Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Diana Jenkins is saying goodbye to her Hidden Hills home for a cool $20.5M.

Multiple outlets report that Diana jenkins house has listed her Hidden Hills mansion for $20.5M after purchasing the property in 2021 for $13M.

Diana purchased the home shortly after selling her Malibu beach estate for $87M. That sale remains one of the top three sales in Los Angeles for 2021. She’s wealthy AF.

The seven-bedroom, 13,211-square-foot was built in 2019 by architect George De La Nuez. Meg Turner designed the interiors of the home. The property sits on 4.3 acres of land at the end of a cul-de-sac in a gated community and features nine bathrooms, a four-car garage, an infinity pool, and tons of outdoor living areas. 

The mansion includes white oak chevron-patterned floors, beamed ceilings, a floating staircase, and a large chef’s kitchen with a walk-in pantry. On top of that, the home boasts a wine cellar, private gym, home theater, and more.

Diana Jenkins’ Hidden Hills home was heavily featured on season 12 of RHOBH. The sale of Diana’s home comes at the tail end of her latest pregnancy. She and her husband, Asher Monroe, are expecting their second child at the end of August.

The 50-year-old announced her exit from RHOBH earlier this year after only one season on the show. Diana Jenkins cited her high-risk pregnancy as the reason behind her exit.

At the time, Diana said: “As many of you know, Asher and I are expecting our second child later this year. You also know that due to many factors, this pregnancy is considered high-risk, and I am on doctor-advised bed rest. To that end, I am not able to devote myself fully to filming the next season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”

As for where Diana plans to move after selling her home, that is yet to be seen. The Bravo alum did recently reveal that she and Asher plan to travel to London this summer before the birth of their second child – a daughter.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is expected to return for season 13 in late 2023.

RHONJ reunion 2022 part 2 picks up right after Teresa Giudice announces that Joe and Melissa Gorga played a role in her and her ex-husband Joe Giudice going to prison.

Teresa quickly clarifies her comment, saying that Joe and Melissa were hanging out with Joe Giudice’s ex-business partner, who ratted them out to the FBI and ultimately sent them to prison. She explains that Joe Gorga never meant to hurt her but wanted to get back at her ex-husband.

Of course, Melissa denies the accusations and says she doesn’t even know the person Teresa is referring to. Margaret Josephs then encourages Melissa to read a text message that Jacqueline Laurita sent to Jackie Goldschnieder long before her November 2022 reconciliation with Teresa Giudice.

Melissa reads the text message aloud:

“I know I shouldn’t care, but her arrogance, her voice, and the fact that she gets away with way too much after being a nasty ass**** bothers me. She is a lowlife trash bucket; she’s stupid, but also very calculating. Even with her two facelifts and eye lifts, new boobs, she’s still so ugly, and she thinks she’s a goddess.” 

Despite the shocking text message, Teresa seems unfazed by it all. It’s important to note that this text message from Jacqueline was sent to Jackie years before Teresa and Jacqueline’s reconciliation in late 2022. Jackie and Jacqueline were in communication in 2020 when the cheating allegations against Evan Goldschneider came to light on RHONJ.

Teresa appeared to be unscathed by the text message but warned Melissa that Jacqueline was going to come after her for this.

Dolores Catania agreed and encouraged Melissa to be prepared for Jacqueline’s wrath.

The 52-year-old exclaimed:

“Sleep with one eye open. This is bad for you, Melissa, you’re going down.” 

Rachel Fuda in the Spotlight

Andy Cohen sets his sights on Rachel Fuda and peppers her with questions about her marriage and children. Rachel reveals that her husband, John Fuda, got liposuction – but she clarifies that he did it before RHONJ began to air.

The RHONJ newbie then addresses Jennifer Aydin’s comments about her “terrible” nose job. Jennifer chimes in that she only ever made fun of Rachel’s nose after she tried to cause drama between her and Dolores.

Jennifer and Rachel start to get into it, which is when Jennifer reveals that her real issue with Rachel stems from her lying about ever watching RHONJ and being a fan of the show before joining it this season. Jennifer explains that Rachel used to have a Bravo fan page on Instagram and went by the user name Bravo1234.

Rachel then accuses Jennifer of going to her nose doctor after making fun of her nose job. Jennifer denies this but admits that Rachel’s doctor did remove her chin implant.

Andy pivots the conversation to Jennifer adopting her stepson, Jaiden. He then brings up Jaiden’s birth mom, who has recently spoken out to blogs, claiming that Rachel only adopted Jaiden for a storyline.

Dolores interjects and defends Rachel, saying that Rachel talked about adopting Jaiden years ago. Since when have Dolores and Rachel known each other for years? Why was this never addressed during the season? Never once this season did they act as if they knew each other.

