REPORT: Are Jax Taylor & Brittany Cartwright Living Apart?

Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright may be gearing up for their big return to the spotlight in 2024 with their new Bravo show – The Valley but it seems like there may be some trouble in their happily ever after.

Rumor has it that Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor are living apart from each other despite still being married. The rumor first surfaced on Reddit and suggested that Brittany has “been living in a random house and they no longer post together” on social media.

A Reddit user shared;

“What’s everyone’s thoughts on this? It’s been sometime now that we’ve noticed them not living together. (Since Jax went on that bender with the Toms) Brittany’s been living in random house and they no longer post together.

I think at first it was thought this was a ploy to get people to watch their new Valley show but I’m not so convinced. It is a possible that they’ve actually broken up for real and it won’t be a good look for the new show since they’re the ‘glue that keeps the group together.'”

The post concludes with the user asking: “Did Brittany finally leave Jax?”

Days after this rumor popped up on social media, Jax Taylor got very cozy with his publicist while on a trip to Montreal with Tom Schwartz for some club appearances.

Some fans felt that Jax and his publicist were a little too close and comfortable with each other in the photo. While others thought nothing of the photo.

“She’s his publicist. Stop it guys!” one fan commented while a second added, “Jax would never hurt his family.”

“A publicity stunt because The Valley has not gotten any traction. Even if the rumors were true Britany would never leave him. I’m calling it now, that show is going to be terrible!!” a third fan quipped.

“No man wears his wedding band while posing in a photo with another woman if he was skipping out on his wife,” another fan wrote.

When it comes to the rumors about Jax and Brittany’s marriage fans are also divided. Many believe all this gossip is nothing more than a ploy to get some publicity and attention for their new show.

“So PR for their new show. Larsa must have called them,” someone wrote, while another agreed, commenting, “For ratings for their new show.”

“No way they just are looking for a Rumor to catch on for ratings for the new show that doesn’t look so good!” another fan wrote.

Jax and Brittany met in 2015 at Gold Spike Lounge in Las Vegas. The Kentucky native quickly moved to Los Angeles to be with Jax and first appeared on season 4 of Vanderpump Rules. By 2016, Brittany landed a job at SUR and became an official VPR cast member.

In 2017, Jax and Brittany briefly split while dealing with the fallout over Jax cheating on Brittany with their co-star Faith Stowers.

After enduring a rocky fall and summer of 2017, the former SUR couple were officially back together by December of that year.

Jax popped the question in June 2018 and the couple said ‘I do’ a little more than a year later in 2019.

They welcomed their son, Cruz, in April 2021.

Vicki Gunvalson Dubs Teddi Mellencamp a ‘Dumb Bimbo’

Vicki Gunvalson is calling out her archenemy, Teddi Mellencamp, and the OG of the OC isn’t holding back at all!

While appearing on Brandi Glanville’s Unfiltered podcast, the Real Housewives of Orange County OG claimed that Teddi Mellencamp was attempting to take her down.

“Teddi, I can’t stand,” Brandi said. Vicki Gunvalson couldn’t help but agree, adding, “Teddi’s a sh*t-stirrer.”

Brandi Glanville then added fuel to the fire by calling Teddi a “b*tch.”

Vicki then went in on Teddi for claiming she participated in the January 6 insurrection.

“Do you really think I stormed the Capitol on January 6, you dumb bimbo?” Vicki quipped.

She continued, “That’s what she thought. She said it online. She said it at BravoCon. She’s not a nice person.”

Brandi Glanville agreed and claimed that Teddi also tried to take her down.

“No one likes her thought,” the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills veteran noted. “[She and Tamra] go so low.”

Vicki and Brandi then both took shots at the Two Ts in a Pod podcast hosts, noting that they both watch a lot of reality TV, which Vicki claims she doesn’t have time to do.

Of course, Brandi took another shot at Tamra Judge and Teddi Mellencamp, saying, “Cause you’re getting f—ked. They’re not.”

