“He Violently Choked Me”: Denise Richards Demands Estranged Husband and His Mom Testify in Explosive Abuse Hearing
by Roxanne
written by Roxanne
Denise Richards is pulling no punches as she prepares for a bombshell court showdown with her estranged husband Aaron Phypers, and she wants his mother on the stand too.

In what’s shaping up to be one of the most shocking celebrity divorce cases of the year, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, 54, is pushing to turn her temporary restraining order into a permanent one — and she’s not going it alone.
According to TMZ, Denise’s witness list includes Aaron and his 84-year-old mother Patricia Phypers. Why? Because Patricia will reportedly “testify regarding communications with [Denise] regarding abuse perpetrated on [Denise] by [Aaron].” Richards expects Aaron’s mom to be on the stand for an hour.

The court hearing, scheduled for Monday, could see graphic testimony lasting all day. Denise herself anticipates speaking for six hours, while Aaron is expected to testify for four. And this is no he-said-she-said — it’s a full-blown legal battle with photos, witnesses, and jaw-dropping allegations.
In court documents obtained by DailyMail.com, Richards made chilling claims about years of violent abuse, saying:
“Throughout our relationship, Aaron would frequently violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, tightly squeeze my arms, violently slap me in my face and head, aggressively slam my head into the bathroom towel rack, threaten to kill me, hold me down with his knee on my back to the point where I would have to plead with him to get off me so that he would not kill me and hack into my laptop and phone and download all of my text messages.”
She didn’t stop there. Denise also alleged:
“Aaron regularly threatened to ‘break my jaw’ and would cry, beg me to stay, and promise to get help — none of which ever happened.”
“Aaron has caused me at least three concussions. Aaron has told me that he has left recording devices to record me while I was alone in hotel rooms and at my townhouses.”
The allegations are graphic, serious, and strongly denied by Phypers. In a statement to Daily Mail, he fired back:
“Let me be unequivocally clear: I have never physically or emotionally abused Denise — or anyone.”
“These accusations are completely false and deeply hurtful. Denise and I, like many couples, have faced our share of challenges, but any suggestion of abuse is categorically untrue.”

Meanwhile, an insider close to Phypers added fuel to the fire by calling Denise a “liar,” telling TMZ:
“Why wouldn’t he testify … he’s got nothing to hide … he never laid a hand on her.”
The source also claimed that Phypers filed for divorce after Richards allegedly failed to end a yearlong affair. Phypers filed in July after six years of marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
But the drama doesn’t stop there. Denise has also accused Aaron and his family of trashing their Calabasas mansion, even submitting photos to the court to back it up.
“Aaron and his parents and brother have severely damaged the [home] and left the house in a state of disarray,” she reportedly said, according to Us Weekly.
Photos showed clutter and mess strewn throughout various rooms, while a source close to Phypers fired back that they had actually cleaned the house — not wrecked it.
And in a separate legal request, Denise asked the court to temporarily vacate Aaron and his family from the leased home for just eight hours — so she could retrieve her dogs and belongings, per People.
As Monday’s hearing looms, this case is shaping up to be a scorched-earth legal battle, with reputations, safety, and truth all hanging in the balance.
Stay tuned. This is far from over.

Erika Jayne and Teddi Mellencamp SLAM RHOC’s Lie Detector Company
by Roxanne
written by Roxanne
The Real Housewives universe never runs short of drama, but this time, it’s not just the cast members under scrutiny. Erika Jayne and Teddi Mellencamp are calling out the lie detector company featured in recent episodes of The Real Housewives of Orange County, and they’re not holding back.

On their podcast, Two T’s in a Pod, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alums shared their doubts about the validity of the polygraph results used during a chaotic confrontation involving Gretchen Rossi, Katie Ginella, and others.
In the episode, tensions boiled over after Emily Simpson brought in a lie detector company to get to the bottom of the conflict. But Erika and Teddi were quick to question how the results played out, particularly the fact that Gretchen passed, while Katie failed several key responses.
Erika noted that Gretchen passed the question of whether she told Katie and Jennifer Pedranti that she was drugged, despite flashbacks appearing to show otherwise.
“How is that possible?” Teddi exclaimed. “This is where I am struggling.”
Erika agreed and questioned the credibility of the results, calling out the inconsistency. The two reviewed several of Katie’s failed answers and were baffled that Gretchen passed so easily in comparison.