Then Andy asks about the claims that John is preventing Jaiden from seeing his mother. This is when Rachel claims that Louie Ruelas had someone search for Jaiden’s birth mother and contact her to bring all these unfounded allegations out. Whatever. Such lies.

Clearly, Rachel, Margaret, and Melissa planned out their storyline and allegations for the reunion.

Melissa Defends Her Drunken Comments

Melissa is quick to defend her drunk comment about texting her ex. Teresa says that comment was out of line and that she’s surprised her brother was okay with it. Melissa says it was just fun and not a big deal, but Teresa disagrees since Melissa is a married woman.

The 44-year-old continues to take her sister-in-law’s infamous lines and act as if they are her own. She says, “Haha, laugh, funny,” which is one of Teresa’s well-known lines from RHONJ.

Jennifer Aydin Reveals She Told Melissa Gorga About the Cheating Rumor

The cheating rumor drama comes up, which is when Jennifer drops a bombshell. Jennifer reveals that she told Melissa Gorga about the cheating rumor, which is when she learned that Melissa was already aware of the rumor because Teresa told Joe Gorga about it. Melissa slammed Teresa for even mentioning the rumor to Joe since there was no truth to it.

Jennifer says she didn’t want to tell Danielle Cabral about the rumor, especially because she knew Melissa was already aware of the gossip.

Danielle doesn’t feel set up despite not knowing that Jennifer already told Melissa about the rumor. She asks Teresa and Jennifer if they set her up. Jennifer apologizes if she came across that way but insists that wasn’t her intention. Rachel, Melissa, and Margaret believe that Danielle was manipulated and used as a pawn.

No one in the cast believes that the cheating rumor is true. However, Jennifer believes that Margaret spoke about the rumor to her former BFF, Laura Lee Jensen.

As for who Melissa blames for the rumor, she obviously points the finger at Teresa. According to Melissa, Teresa shouldn’t have talked to Joe about the rumor without her present. Yet, let’s not forget Teresa isn’t the one who talked to Joe Gorga about the rumor – Louie did. Melissa also blames Jennifer for repeating it on camera and putting it in Danielle’s ear, which ultimately led to the rumor becoming a major storyline on the show.

Melissa and Teresa then engage in a back-and-forth squabble while hurling insults at each other to near exhaustion. Andy is really growing frustrated at this point.

The Husbands Prepare to Take the Stage

Backstage, the husbands have arrived and are getting ready to take the reunion stage.

Frank Catania makes it clear that he’s not keeping his mouth shut at this reunion. He claims that Louie f–ked him this year when all he did was try to help him. Joe Benigno then brings up Little Frankie, which is when unseen footage between Joe Gorga and Frank Catania begins to play.

Frank claims that Louie’s company shut down, so Frankie lost his job, but no one told him. He says that Louie ghosted Frankie about the job and never answered any of his calls. This caused some beef between Frank and Louie while Joe Gorga questions Louie’s “agenda.”

FACT CHECK: These claims about Louie and Little Frankie’s work relationship aren’t true at all. AllAboutTRH spoke to Frankie directly, and he told us:

“I never complained about Lou to Joe. Like I said before, (I) had a great experience working at his RE firm and it allowed me to pivot in a great position. I really like Lou and Joe. I really don’t even know why I would be brought up either. But understand lots of bad blood there so tempers flaring.”

Margaret Josephs Makes a Wild Accusation Against Louie

Margaret claims that she flipped a switch on Teresa on the After Show and in her confessional because her son was contacted and threatened by Louie Ruelas.

Joe Gorga, Frank Catania, and John Fuda also seem to take issue with Louie’s claim he hired a private investigator and had a file on everyone in the cast. Louie denies that this is true, claiming that he just threw it out there during the finale episode.

Teresa denies Margaret’s claims are true, but Margaret gives Andy proof of the call. Teresa and Jennifer point out that there are spoof calls that all the Housewives are getting. Andy confirms this. Teresa doubles down that Louie did NOT call Margaret’s son.

Dolores chimes in and says she hopes these allegations aren’t true but admits that Margaret did call her upset the day the alleged phone call happened. Teresa questions why Dolores didn’t call her to tell her about it, to which Dolores replies she thought Teresa already knew about it and didn’t want to involve herself.

Teresa shows Andy her phone, which shows multiple missed calls from Magaret and Dolores as they are sitting on the reunion stage. She then accuses Margaret of calling people from Louie’s past.

The men of Jersey Arrive

Andy has a pep talk with Louie, saying that tensions are high and he’s worried. He makes it clear he doesn’t want things to get physical, and Louie agrees.

