RHONJ’s Rachel Fuda Officially Adopts Stepson Following S13

It’s official! Rachel Fuda has adopted her stepson, Jaiden Fuda, after fighting throughout season 13 of the Real Housewives of New Jersey to become his mother and legal guardian.

After the Real Housewives of New Jersey season 13 finale episode aired on Tuesday, May 16, Rachel Fuda announced that she has officially adopted her 16-year-old stepson, Jaiden.

Rachel Fuda announced the happy news on her Instagram.

The RHONJ star shared a video montage featuring photos of her, Jaiden, and her husband, John Fuda, over the years.

Rachel wrote:

“It’s official, I want to scream it from the rooftops! ?? The adoption is finalized! When I first met Jaiden at 8 years old, he stole my heart instantly. Our relationship came so naturally; it all felt so familiar. Over the past eight years (I can’t even believe it’s been that long), we have built such a special bond as Mother and Son. The time we spend together is so special to us, and to have the honor to watch you grow is such a blessing ? I am so grateful to call Jaiden my son and to show him I’m here- always and forever. We are a family. I am so lucky to call you mine, and I am proud beyond words to be your Mom and LEGAL guardian.”

This news comes a week after John’s ex and Jaiden’s biological mother,  Brittany Malsch, called Rachel Fuda’s storyline about adopting her son “pathetic” while also revealing she never received any adoption request.

Brittany, who is currently serving prison time at a halfway house, slams Rachel Fuda for a “poor pathetic excuse of a storyline,” calling it “boring as hell.”

The 35-year-old explained to The U.S. Sun:

“If I had nothing to do with this situation, I would be watching the show thinking how lame she is- completely disregarding Jaiden’s personal life and feelings and taking shots at me to make her look like a knight in shining armor of a stepmom.”

She also insists that she never abandoned Jaiden. Instead, she claims she was cut off from seeing her son by John.

“John cut contact with me and my entire family, and even Jaiden’s little brother, for the purpose of making Rachel Fuda his mom. I never abandoned Jaiden. John made it impossible for me to see and reach him. It was the only way he knew he could hurt me. I was just completely shocked to see how the truth has been twisted so far beyond from what actually happened that it made me sad to know Jaiden’s been lied to for the last seven years.  And that I have wanted to be in his life and nothing other than that since day one.”

Ariana Madix has no intention of ever filming another season of Vanderpump Rules with Tom Sandoval or Raquel Leviss following season ten of the hit Bravo show.

During an interview with The New York Times on Thursday, May 18, Ariana Madix was asked whether she was “open to filming with” Sandoval and Raquel for season 11 of Vanderpump Rules.

The 37-year-old explained:

“No. I have nothing to say to either of them. Our show is very real and follows a real group of friends, and neither of them are in the group of friends, so good luck.”

During the Pump Rules season ten finale episode on May 17, Bravo fans saw Ariana Madix confront Sandoval about his eight-month-long affair with Raquel.

Ariana said:

“When he sat down on that couch [during filming] and tried to give the sad sack act, I knew he was going to try to sell a bit. I knew he was trying to be that person so that I would be the angry person; I could see what was happening in front of my face, and it was really frustrating. Honestly, when he started yelling at me, I felt a little bit satisfied that he was finally going to be the real him.”

The longtime reality TV star also opened up about resuming filming for season ten after the news of Sandoval and Raquel’s affair became public knowledge.

“A lot of times I feel as though with our friend group and with our show, I’m in a position where someone said something or there was an argument, and I wasn’t there to see it, so I struggle to know how I feel about that kind of situation. In this situation, I felt so strongly. I knew exactly how I felt,” Ariana Madix said of resuming filming.

She continued:

“I think at that point my blood was 80 percent rosé and nicotine because I was burning the wick at both ends. [Kristen Doute] was asked [by producers] if [she would film], and she said, ‘This is up to you.’ I love her dearly. Their relationship was much different than my relationship with him, but at the same time, I think there is a common denominator when it comes to certain problems. What’s crazy is their relationship ended 10 years ago, and yet, somehow, he’s managed to not grow in those areas at all.”

Ariana Madix also notes that Sandoval and Raquel‘s post-Scandoval actions and interviews really sealed the deal for her future relationships with both.

