“I don’t think Erika has a particular opinion over whether he goes to a treatment center or prison, the court makes that decision and she wasn’t a part of this process,” Wilkes said.
“He’s been charged and sentenced to prison, that’s what happens to people who do this.
Am I happy about it? No. I’m not happy to see anyone suffer.
But Tom was a prominent figure and he did some stupid stuff, he deserves to be punished for what he did.”

He didn’t mince words about the severity of Girardi’s crimes or the consequences:

“It looks like he did a lot for a long time. He lost everything.
You have to deal with the consequences, the system is not perfect but I’m sure he’ll be in minimum security as he’s no threat, but prison is still prison. You can’t get up and go to the refrigerator.
If he’s aware of being punished for something he shouldn’t do, then that’s what prison is for.”

While Jayne and Girardi never had children together, she has a son from a previous relationship, and he has adult children from earlier marriages. The public unraveling of Girardi’s life has been especially poignant for Jayne, who reflected on his decline in health during a RHOBH “After Show” segment, calling it “very sad.”

Reality TV drama took another wild turn on the latest episode of Watch What Happens Live. Drew Sidora didn’t hold back when asked about her fellow Real Housewives of Atlanta castmates, delivering a sharp jab at newcomer Brit Eady — just days after Eady made headlines for suing Bravo for $20 million.

During Sunday night’s (June 8) episode of Watch What Happens Live — which was filmed before the Season 16 reunion taped last week — host Andy Cohen invited Drew Sidora to share one thing each cast member should work on. When Brit Eady’s face popped up on the screen, Sidora didn’t miss a beat. She sang out:

“Brit, the world wants to know — are you a OH? And did you sell it?”

Andy Cohen was left speechless, flashing a shocked expression before quickly moving on.

This bold shade came just days after Eady — who notably skipped her first reunion — filed a $20 million lawsuit against Bravo, alleging defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, sexual harassment, and fostering a hostile work environment, according to The Independent.

Eady’s lawsuit references a scandalous incident from Season 16, Episode 5, where former star Kenya Moore showed explicit photos at her salon’s grand opening. The photos purportedly depicted Eady in a compromising situation, which Moore later was banned from filming the rest of the season.

Nearly a year after the incident, Eady took to Instagram to clarify her side:

“That photo was not me,” she said. “As the episode makes clear; I did not see the photo at the time. Rather, I was made aware of the photo being presented at the event, and based on what I was told, assumed that it was a photo of me — which is why I reacted in the way that I did.”

She added:

“I did not know who was in that photo, but upon seeing it for the first time recently, I now know it wasn’t me.”

The lawsuit, which also names NBC and production companies True Original and Endemol Shine North America, accuses the network of producing and airing the episode “willfully, intentionally, recklessly, and/or with gross negligence” to falsely imply the explicit photo was of Eady. Despite Eady’s “repeated requests” to view the photos herself, the defendants allegedly “refused to do so.”

For those wanting to catch the latest Watch What Happens Live drama, new episodes air Sunday through Thursday at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo and are available to stream on Peacock the next day.