Frank bad-mouths Teresa to Melissa, saying that she’s not being zen at all.

Real Housewives of New Jersey alum Joe Giudice backs up his ex-wife Teresa Giudice’s statement that Joe and Melissa Gorga reported him to the FBI.

Joe Giudice has his ex-wife Teresa Giudice‘s back amid her recent claims that Joe Gorga and Melissa Gorga helped land the two of them in prison.

“When they came on the show, they were very good friends with my ex-partner’s attorneys, which went to the feds, which I think Melissa and Joe were involved,” Joe Giudice alleged on a recent podcast episode.

The 51-year-old went on to claim that he is friends with an “ex-FBI guy” who told him “for a fact” that Joe and Melissa were involved.

The unnamed former FBI agent alleged that Joe and Melissa were “helping” and working “behind the scenes” to expose Joe Giudice’s fraud.

The former reality TV star claimed: “They went to the feds to feed them all this information. Yeah, I might’ve cheated on some things, my tax returns, you know, who didn’t?”

Joe Giudice also slammed Joe and Melissa for claiming they “put food” on his family’s table while Teresa was in prison.

“Why don’t you tell them they ought to thank me again because they got paid to do that, all right?” Joe fired off. “So if it wasn’t for the spin-off they wouldn’t have gotten paid. They eat off my back; they’re still eating off my back.”

In a preview for part two of the Real Housewives of New Jersey season 13 reunion, Teresa accuses Joe and Melissa of playing a role in her and Joe Giudice going to prison almost a decade ago.

According to the Real Housewives of New Jersey OG, Joe and Melissa Gorga were hanging out with people who ultimately helped send her and Joe Giudice to prison.

Teresa claimed that Joe and Melissa had been spending time with people who “were responsible for that happening to me.”

“It’s very sad that my own family were hanging out with people that were trying to hurt us,” she continued.

When Andy Cohen noted that Teresa was “married to the person who was responsible for [her] going to jail,” the mom of four agreed.

However, she quickly noted that there was proof of Joe and Melissa’s involvement.

“I spoke to the FBI. … I have proof,” the 51-year-old claimed. Jennifer Aydin backed up Teresa’s claim, saying, “Andy, there is some proof.”

As for Melissa, she denied Teresa’s accusations, telling her sister-in-law: “Teresa, we didn’t commit mortgage fraud — you did, dollface. Like, stop.”

Teresa and Joe Giudice were convicted of multiple counts of fraud in 2014. Teresa served 11 months in prison from January to December of 2015.

Joe Giudice reported to prison in March 2016 to serve his 41-month prison sentence. Upon his release in March 2019, Joe was transferred to ICE custody to await deportation to Italy. Later that year, Joe voluntarily left the United States for Italy. Joe and Teresa ultimately divorced in 2020.

Part two of the RHONJ reunion airs on Tuesday at 8 pm on Bravo.

This is the second time that David has filed for divorce from Lesley. Back in September of 2022, David initially filed for divorce from Lesley after only 23 months of marriage. At the time, he cited irreconcilable differences as the reasoning behind the split, per TMZ.

Back in September, David Beador was seeking joint physical and legal custody of his and Lesley’s 2-year-old daughter, Anna Love. The Real Housewives of Orange County alum also made it clear that he did not want to pay spousal support as agreed to in their prenup.

A month later, David asked for the divorce petition to be dismissed.

David Beador is once again asking the court to terminate their ability to award Lesley spousal support – again citing the prenuptial agreement he and Lesley have in place.

However, now David is seeking legal and physical custody of his and Lesley’s 2-year-old daughter, with Lesley only getting visitation rights.

This news comes just days after David reunited with his ex-wife Shannon Beador.

Kathy Hilton’s departure from the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills comes two years after she joined the franchise as a “friend of” the Housewives during season 11.

The 64-year-old quickly became a fan favorite thanks to her sense of humor and silly behavior. No one will ever forget Kathy’s iconic “Hunky Dory” line.

Initially, Kathy’s time on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills was all fun and games, but the tides turned during season 12. While filming season 12 of RHOBH, Lisa Rinna accused Kathy Hilton of having a meltdown during the cast trip to Aspen, Colorado. It seems that Brandi doesn’t think Scheana or the rest of the Vanderpump Rules cast should be as upset with Raquel Leviss for having an affair with Tom Sandoval as they are – since most of them also cheated in the past.

Brandi tweeted:

“This f–king hypocrisy is f–king insane,!!!!! I never thought I would be friends with half the bitches that f–ked my husband while I was married & pregnant.”