The OG of the OC admitted that she doesn’t “understand” the relationship between Teddi and Tamra. Brandi interjected, “Tamra makes money.”

Vicki then insisted that Tamra would make more money doing a podcast with her than Teddi. The two then discussed Tamra and Teddi’s working relationship, with Brandi spilling some tea.

Brandi claims that Tamra told her, “’Teddi makes more money than me,’ and I’m like, ‘Well, you saved her podcast, you should get what she gets.’”

The Coto Insurance founder added that “it didn’t make sense” for Tamra to agree to such terms when she could have done a podcast with her and gotten paid equally.

Vicki and Teddi’s feud came out of nowhere one day. The OG of the OC seemed pissed that Tamra decided to do a podcast with Teddi instead of her, and then Teddi was confused by Vicki’s anger and took several shots at her online.

While many believe Vicki is jealous of Tamra and Teddi’s friendship the OG of the OC insisted at BravoCon 2023 that she can “share” her friends. Instead, she blames their feud on Teddi’s January 6th comment.

Clearly, this is the feud that never ends – it just goes on and on, my friends!


The Real Housewives of Orange County will return for season 18 in mid-to-late 2024.

Raquel Leviss Calls Tom Sandoval a ‘Narcissist A–hole’; Reveals What Ended Their Relationship

Raquel Leviss is coming for Tom Sandoval hard in the latest episode of her podcast, Rachel Goes Rogue, and reveals what led to their split and more.

On the February 10 episode of her Rachel Goes Rogue podcast, the 29-year-old opened up about what caused her to end her relationship with Tom while also calling out the Vanderpump Rules OG’s selfish and narcissistic behavior. 

After reflecting on a package she received from her now ex-flame during her stint in a mental health treatment facility, the former SURver revealed how Sandoval insulted her and proved that he didn’t truly love her like he claimed. 

She also details how Sandoval overwhelmed her with “love bombing” throughout their eight-month-long affair. Now, in hindsight, she also sees that Sandoval is a “narcissistic a—hole.”

“When I was at The Meadows, Tom and I would send letters to each other. So I got a big package. There [were] three items in there, a friendship lamp, where you tap it and it changes colors, Bluetooth-connected, one lamp per person, and I was like, ‘Oh my gosh, that’s actually a really cool gift.’ And then the second thing that was in that box was an Us Magazine, and we were on the front cover in a little square on the top right, and I was like, ‘Oh my gosh. I’ve always wanted to be on the cover of a magazine. I didn’t think it was gonna be like this. But, still cool.’ And then the third item that was in there was a letter,” Raquel Leviss recalled on her podcast.

Naturally, Raquel saved Tom’s letter because it had sentimental value. However, when she later re-read the letter and reflected on its content, she came to a very big realization about Tom and their relationship. 

“I started feeling sick to my stomach because the letter was so insulting to me and the work that I was doing at this treatment facility. He was basically saying, ‘In all the years that I’ve known you, I’ve never seen you so dependent on a place. He was trying to convince me to leave The Meadows and come back to him,” she explained. 

Raquel says that she wasn’t ready to leave treatment and had shared that with Sandoval, noting that at the time, she didn’t think it was safe for her to do so as she was still struggling with her mental health. 

“He tried to convince me to leave anyway. And that’s when I really knew that this person does not love me. And this is a love bomb tactic to try to have this control over me,” she confessed.

After realizing that she was ready to tell Tom Sandoval that she had no interest in continuing their relationship, Raquel initially planned to reach out to him, but her therapist advised her against it. 

“So I just didn’t call him again, and I blocked his number. And, you know, some people would consider that ghosting. And I think he was hurt by it because, you know, he didn’t get any closure,” she said. 

Elsewhere on the podcast, Raquel Leviss opened up about the two “narcissistic a—holes” she dated in her 20s. 

“I fell in love with one narcissist a**hole, and after that relationship ended, after five years of being in that relationship, I fell into the hands of another narcissist a**hole,” Raquel shared, seemingly referring to her relationships with Tom Sandoval and James Kennedy.

