The Garden State gals are back for season 14 of RHONJ. Let’s break down all the drama from the season 14 premiere.

The season 14 premiere of RHONJ kicked off with Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga preparing to send their daughters to college as Margaret Josephs struggles with a heartbreaking milestone. Also, in the episode, Rachel Fuda throws a surprise party for Jen Fessler, and the entire cast reunites to celebrate. However, the evening turns sour when Teresa exposes John Fuda’s past.

Let’s dive into the episode.

After briefly catching up with all the ladies, Rachel Fuda has a family dinner where we learn that her youngest daughter is suffering from a tongue-tie that she will need treatment for.

The 32-year-old RHONJ star reveals that she and Jen Fessler’s husband are throwing her party. Since the party is for Jen, Rachel had to invite everyone in the cast.

However, she is nervous about how her husband, John, will react when he sees Teresa’s husband, Louie Ruelas, at the party. John brushes off his wife’s concern and jokes that he will give Louie a mobster-style head nod.

At the Gorgas house, Melissa Gorga tries to help her daughter pack for college. Antonia doesn’t realize she won’t have her McMansion-size closet at college but is determined to bring all her clothes with her.

Teresa Giudice is also helping her daughter Gabriella pack for college as well before having a family dinner with Louie and the rest of their brood.

Back at the Gorgas, Melissa talks to Joe about Jen F’s upcoming party and how they plan to deal with Teresa. They don’t think she will live up to her threat of ignoring them for good, but it seems Teresa is determined to steer clear of her brother and sister-in-law.

Jen Fessler is tapping into her less-than-musical side by taking guitar lessons. Margaret Josephs comes over, and they discuss the difficult time she is going through without her ex-husband; Jan. Marge says it’s so difficult because her stepson is engaged, and now his father won’t be here for his wedding.

Margaret then suggests they do dinner to celebrate Jen’s birthday. Margaret makes it clear she has ZERO interest in interacting with Teresa after last year’s reunion. Marge still believes Louie contacted her son at his place of work. She also doesn’t want Jen bringing her up in conversation with Teresa.

The Macbeth Collection founder says she never wants to discuss the RHONJ OG again with Jen as she doesn’t want her toxicity to create any drama in their friendship.

Elsewhere in the episode, Louie and Teresa meet up with Paulie Connell and Dolores Catania for dinner.

The group discusses Jen F’s upcoming party, and Teresa reveals that Louie texted John to meet up and clear the air.

Teresa tells Dolores that she won’t speak to her brother and Melissa at the party but that she will be cordial with Margaret.

The RHONJ OG then drops a bombshell claim that she learned from Dolores’ ex-husband. According to Teresa, Frank Catnaia told her that Melissa, Joe, Margaret, and the Fudas all met up at Margaret’s house before the season 14 reunion to plan out their plot to go against her and Louie.

Teresa then reveals that Danielle told her that she heard Jen F tell that group they didn’t “execute the plan correctly.” Paulie confirms that he heard Jen F say that as well.

It’s finally the night of Jen F’s birthday party, and everyone is glammed out and excited to celebrate. As the party starts everyone is mingling and having fun. Teresa and Jen A are the last two to arrive. Their men are not attending due to work conflicts.

In the car on the way to the party, Jen A brings up some gossip about John F, which Teresa and everyone on social media have already heard. John’s ex claims he was allegedly the biggest drug dealer in Bergen County and that he enjoys double-sided dildos.

John doesn’t seem too bent up about the gossip as he jokes about it at the party with the other men.

Things get awkward when Teresa arrives at the party and completely ignores her brother and Melissa. Margaret also gives Teresa the cold shoulder upon her arrival.

Jackie Goldschnieder and Melissa discuss her book and how Melissa got a copy of it because Jackie will be appearing on her podcast. Margaret makes it known she hasn’t gotten a copy and wants to know why.

Jen F arrives at the party, and she is surprised AF.

The guys are having fun at the party. Joe beats around the bush, questioning where Louie is, which frustrates Paulie. Then John sarcastically claims he’s surprised that Louie didn’t show since they were supposed to talk at the party. Paulie tells John that a party isn’t the place to hash out issues. He explains that he told Louie to address John’s issues one-on-one and not with the group. Paulie insists he’s neutral and is friends with both Louie and John. John says it seems like Paulie has chosen a side, which he denies.

Things get intense between Paulie and John as the Irishman grows frustrated with John’s antics, wild accusations, and his refusal to listen.

Dolores interjects and pulls Paulie away from John’s irrational behavior.

The party winds down with Teresa confronting Rachel about the drama between their husbands. Teresa tells Rachel that John came for her husband and should have been man enough to meet with him before this party. Rachel makes it clear that she and John don’t want anything to do with Louie.

Teresa then brings up the gossip that John was allegedly the biggest drug dealer in Bergen County. She tells Rachel: “Don’t come for my husband because I will come for yours.”

As Teresa and Jen A leave, the RHONJ OG makes a joke about John’s alleged love of double-sided dildos. Rachel calls the RHONJ OG a coward before calling over her husband to confront Teresa.

Teresa says she heard the gossip about John’s past from his ex, who is spreading it all over social media. John says he doesn’t know why anyone would believe anything a prison inmate has to say. Teresa attempts to get John to confirm his previous statement that he was in prison before as well.

John tells Teresa to shut up and calls out her for not listening. He says the RHONJ OG “doesn’t know shit” and that she’s a “has been.”