Obviously, Brandi didn’t name Scheana directly, but it’s clear that is who she is referencing. Scheana infamously had an affair with Brandi’s then-husband, Eddie Cibrian, in 2007 when the RHOBH alum was pregnant with their second child.

Brandi added: “I’m f–king over it with pretty much everyone.”

Scheana has yet to respond to Brandi’s tweets.

Later on, Brandi tweeted that she and Scheana had chatted and were on good terms after her tweet.

“I just didn’t understand the outrage considering the group’s history. THAT IS ALL! @scheana, and I have texted, we are good,” Brandi explained on Twitter.

As for Scehana, she defended her outrage over Sandoval and Raquel’s affair despite engaging in an affair with Brandi’s now ex-husband over 16 years ago.

“Remind me when I slept with my best friend’s BF for 7 months behind her back AND in front of her face … I’ll wait,” the 38-year-old tweeted on April 27.

The estranged sisters came face-to-face at their niece Whitney Davis’ bridal shower in May. This was only the second time Kathy and Kyle had seen each other since their fallout at the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 12 reunion in October 2022.

Three weeks after Kyle and Kathy’s reunion, Kyle shared an update on where she stands with her sister today.

Kyle Richards appeared on the June 1st episode of E! News, where she opened up about her and Kathy’s rocky relationship.

The longtime Bravoleb explains:

“We spoke at the shower. Things are obviously not great, I think most people know that. But we’re family; we’re blood. We’ll always come back together.”

Despite their rift, Kyle says she and Kathy both will not let their issues prevent them from coming together for their family.

“It’s my niece’s special day, and she’s going to be getting married,” Kyle continued, “and we’re all going to be together there. We’ll be, of course, civil and nice and, hopefully, one day, be back to normal again.”

The drama, which mostly occurred off camera, seemed to start when Lisa Rinna decided to drink Kendall Jenner’s 818 Tequila over Casa Del Sol tequila, which the Hilton family are investors in. Kathy felt snubbed and got angry at Kyle for not defending her.

Later on that night, the ladies headed to the Caribou Club, where Kathy began to unravel, accoridng to reports. Rinna decided to take Kathy home when she had a huge meltdown. Claims about this meltdown were then leaked to the press, making Kathy look bad. She later apologized to Rinna for her behavior, but no one ever confirmed what really went down behind the scenes in Aspen.

Erika Jayne and Lisa Rinna refused to stop speaking about Kathy’s meltdown, which upset Kyle. Eventually, the drama was rehashed at the season 12 reunion. Kathy and Kyle’s sitdown ended in tears and with their relationship on rocky ground.

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Margaret Josephs settles $20k lawsuit with accountant via Venmo after initially claiming the lawsuit was extortion.

The 56-year-old sent her former accountant, Stephen B. Wetter, $2k via Venmo in order to settle their ongoing legal battle.

After receiving the funds, Wetter voluntarily agreed to dismiss his complaint against the RHONJ couple.

A judge signed off on the dismissal request on May 30.

“Defendant sent payment of $2,000.00 to plaintiff via Venmo. Plaintiff acknowledges receipt of same,” the settlement agreement reads.

According to sources, Margaret Josephs is thrilled to put this legal mess behind her and move on.

An insider told The U.S. Sun:

“Margaret is very pleased the case was dismissed after sending the plaintiff some money to move on peacefully. They’re old family friends, and she felt bad for him. There are no hard feelings. It would’ve cost her more money to pay an attorney.”

Margaret, Joe, and Wetter were scheduled to appear at the Bergen County Courthouse on May 30 at 8.45; however, that never happened due to the out-of-court settlement.

The RHONJ source noted: “It would’ve looked bad for Stephen if they went to trial. He could have gotten in a lot of trouble for faking an attorney’s letter.”

In February, Wetter sued Margaret Josephs and her husband, Joe Benigno, demanding a total of $20,000 for helping the Bravo couple prepare their taxes. Wetter wanted $15,000 for services performed plus $5,000 in legal fees.

Wetter previously claimed that he was “retained by the defendants to prepare financial statements and related tax returns” from 2008 until 2019/2020.

He continued: “About three years ago, they stopped paying me for work performed. Eventually, I stopped working for them. They say they have no money, but I believe this is untrue.”

At the time, Margaret called Wetter’s legal threat “absurd” and an attempt “to extort funds.” She then accused the accountant of creating fake legal letterheads. In her court filing, Margaret alleged, “There is no such [law] firm, no attorney name, letterhead, address, email.”

Back in April, a rep for Margaret went on to say that they believe Wetter’s case “is going to be dismissed soon as statements Stephen made are completely false.”

Despite their confidence, it seems Margaret Josephs didn’t want to take any chances and instead decided to settle with Wetter out of court.
