Sutton Stracke reveals why she initally offered Erika Jayne a loan amid her split from Tom Girardi.

On Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, Sutton revealed she was attempting to be a good friend when she offered Erika a loan amid her divorce.

“That was friend-to-friend, going through a divorce, and it’s a cushion,” the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star told Andy Cohen on September 22. “Any divorced woman, you’re going through a divorce, you need to have someone who, if you’re going through a bad time, can help you out.”

In a deleted scene from RHOBH, fans saw Sutton tell her RHOBH costars that she offered Erika financial help amid her split with Tom.

“I offered Erika a loan while going through the divorce. Like, if you need anything financially, I’ve got your back, and if you fall, you’ve got a mattress to land on,” Sutton said.

While Erika appreciate Sutton’s offer she did not accept it.

“I think she said, ‘Thank you,’ and that was it,”  Sutton added.

As we previously reported, Tom is accused of funneling millions from his clients, including widows, orphans, fire and plane crash victims, to fund his and Erika’s lavish lifestyle.

Erika insists she was unaware that Tom was allegedly embezzling millions from his clients over the years; however, she benefited from the crime and received more than $25 million from Tom’s Girardi Keese law firm to pay her expenses including credit card bills, glam squad, and more.

The former RHOBH couple split in November 2020 after two decades of marriage when Erika filed for divorce out of nowhere. Since then, their divorce has been called a “sham,” and a means to hide preserve their assets and hide money.

Days after Camille Grammer revealed that a West Coast Housewife was gossiping about Erika Jayne and Tom Girardi’s legal issues at Andy Cohen’s baby shower, former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump is giving fans another piece of the puzzle!

When asked about Camille’s recent revelation, LVP refused to give up the name of the rumor monger however she did drop a major hint that made it easy to put together.

“You know, I can’t say, Caitlyn,” Lisa said, playing coy.

DailyMailTV replied, “Could it be someone that you used to be friends with, you aren’t friends with now, the swans don’t like and maybe you kicked out of your kitchen?”

“It could be the person that [my husband] Ken [Todd] kicked out of my house,” LVP said in an interview with Daily Mail TV on Monday, September 27, referring to her infamous fight with Kyle Richards over during season 9 of RHOBH.

LVP admits she wasn’t surprised when she found out it was Kyle who was spreading information about Tom and Erika.

“It didn’t surprise me when Camille told me that it was Kyle that had told her the gossip about her supposed friend Erika Jayne,” she added. “That’s how Kyle works.”

As for the recent embezzlement allegations facing Erika Jayne and her estranged husband Tom Girardi, Lisa admitted she’s not that surprised by the news.

It’s no secret that Lisa Rinna will use anything in her life to boost her storyline on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills especially if it also boosts her bank account.

“I’ve never been more famous than I am at this point, because of the show,” Lisa has previously said.

However, a source tells Star that Lisa’s daughter Amelia Hamlin has drawn a line in the sand when it comes to her recent breakup with boyfriend Scott Disick.

“She gave her mom an ultimatum to stay mum on the subject on TV,” the source reveals.

Amelia put her foot down after her mom commented on her split with Scott in a post on Instagram. As we reported Lisa reacted to the news of Amelia’s split with Scott by commenting a blushing, smiling face on Queens of Bravo‘s Instagram post.

“It horrified Amelia,” notes a friend. “This is a very painful time for her, and she feels like her mother is only making it worse.”

For Lisa though it’s just business. This season Erika Jayne’s legal woes have hogged the spotlight making her 20-year-old daughter’s relationship with a 38-year-old dad of three no big thing.

“Lisa always wants to be at the center of things,” explains the friend. “She says she’ll only talk about it if somebody else brings it up. But Amelia knows her mom: She’ll find a way to work it in and grab more screen time!”

Earlier this month, Us Weekly confirmed that Scott and Amelia’s relationship was over for good.

A source told the publication that Amelia “was the one who ended things” with Scott.

“They’re both taking it in stride,” a second insider explained.

Nerve-wracking!

Sutton Stracke has been highly vocal during this season of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills regarding her questions and concerns about Erika Jayne’s legal drama.

As fans know, Erika didn’t appreciate Sutton poking and prodding into her life and legal issues. So much so that she promised Sutton that she would be sorry if she didn’t stop talking about her.

Now a new report reveals that things got so nerve-wracking while filming with Erika that Sutton decided to hire security for the remainder of filming for season 11.

“Sutton“was afraid of Erika and the situation surrounding her,” a source close to production told HollywoodLife. “So m “ [so] that she requested security during the remainder of filming of RHOBH.”

The source then made it clear that Sutton did not feel threatened or afraid of Erika but that she felt strongly enough about the accusations against Erika that she wanted to feel as safe as she possibly could while working with Erika.

“The whole thing frightened her,” the source added.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne’s estranged husband Tom Girardi is currently living in a luxury senior living facility that costs a whopping $8,000 a month while his alleged victims continue the fight for the millions they are owed by the former famed attorney.

According to Radar Online, Tom’s brother Robert Girardi, who was appointed Tom’s conservator earlier this year, is informing the court of updates in Tom’s life.

Robert reveals that Tom moved into a senior living home on August 9. Per Robert, there are no plans for Tom to return to his $10 million Pasadena mansion, which he shared with Erika during their 20-something year marriage. The home is currently on the market. Proceeds from the sale of the home will go towards paying off Girardi’s creditors and victims.

Over the last year, Tom’s world has come crumbling down. Amid Tom’s mounting legal issues, Erika left him and moved out of their mega-mansion. She then filed for divorce and moved into a $1.5 million rental home near Hancock Park.

In the newly filed court documents, Robert reveals, “Tom’s health and finances require that he be at a skilled nursing facility.”

Not only is Tom dealing with early-onset dementia and Alzheimer’s but according to Robert he also has “blindness [and] glaucoma in [the] right eye” and hearing issues. He is currently on blood pressure medicine, eye drops, eye pressure medicine, and Donepezil. Tom is also enrolled in workout classes at the senior living facility he is staying at in Burbank.

The court documents state that Robert hopes to visit Tom once a month and notes that his family does come to check on him. The senior living home is set to cost $8,000 a month. Robert believes Tom will receive $3,000 a month in social security. As conservator over Tom’s estate, Robert is currently paying all of Tom’s bills at the moment.

Robert says Tom, “does not have any control over his assets, but to the extent they exist, they will likely be liquidated.”
