion.

According to the Real Housewives Franchise on Instagram, there are some theories floating around that Bravo canceled the season 13 reunion to protect OG New York Housewife Ramona Singer.

Many are calling BS on Bravo’s claims that they were forced to cancel the reunion due to “scheduling conflicts,” as the network has previously worked around issues like this by filming reunions via Zoom.

Some are claiming that Bravo canceled the reunion to “protect” Ramona “from public backlash and not have her be held accountable for everything problematic she’s said and done this season.”

By canceling the season 13 reunion, Bravo is hoping Ramona’s actions will  “be forgotten.” 

If you recall, Ramona was accused of being a bigot after referring to her house staff as “the help.”

This will allow the network to keep Ramona around for future seasons of RHONY and enable her to promote the upcoming ‘Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip’ spin-off show.

On Friday, September 18, Bravo announced they officially canceled the RHONY season 13 reunion.

“Due to scheduling challenges around taping the reunion of The Real Housewives of New York City in a timely manner, Bravo confirmed there will not be a reunion for this season. It’s disappointing to not be able to bring the cast back together, but we are happy to have ended on such a high note with the finale and now shifting our focus to next season,” a Bravo spokesperson said in a statement.

Let the drama begin!

Cameras are officially rolling for season 2 of the Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip.

Stars Vicki Gunvalson, Tamra Judge, Dorinda Medley, Jill Zarin, Eva Marcille, Brandi Glanville, Phaedra Parks, and Taylor Armstrong are all currently filming season 2 at Dorinda’s home in the Berkshires!

The ladies began filming season 2 at Dorinda’s Blue Stone Manor over the weekend and are expected to wrap filming on Wednesday.

We don’t know much about filming so far, but we are getting our first look at some of the fun.

The ladies seemed to have dressed up for a roaring 20s themed dinner party. And it also looks like Vicki and Tamra have adopted Brandi and formed the Tres Amigas 2.0.

As we previously reported, Bravo has high hopes for the RHUGT spinoff specials and is going to great lengths to make them unique for Real Housewives fans.

“No doubt the drinks will flow, and drama will ensue as the women spend a week together,”  a production source noted in August. “Each one of these women is television gold, and they are all Bravo fan favorites.”

As for how filming for the Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip will differ from regular Real Housewives filming, a source explains to E! News, “They will be filming everyone 24/7 Big Brother-style.”

Since season 1 seemed to be a success, fans can expect this fresh Real Housewives format to continue every year.

A second source added, “This concept could return every summer with a similar but evolving cast, like Bachelor in Paradise or The Challenge.”

Erika Jayne and Tom Girardi’s Secret $1.25M La Quinta Condo Goes to Auction As Trustees Rake in $203k After Auctioning off Luxury Items Owned by the Former Couple

Erika Jayne and her estranged husband Tom Girardi’s luxury possessions raked in a whopping $203,000 for creditors in the former famed lawyer’s ongoing bankruptcy case.

According to The Sun, the trustee overseeing Tom’s Chapter 7 have revealed in court documents that the sale of the estranged couple’s personal property brought in $299,974.93.

$203,153,90 total will go into the estate. The additional funds will be paid to ThreeSixty Asset Advisors for the auction and other costs connected to the auction.

Items auctioned off included a 2011 Cadillac DTS, which sold for $6,400, a signed Erin Brockovich poster, office furniture, an unopened mystery box of Agent Provocateur lingerie, sports memorabilia, books, statues, paintings, and a signed Beach Boys record.

Attorney Ronald Richards told The Sun: “The collective creative talent of the attorneys and professionals working on the Girardi Keese bankruptcy under the Trustees supervision which continues to bring real dollars into this Estate is impressive. They were given an abandoned office in shambles and through creative thinking have monetized every last asset.”
Meanwhile, Tom’s secret La Quinta home will also be hitting the auction block very soon.
The property is currently listed at $1.25million. Potential buyers can bid on the home starting on October 5. This move comes after two potential offers on the house fell through.
The October 5 auction will occur at 10 am at the United States Bankruptcy Court in Downtown LA.

Tom and Erika are currently being sued for allegedly embezzling millions from Tom’s former clients, including plane crash victims, burn victims, widows, and orphans.

Candiace Dillard just knows how to play the victim always, which is part of what makes her a great Housewife but also oh, so annoying. Am I right?!

The Real Housewives of Potomac star appeared on Sunday’s episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, where she insisted she was being “nailed to the cross” for body-shaming co-star Ashley Darby.

If you recall, Candiace recently called Ashley a hoe and slammed her “wide-bodied ass” for stirring the pot and causing drama during the cast trip to Williamsburg.

On WWHL, Andy Cohen noted that many took issue with Candiace body-shaming a new mom.

“We got this a lot for you. Why is it appropriate to body shame women, let alone one that just gave birth?” Andy noted before adding, “Calling a woman that’s breastfeeding and pumping a ‘milkmaid,’ it’s not only an insult to the thousands of women who may have breastfed their babies for centuries. It’s an insult to any woman that struggled to get pregnant [who] longs for a chance to have that experience with their child.”

Candiace replied, “Well, yes, body shaming, as a whole, is not a good thing. It’s unhealthy. Before I say that, I will say this. Yes, what I said, if it offended Ashley, I apologize for it because it was not meant to shame her.”

Andy was flabbergasted and quipped, “You’re doing an ‘If I offended’ apology?” 

“Because I don’t know if she was offended. Because she said that it was offensive, I wanted to make it clear that I was not referring to her postpartum body. I talked about her forehead, her face, the whole thing,” Candiace explained.