When it comes to her relationship with James, whom Raquel did not name, she says that despite their long-distance relationship, he confessed his love for her only a week after they met. She notes that their relationship was exciting from the start but took a turn because of the way he treated her and others.

While looking back on her relationship with Sandoval, Raquel said:

“In that situation, I felt like he was really giving me this undivided attention. I was able to express my emotions, and he could really understand what I was saying. It seemed like it was on a deeper level than what I experienced before, and everything else went out the window, all my morals went out the window, and he became like the most important person to me, and you know, we would go on trips together and stuff like that, and I consider that like a form of love bombing.”

“I think that there’s like a part with living in the fantasy, and I don’t know, for some reason, whenever I’m dating guys like this, they become the most important person to me,” she added.

Monica Garcia calls out RHOSLC newbie Britani Bateman for trying to blame her dirty deeds on the now-former Salt Lake City Housewife. 

While appearing on the February 13 episode of Tamra Judge and Teddi Mellencamp’s podcast, Two Ts In A Pod, Monica Garcia shared alleged “voice notes” from Britani Bateman, claiming that the rumored RHOSLC newbie is trying to blame Monica for her own social media “burner accounts.”

As Bravo fans know, Monica Garcia was placed in a time out, aka a “cooling off period,” following season 4 of the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. After learning that Monica was one of the internet trolls behind the shady Reality Von Tease Instagram account, the RHOSLC cast made it clear that they didn’t want to film with her moving forward.

During the podcast interview, Teddi brought up the fact that there is some major gossip going around about one of the alleged RHOSLC season 5 newbies.

“I’ve already seen some things that Britani [Bateman], the alleged new Salt Lake City housewife, has some fan burner accounts,” Teddi explains.

Before spilling the tea, Monica notes that she’s taken Tamra’s advice of “playing nice” and not going wild on social media. 

“I have been very quiet. I haven’t done or said anything,” Monica noted before revealing that she’s been bombarded with information about Britani. 

“The amount of people that have sent me voice notes from this Britani girl — of her blaming all these burner accounts on me — is astounding,” Monica revealed.

 “I’ve never met her in my life … I have no idea who she is. I don’t know anything about her. I’ve never heard of her, but I’ve already seen some things [about] Britani.”

“[I’ve listened] to voice notes of her saying like, ‘These [burner accounts], I’m thinking these are all Monica,’” she continued. “And I’m like, Why are you doing it? What the hell?” 

“It sounds like projecting because she has been busted opening up Finstas for her boyfriend to make him look like a heartthrob or something,” Tamra interjects, which Monica can’t help but agree with before spilling what she knows about the gossip.  

According to the 40-year-old, from what she can ascertain, it seems that Britani has “several [fan] accounts,” gushing over herself and her “guy” Jared Osmond.

“From what people are sending me, it’s like several accounts, like, of fan accounts. I don’t know. Like, Fanning her, fanning the guy,” Monica said. 

“I don’t know. All I know is she’s blaming it on me, and I’m like, ‘Wow,’” she added.

Season 5 of RHOSLC will star returning Housewives Lisa Barlow, Heather Gay, Whitney Rose, Meredith Marks, and Angie Katsanevas. They will be joined by three rumored newbies: Britani Bateman, Meili Workman, and Bronwyn Newport.

It is also believed that Mary Cosby will return. However, it’s unclear if she will be a full-time cast member or a friend of The Housewives again.

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City will return for season 5 in late 2024.

Kyle Richards Dishes on RHOBH S13 Reunion + Recent Run-in With Lisa Rinna

Kyle Richards is giving Bravo fans some insight into the highly anticipated RHOBH season 13 reunion. Plus, gets candid about her recent run-in with Lisa Rinna.

During a recent Amazon Live, the 55-year-old was asked to describe the RHOBH season 13 reunion in 5 words. 

“Torture is one word, anxiety-provoking – that’s two words, sorry! Stressful, scary, emotional,” Kyle Richards said. 

