A new report reveals that Mauricio Umansky was overheard spilling some major tea on his marriage to Kyle Richards while on a guys’ trip to Aspen, Colo.
An eyewitness tells Page Six that the Agency founder was overheard saying he and Kyle Richards were “not together” while in Aspen last week.
According to the eyewitness, Mauricio Umansky was engaged in a conversation with a woman during a happy hour at Kemo Sabe when he revealed the state of his marriage to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills OG.
“We’re not together,” Mauricio Umansky was overheard telling the woman.
The Buying Beverly Hills star was also overheard talking about “moving out of the house” that he shares with Kyle in Encino, Calif. He reportedly referenced how important it was that he and Kyle keep their kids in mind throughout their split process.
The source notes that Mauricio’s conversation with the woman was not flirty, and it is unclear if she was a fan or a friend.
When Page Six reached out to the 53-year-old real estate mogul for a comment, he denied talking to anyone about his marriage while in Aspen for work.
“Last week I was fully engaged with The Agency business and traveling with some of our top agents for a collaborative trip and new business. I did not discuss my relationship with anyone.”
Mauricio and Kyle have continued living together in their Encino home since their separation in July 2023.
According to Kyle, she and Mauricio are living under the same roof but sleeping in different rooms. For now, their living situation works, but Kyle notes that they also own multiple properties (Aspen, La Quinta, etc.) and travel often, so that makes it all much easier to handle.
While the former RHOBH couple have spoken about their separation, they have not disclosed what specifically caused the breakup.
During the RHOBH season 13 finale, Kyle hinted that “there were things that happened” that made her lose trust in her husband of 26 years. As for what those “things” were, the RHOBH OG didn’t specify.
Meanwhile, in a preview for season two of Buying Beverly Hills, Mauricio admitted that he lost his “s—t” and had a “whole breakdown” as he “can’t handle” his and Kyle’s separation and growing his real estate business.
“I’ve been so stressed,” he told Kyle in a clip from season two of Buying Beverly Hills. “The travel obviously affects us, and you’re working hard, and we’re just busy as can be, and it’s just been so stressful.”
In September 2023, Kyle and Mauricio confirmed their separation after two months of speculation. The two admitted that they are “free” to date other people.
The ex-RHOBH couple wed in 1996. They share daughters Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23, and Portia, 15. Mauricio is also stepfather to Kyle’s daughter Farrah Aldjufrie, 34, from her first marriage to Guraish Aldjufrie.
