It seems as though Kim Richards’ legal issues are far from being over. Not only was she arrested for public intoxication and trespassing in April, but now her dog Kingsley has gotten her into even more trouble.
People Magazine reported that the suit against Kim was filed by Kelly Crossley. Kelly says that Kingsley bit her without warning at Kim’s home on September 1st of last year.
The lawsuit against Kim also claims that Kim knew her dog was dangerous since it has previously bitten one of Kim’s friends in the past, and that Kim and her family members failed to exercise a reasonable amount of caution that could have prevented the bite.
The suit goes on to say that Kelly’s injuries are grave and will result in scars.
Kingsley has also gotten Kim into trouble with her sister Kyle Richards. During the season five reunion special of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the main topic of discussion was Kim and Kyle’s broken relationship, which came from Kingsley biting Kyle’s daughter Alexia Umansky. This bite resulted in Alexia having to spend several days in the hospital and eventually receiving surgery.
During the reunion, Kim did say that Kingsley was going through training to be a better dog, but Kyle doubted the fact that he was actually away from Kim. Kim did say that it was hard not being with her dog since she and her ex-husband Monty Brinson are both very close to the dog.