On top of sharing which Beverly Hills Housewives found themselves in the hot seat the most at the season 13 reunion, Kyle also dished on which cast members the best looks and revealed which costars had found resolution by the end of the dramatic sit down. 

As for who got the most heat at the reunion, Kyle named herself, Dorit Kemsley, and Sutton Stracke.  

“I would say I was definitely in the hot seat a lot I would say. Um yeah. I think Dorit was, uh gosh, I think Sutton you know. Yeah,” she said. 

Best dressed on the other hand goes to Garcelle Beauvais and Erika Jayne. 

Kyle also left the season 13 reunion getting some much needed closure with her sister Kathy Hilton, who makes a surprise appearance at the reunion. As you remember Kyle and Kathy left the RHOBH 12 reunion on terrible terms but it seems they have finally closed the chapter on all their drama stemming from the season 12 cast trip to Aspen. 

“I felt better leaving than going absolutely, which is always my goal, which is why last year was so depressing to me and so, so sad. I’ve never had, that was by far the worst reunion leaving there. We didn’t even take a picture, didn’t hug, didn’t cheer…I just went home and cried,” Kyle recalled. 

She continued, “I felt good coming out of the reunion, and I felt very relieved to be able to say that. All the things that I had, you know, that had hurt me through the season, I was able to address, and I felt I left there feeling a lot lighter, so that’s always the goal for me.”

In addition, Kyle also opened up about the future of her friendship with Dorit Kemsley and reacted to Erika Jayne wanting Andy Cohen to “eviscerate” her at the reunion. 

“I can always, you know, repair things with someone if I cared about them – so, yes,” she shared when asked about Dorit’s comments that they didn’t go into the reunion in the best place. 

She’s also not holding a grudge against Erika after declaring she wanted Kyle “eviscerated” at the reunion over her being cagey about her marital issues with Mauricio Umasnky. 

“She actually gave me a heads-up about it. I was kind of just confused because we are friends and I love her and really value her friendship. I honestly think it was because she was so grilled last year, she felt like she was on trial at the reunion, so she was like, ‘It’s someone else’s turn,’” Kyle explained.

Before wrapping up the live, the RHOBH OG opened up about a recent run-in she had with former co-star Lisa Rinna. 

According to Kyle she recently bumped into Rinna at a sushi restaurant in Los Angeles. 

“I saw Rinna … and she was great and I’ve been looking at her Instagram and she is just killing it, as like, a model now, I just, I really love that. I mean, she looks amazing,” Kyle shared. 

Lastly, the mom of four shared her favorite season of RHOBH. 

“It’s very hard for me to say,” Kyle admitted. “Honestly, it’s sad, but the ones that stand out are my least favorites because I just, I don’t know, I guess that’s how life is. But I have a lot of great moments on the show and a lot of not-great moments on the show. […] Good and bad. Even this season, you know, I had a very challenging time but we also had some fun times too. I really do love the girls’ trips, you know, being with the girls there.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs on Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.

RHONJ fans think that Danielle Cabral has overhauled her entire look, including plastic surgery after new red-carpet photos of her emerged online. 

Every Bravo fan is well aware of the second season glow up so it’s not surprising that Real Housewives of New Jersey star Danielle Cabral is looking just a bit different following her second season as a Housewife.

The 38-year-old joined the season 13 cast of RHONJ in 2022.  When fans first met Danielle, she came across an average New Jersey mom – with quite the boujie side. After becoming a fan favorite of RHONJ, Danielle seems to have really leaned into conforming to the Real Housewives mold ahead of her second season.

Danielle Cabral recently appeared on the red carpet, which is when fans noticed that she’s looking different these days. The RHONJ is noticeably thinner, which has many fans wondering if she’s using Omzepic like the majority of her cast mates.

In 2023, Danielle had a tummy tuck. She documented the journey on her YouTube channel, claiming that after getting into the “best shape” of her life, she was still “insecure” about the “wrinkly” excessive skin on her stomach.