“But that’s body shaming,” Andy replied, which caused Candiace to go off on a tangent. According to Candiace, if she’s going to be “nailed to the cross” for body-shaming Ashely, then Bravo/fans need to address body shaming across all the Real Housewives franchises.

“If we’re going to pick the pockets of Candiace and my body shaming, we must leave on the table every time anyone on our show in any show has talked about saggy titties has talked about stovepipe legs, has talked about flattering vaginas,” she said. “All body shaming, for whatever reason, Candiace is the only one who gets nailed to the cross; let’s work on that.”

“Oh boy, that’s the apology?” Andy asked to which Candiace replied, “Yes. Well, I apologized to Ashley already. I’m not repeating apologies. One apology, and she got it.”

“You are fascinating,” Andy concluded.

There’s a new girl on the block!

Season 14 of the Real Housewives of Atlanta will be introducing a brand new Housewife to Bravo fans.

Sources tell lovebscott.com that Olympic gold medalist Sanya Richards-Ross is joining the ladies for season 14.

And it turns out that this isn’t Sanya’s first attempt at reality television stardom. In 2013, Sanya and her husband — former NFL cornerback Aaron Ross had their own reality show on WE TV dubbed ‘Sanya’s Glam & Gold.‘

Bscott sources note that Sanya is prepping to film with the RHOA cast, but it’s unclear whether or not she’ll become an actual ‘Housewife’ or just an official friend of the show. This all depends on how well she performs and if she brings the drama.

Production has every intention of offering Sanya a peach if she does well.

Sanya will join current Kandi Burruss, Kenya Moore, and Drew Sidora. Former friend turned full-time Housewife Marlo Hampton will also join the mix and returning OG Housewife Sheree Whitfield.

Porsha Williams and Cynthia Bailey are reportedly hanging up their peaches for season 14.  The two women are believed to be exiting the Atlanta Housewives franchise; however, there is some gossip that the ladies will simply no longer be a part of the show in a full-time capacity and may stick around as friends of the Housewives.

Filming for season 14 is scheduled to begin sometime in October, and the season will likely premiere on Bravo in early Spring 2022.

On Twitter, the RHOBH OG shared her candid feelings about the looks donned by the RHOBH cast at the upcoming reunion.

“Not feeling the #RHOBH reunion looks this season,” Camille quipped.

She later revealed that she heard rumors about Tom Girardi and Erika Jayne before they joined RHOBH during season 6.

The former reality TV star replied, “Yes.”

She then revealed that she actually first heard rumors about Tom and Erik at Andy Cohen’s baby shower back in January 2019.

“One of the Housewives mentioned it at Andy’s baby shower,” Camille explained.

As for which Housewife mentioned it, Camille didn’t say, but perhaps she’ll reveal the information at a later date.

Meredith Marks played coy on Sunday’s Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen when she was asked if she called the feds on Real Housewives of Salt Lake City co-star Jen Shah.

Andy read off a question from an RHOSLC viewer that said, “What do you think of some of the viewers thinking you called the feds on Jen?”

The jewelry designer turned reality star smirked and said, “Andy, haven’t you heard me tell everyone not to come after my family?”

This answer SHOCKED everyone even Andy!

Meredith recently shut down rumors she tipped off the feds to Jen’s whereabouts just before her arrest.

“I’m not a practicing lawyer; I never have been a practicing lawyer, but I am a licensed lawyer, and I do have the background and the education. So I think in some ways my knowledge of the law might have lead people to believe that I knew more about this situation than they did or than the general public did, I guess,” Meredith told E! News. “I don’t really know. But these things happen over time, and this was a federal investigation. It’s not something that happens overnight; everything takes a long time with this. I guess you’ll have to see how it all unfolds.”

Meredith added, “For the record, I can say that I did not have anything to do with Jen’s arrest.”

In March, Jen was arrested for her alleged involvement in a nationwide telemarketing fraud scheme. Jen maintains her innocence and has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Candiace Dillard and Mia Thornton got in a heated spat on Twitter ahead of Sunday’s all-new episode of the Real Housewives of Potomac.

The drama all started when All Celeb Polls asked fans their thoughts on Mia as the newest member of the RHOP cast.

One fan replied, “She’s slotted right in, an easy transition, and I prefer her to other long-term housewives, aka Candiace and Robyn. Opinionated and outspoken but not nasty.”

Mia caught wind of the post and chimed in on the comments. While Mia defended co-star Robyn Dixon, she approved of the shade against Candiace and agreed that she is “nasty.”

She also took the chance to make a dig at Candiace’s husband, Chris Bassett, and his role as “husbanger.”

“@RobynDixonRHOP is NOT NASTY! She’s R.E.A.L now @TherealCANDIACE, on the other hand. I’m good. #ischrisgettingpaid. NAH, Ms. Dorthy confirm #unemployment,” Mia tweeted. 

Well, Candiace wasn’t happy with Mia’s comments and clapped back in a MAJOR way. Not only did Candiace threaten to “light up [Mia’s] ass again,” she also told her to keep Chris’ name out of her mouth.

“Now, I have specifically made it a point to ignore your handsome ass all season. You claim I’m “irrelevant” but can’t seem to keep my name out of your mouth. Don’t pull that victim/bully bullshit when I light your ass up again. DO keep my husband’s name out of your mouth, though,” Candiace tweeted.

Mia didn’t seem phased by Candiace’s threats and later posted a video of her and husband, Gordon Thornton at a Panthers game on Twitter. In the video, she and Gordon pose for the camera while the comment “Ya’ll think I’m bothered? Hunty I’m LIVING” flashes at the bottom of the clip.

She added, “I’m so handsome. Just Saying.”

Meanwhile, Chris later jumped into the convo and he and Mia went back and forth for a bit. But there’s beef seems to be nothing more than a misunderstanding but only time will tell.