“I think any chance that either of them separately had for that ended when they started giving trash interviews victimizing themselves, her TMZ [interview] and his Howie Mandel [interview],” she said. “I think had they not done or said all of those horrible things, maybe one day, but I think the answer ultimately is no. In our friend group, the answer is no.”

Meanwhile, Vanderpump Rules executive producer Alex Baskin teases that the upcoming three-part season ten reunion won’t be just a recap of the drama and Sandoval and Raquel’s affair. Baskin insists that the reunion will reveal new information to both fans and cast members of the show.

“The reunion is not just a recap of what you know, and it’s not just an intense version of the emotions. There is new information,” Baskin told Variety. “I will put it this way: There are revelations, and they are revelations that not all of them know now. So we need a little space. “I had thought that we needed cameras on them right away. And I now think we need a minute.”

I guess there was a moment at the last Jersey reunion where I have a conversation with Teresa, and I don’t know exactly what I wrote in [the book] but it seemed to me that she was done with the show. I believe that I said that to her, and we had a conversation off-stage.”

Andy continues, “She’s like, ‘You know I didn’t quit the show at the last reunion.’ I go, ‘That’s not what I said,'” Cohen continued. “Of course, it’s been picked up in the press as maybe saying ‘Teresa Giudice was gonna quit’ or ‘Andy Cohen thought she quit’ or something like that. I just thought she was done and over it after the last reunion.”

Andy said that he thought he may have suggested that she should step away if she didn’t feel invested. But a week later, she contacted him expressing her commitment to RHONJ in no uncertain terms.

“This isn’t in the book, but a week later I got a long text from her saying, ‘I’m not leaving the show and I never wanna leave the show,’ basically,” Cohen explained. “So she and I hashed that out.”

“John changed his name years ago because he felt everyone knew the Fuda last name, and he associated it with being rich, and he essentially wanted others to know that he was the owner. In reality, his brother, Anthony D’Atria is the owner, and Anthony never changed his last name.”

In the urgent filing, Lenny Hochstein alleges that the Real Housewives of Miami star “shockingly” spent $4,000 over the course of a week and a half.

Lenny is complaining that Lisa’s excessive grocery shopping “constitutes marital waste,” and he is requesting the court sanction her for her ‘cash grab.’

Lisa Hochstein responded in a separate filing the next day that Lenny has turned off her access to Instacart, Uber and Uber eats, which she says is a violation of a previous order.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s divorce is getting uglier by the minute! The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum now wants Kroy drug tested as they are hit with a second tax lien!

Don’t Be Tardy alum Kim Zolciak is accusing her estranged husband, Kroy, of having a drug problem, according to legal documents.

Kim petitioned the court requesting that Kroy submit to a drug test, including a five-panel hair follicle drug screen, amid their ongoing divorce and custody battle.

According to TMZ, Kim has witnessed Kroy smoking marijuana in their marital home and has “concerns” about the “safety” of their four minor children, Kroy Jagger, 11, Kash, 10, and 9-year-old twins Kane and Kaia.

Marijuana is not legal in the state of Georgia, where the former Bravo couple resides.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are both seeking sole legal and physical custody of their minor children. Kim is willing to allow Kroy visitation.

Kim and Kroy’s Outstanding Debt Grows

If Kim and Kroy’s divorce battle wasn’t enough, the estranged couple have been hit with another tax lien.

Radar Online reports that the Georgia Department of Revenue filed a state tax lien on April 3, 2023, against Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann. The filing claims that Kim and Kroy owe $8,823 in unpaid taxes for the year 2018. On top of that, the state of Georgia has applied over $6200 in additional fees, penalties, and interest to the debt bringing the total owed by Kim and Kory to $15,104.72.

Kim and Kroy already owe the IRS $1,147,834.67 in back taxes for the years 2013, 2017, and 2018. The pair were hit with this headline-making federal tax lien on April 11 of this year.

This latest tax lien brings Kim and Kory’s total outstanding tax debt to $1,162,939.39. Yikes.

It also alleged that the former couple is in the process of losing their Georgia mansion, which recently went into foreclosure.

Said financial issues reportedly played a role in Kim and Kory’s recent split. Both Kim and Kroy filed for divorce earlier this month.

“My emotions were clearly all over the place, and he was angry at me. Angry…at me!”