“After 2 C-sections, healthy dieting, and INSANE workouts, there was nothing left that I could do to get rid of my excess skin,” Danielle wrote on Instagram after revealing the results of her tummy tuck. “There wasn’t a magical pill (I wish) I could take for it to disappear. It wasn’t going anywhere unless I had the medical procedure known as a ‘tummy tuck.’”

She added, “I would like to emphasize that I put in countless amounts of work, and my body was in the best shape right before I had this procedure. Simply put, there was nothing left to do.”

Despite Danielle’s tummy tuck, she’s overall looking much, much thinner these days which isn’t a result of her tummy tuck. While Danielle’s new body could be from working out and eating healthy, many fans think she may have jumped on the Ozempic train.

If Danielle did jump on the Ozempic bandwagon, it would be quite hypocritical, considering she slammed people using the weight loss drug in December 2023.

While appearing on Page Six‘s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast, told Ozempic users to:

“Run on a f–king treadmill.”

Naturally, RHONJ fans have quite a bit to say about Danielle’s new look.

“She was better before. Now she looks like a man in Kim  Z’s season 1 wig!” one fan commented.

“Definitely hopped on the Ozempic train,” a second wrote, with others commenting things like “OOO-oooo-Zempic!!!” and “looks like Ozempic.”

Others accused Danielle of getting various surgeries on her face, including a “nose job,” “bleph,” and “brow lift.”

Real Housewives of Orange County’s Tamra Judge is revealing her texts to Shannon Beador about canceling their Tres Amigas show following her DUI in September. Get all the tea!

Amid her ongoing feud with Shannon Beador and Vicki Gunvalson, Tamra Judge has revealed text messages that she sent to Shannon following her DUI in September.

On Tamra Judge and Teddi Mellencamp’s Two Ts in a Pod podcast, the Real Housewives of Orange County star shared her texts to former BFF Shannon Beador and revealed how Shannon’s DUI played a role in her decision to stop participating in the Tres Amigas live shows.

According to Tamra Judge, she sent a text message to Shannon in October 2023, about a month after Shannon’s arrest for DUI and hit and run in Newport Beach on September 16.

In the text, she wished Shannon well after her DUI while revealing that she wanted to put herself and their Tres Amigas live shows on pause while the mom of three healed mentally, physically, and emotionally following her brush with the law.

“I hope you are doing better physically. And mentally. I know that you are probably beating yourself up. I have thought long and hard about this. And I need to be honest with you. I don’t feel comfortable moving forward with the ‘Tres Amigas’ show next month,” Tamra read.

“The comments about you doing the show and me and Vicki supporting it are horrible. It’s not a good look for any of us, especially you, Shannon. Bravo has told me it’s not a good idea and we should postpone. It’s just too soon. I’m now getting messages and comments that I’m an alcoholic for continuing and supporting you with the show next month. I’m sorry, I just can’t move forward with the show,” Tamra continued.

Despite Tamra’s objections, she was forced to perform in two shows with the Tres Amigas due to contractual obligations. However, after completing those two shows, Tamra thought it was best to bow out of the group for good.

Tamra also notes that learning about Vicki and Shannon talking behind her back also influenced her decision to call it quits with the Tres Amigas.

Earlier this month, Tamra accused Shannon and Vicki of being “insanely jealous” of her success outside of the Tres Amigas.

“They are so insanely jealous of my success. Vicki always wants to rip you down, just like she wants to rip you down because you’re close to me; she wants to rip Caeden down ‘cause he’s close to me. I’m tired of it,” Tamra told her co-host Teddi Mellencamp.

As AllAboutTRH previously reported, the feud between Tamra, Shannon, and Vicki became public knowledge when the OG of the OC and Shannon announced their comedy tour, and Tamra was nowhere to be mentioned.

Tamra revealed that she was too busy to participate in the tour and claimed that she decided to back out after learning that Vicki and Shannon were talking about her behind her back.

Since then, Tamra and Vicki have been taking shots at each other on social media and in the press. As for Shannon, she’s remained silent on the drama, but it’s sure to play out on season 18 of RHOC, which is currently in production.

The Real Housewives of Orange County will return for season 18 in mid-to-late 2024.

RHOA OG NeNe Leakes Reportedly Owes 5-Figure Tax Debt

RHOA OG NeNe Leakes accused of owing 5-Figure tax debt just weeks after being ordered to pay $25k in unpaid rent. Get all the deets.

NeNe Leakes once boasted on the Real Housewives of Atlanta that she was a “very rich bitch” but it seems her Bravo money may have run dry.

The former RHOA star was slapped with a state tax execution by the Georgia Department of Revenue, per Radar Online.

The reality star initially owed $17,785.22 in back taxes for various years however court documents show that NeNe’s tax debt has grown to $28,593.24 thanks to interest and fees. The documents list NeNe by name as well as her business, The Linnethia, LLC, which is believed to be connected to her now defunct nightclub lounge.

This tax issue comes just weeks after NeNe Leakes was ordered to pay $25k in a lawsuit brought on by the former landlord of her now-closed Swagg Boutique.

According to the landlord, the former Bravo star signed a lease in 2017 then extended it by a year in 2021. She claims that NeNe vacated the space in January 2022 but failed to pay $22k in unpaid rent.

When the landlord attempted to collect the unpaid rent from NeNe she refused to pay which forced the landlord to file paperwork against the reality star in August 2023.

 On August 16, 2023, the RHOA alum was served with legal paperwork outside of her $1 million condo in Atlanta.

NeNe claims she is not responsible for any rent owed as she did not sign the rental agreement on the space – her now deceased husband, Gregg Leakes did.

Gregg died on September 1, 2021 at the age of 66 after a long battle with cancer.

Instead of tackling the legal issue head on, NeNe never responded and as a result a judge “ordered her to pay $22k in unpaid rent, $2,315 in attorney fees and another $400 in court costs.”

The RHOA alum has an estimated net worth of $14 million. She has yet to publicly address this latest legal woe.

RHOSLC Alum Jen Shah Reflects on First Anniversary In Prison

RHOSLC alum Jen Shah is opening up about her life behind bars as she reflects on her one-year anniversary of reporting to prison.

On February 17, 2023, Jen Shah reported to FPC Bryan Prison in Texas to serve a 5-year, 6-month prison sentence after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud for her role in a nationwide telemarketing scheme.

Now, one year later, Jen Shah is reflecting on the past 12 months in prison and how it has changed her life.

She notes the role her faith, therapy, and fellow prison inmates have played in her life over the past year. The RHOSLC alum also gets candid about advice given to her by her husband, Sharrieff Shah.

Per PEOPLE, Jen Shah shared:

“I have been away from my family for one year. The depth of my pain is unrelenting and indescribable. However, throughout this painful process, God has substantially increased my humility, gratitude, and courage.

Upon entering FPC Bryan, I wholeheartedly believed that no one was suffering as badly as I was. I quickly recognized that so many women are here battling and overcoming circumstances far worse than mine. Their resilience inspires and truly humbles me.

Recognizing that God continues to bless me not withstanding my wretched and unpredictable surroundings; expressing sincere gratitude has been my most effective coping mechanism. Despair and depression are companions that strive to capture my undivided attention every single day. Praying five times a day helps keep these and other emotional serpents at bay. I am most grateful for the aspects of my life that have never left me: My Family and Faith. Thank you God.

In my daily prayers, I ask God for the courage to realize I am worthy of a second chance. Through the countless therapy sessions and classes I have taken, I am finding the courage to set my fear and guilt aside. My husband tells me every morning that I have to fight for my happiness. He said it takes unimaginable courage to smile, and find joy and laughter despite my circumstances.  

This photo was taken nearly eight months after I surrendered. My husband’s advice finally settled into my heart and I found the courage to smile, find genuine joy and laughter by participating in a Barbie Hair Show Competition as “Adventure Barbie”. My Barbie team and I razzle-dazzled the Real Hair Updo category with a fully choreographed routine to Latto’s “Big Energy!” It brought me so much joy to put smiles on my fellow inmates faces. (And yes, we won our category.)

There is still so much I must learn while I am here at FPC Bryan, I am grateful God has given me a better foundation to appreciate his unwavering love and blessings to fight for that moment of happiness each day.“

The 50-year-old was arrested in March 2021 and was charged with charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud in connection with telemarketing and conspiracy to commit money laundering.

Initally, Jen Shah maintained her innocence, but she eventually guilty plea in July 2022 as a part of a plea agreement. She was sentenced to 6.5 and a half years in prison, but that was reduced by a year in March 2023.

On top of that, Jen Shah also has to pay $6.5 million in restitution.

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City will return for season 5 in late 2024.

Bo Dietl Accused of Hacking on Louie Ruelas’ Behalf in New Lawsuit

In new lawsuit, private investigator Bo Dietl is accused of hacking on behalf of Luis ‘Louie’ Ruelas. Get all the details!

According The Daily Beast, a lawsuit filed on Monday, February 12 names Bo Dietl, attorney Danielle Rosenberg, and Luis “Louie” Ruelas, the husband of Real Housewives of New Jersey OG Teresa Giudice, of conspiring “to access the computers and internet drive folders of Plaintiffs in their capacity as a law firm” in order to disseminate information that would help Louie’s “harassment and abuse against a previous romantic partner.”

Last summer, Louie’s ex-fiancé Vanessa Reiser filed a restraining order against him, claiming that he hired a private investigator to “stalk” her.

“I received, accidentally, what I perceived to be an illegal email between Bo Dietl’s office and Danielle Rosenberg that I then sent to Vanessa a little time after discovering it, after having conversations with some women in my life and doing legal research into the ethics of what Rosenberg and Dietl were doing,” attorney Kevin Johnson, a plaintiff in the lawsuit filed on February 12, told The Daily Beast.

“In that email were the recordings that have already been reported of a private investigator spying on Vanessa,” Johnson said. “There were transcripts and recordings of those things happening. Rosenberg committed ethics violations, and they both broke the law in New Jersey. What Luis did, and what Bo Dietl did, and what Danielle Rosenberg did in sending a private investigator to spy on Vanessa was illegal and unethical.”

The lawsuit also alleges that Dietl, Rosenberg, and Louie acted “with criminal, reckless, malicious, fraudulent intent devised to defraud.” The defendants “are accused of violating the Federal Wiretap Act, the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and the New Jersey Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act.”

If you remember during the Real Housewives of New Jersey season 13 reunion, Rachel Fuda’s husband, John Fuda, accused Louie of hiring Bo Dietl to investigate his checked past as part of a smear campaign to make the Fudas as well as Margaret Josephs and Melissa Gorga look bad in the public eye.

Despite Louie close relationship with for the former NYPD detective, both Louie and Bo denied orchestrating any such type of investigation.

Bo Dietl vehemtantly denied that his was hired by Louie to investigate the RHONJ cast but couldn’t deny or confirm if the RHONJ husband hired him for other investigations.

It seems that this lawsuit may be another attempt at Louie’s ex-fiancée going after him after losing to him in court in late 2023.

In October a New Jersey judge ruled in Louie Ruelas‘ favor in his legal case against his ex-fiancée Vanessa Reiser, who previously accused him of “stalking.”

“The Court not only dismissed Ms. Reiser’s complaint and denied her application for a permanent restraining order, but also found that she was ‘obsessed’ with Mr. Ruelas, continuously bothering he and his family,” attorney Marco Laracca, who represented the RHONJ husband alongside co-counsel Christopher Errante, said in a statement on Friday, October 27.

“In essence, the court held that the filing of the restraining order was akin to a publicity stunt, ” Laracca added. “Louie was completely vindicated today and looks forward to putting this all behind him. We thank the court for its lengthy, well-reasoned, and factually supported opinion.”

Louie and Vanessa dated from 2018 to 2020 before he began dating RHONJ star Teresa Giudice in the summer of 2020. Louie and Teresa ultimately tied the knot in August 2022.