Their skepticism didn’t end there. Erika was quick to recognize the lie detector guy from another Bravo show.
“I didn’t like that the lie detector test was the same guy who did the Vanderpump lie detector test,” she said.
Teddi echoed her concern, questioning the integrity of using the same team again.
“I was like, if it’s the same company over and over, like what are we doing? Is this the only guy we can get?”
They also speculated that the results may have been steered in a certain direction. Referring to a moment when Gina told Gretchen “There’s a plan,” Teddi suggested that the lie detector team might have been given a heads-up or instructions.
“It makes it seem like the lie detector people were given specific instructions,” Teddi said.
Erika agreed, adding simply, “Oh, I’m sure.”
With Erika and Teddi now voicing their concerns publicly, fans are left wondering whether the polygraph drama is just another made-for-TV moment or if something more orchestrated is at play behind the scenes.
This Real Housewives scandal might not be about who’s telling the truth, but who’s controlling the narrative.
Dorit Kemsley Says Her Relationship with PK Is “Up and Down, Left to Right” Plus, Where She Stands with Her RHOBH Castmates
by Roxanne
written by Roxanne
Dorit Kemsley is clearing the air on everything from her rocky marriage to her Bravo friendships, and based on her latest comments, there’s a lot going on behind the scenes.

TMZ recently caught up with the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star outside the exclusive Gravitas club in Beverly Hills. When asked how things are going with her estranged husband PK Kemsley, Dorit kept it real:
“It’s up and down… left to right.”
That update comes after the pair were seen out for a low-key dinner earlier this month, their first one-on-one outing since Kemsley filed for divorce in April. Still, she made it clear there’s no romantic reunion happening just yet:
“I’m just trying to find my bearings.”
While navigating her personal life, Dorit says she’s been leaning on some of her fellow Housewives — but only a few. She gave a shoutout to Bozoma Saint John and new cast member Rachel Zoe, calling them her “most supportive girlfriends this season.”

However, the support hasn’t been universal.
“Not everyone has been supportive of me during this time,” she noted, without naming names.
She didn’t directly address her ongoing tension with Kyle Richards or Sutton Stracke, but viewers of Season 14 will recall that those relationships have been anything but smooth. What’s clear is that some unresolved drama may still be brewing as Season 15 approaches.
Dorit did take a moment to shut down one particular rumor involving Kathy Hilton. Some fans speculated that Kathy had intentionally cropped Dorit out of a recent photo, but Dorit says that’s not the case at all:
She praised Kathy Hilton for being “supportive of my recent book cover release.”
So while her marriage may be uncertain and a few friendships are on shaky ground, Dorit’s making it through, and fans can expect plenty more updates when RHOBH returns.
Big news from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills: Bozoma Boz Saint John is officially engaged, and the story behind it is nothing short of beautiful.

The 48-year-old star got down on one knee, or rather, Keely Watson did, in a heartfelt surprise proposal at BOA Steakhouse in West Hollywood on August 29. Surrounded by about 35 close friends and family members, and yes, a few Bravo cameras, Bozoma’s life just changed forever.
“This engagement is my testimony: you can rise from grief, reclaim your joy, and still find a love worthy of your ‘yes,’” Bozoma shared in a touching Instagram caption. Reflecting on her late husband Peter Saint John, who passed away from cancer in 2013 after a decade of marriage, she added, “Keely is proof that God’s timing is perfect — and so is His plan. I’m saying yes to life, to love and to the miracle of second chances.”

Bozoma admitted she was “very surprised” when Keely popped the question, noting, “He spoke from the heart instead of rehearsing, and presented me with a stunning diamond ring that he partnered with 3 Soul Diamond Jewelers in Mumbai, India, to custom design.”
In an interview with People, she opened up about her emotions during the moment: “Even though I knew we wanted to get married, I wasn’t sure where or when Keely would ask. I am still in shock and disbelief. I was nervous because I thought about how it would be when he asked and I wanted to be able to be composed through it but that was hard to do because my emotions were at an all-time high.”
For fans of RHOBH, there’s even more reason to be excited — Bravo is currently filming the new season, so we’ll get to watch this incredible love story unfold on screen soon.
Stay tuned, because this love story is one for the books!
Katie Ginella Demands Truth After Polygraph Scandal: “I’m Not Taking Accountability for Something I Didn’t Do”
by Roxanne
written by Roxanne
Katie Ginella is front and center in the latest explosive Real Housewives of Orange County drama, refusing to stay quiet after her controversial polygraph test results. In the upcoming Season 19, Episode 9, Katie confronts Jennifer Pedranti about the fallout from the test, a test that Katie insists she did not lie on, despite failing “the worst out of everybody.”

The tension between these two friends is palpable, with Ginella accusing Jenn of ignoring key moments and Jenn questioning whether their friendship is built on shaky ground. Here’s everything you need to know about this jaw-dropping confrontation…
At Emily Simpson’s Persian New Year celebration, Katie’s lie detector test became the center of a storm when the examiner declared she “failed” every question and performed “the worst out of everybody.” But Katie stands firm, questioning the validity of the test itself and calling it a “setup” by Emily and Gina Kirschenheiter.

“They’re going to think that’s preposterous,” Jenn says in the preview clip, prompting Katie to reply, “If you don’t believe me, that’s OK.”
Ginella doubles down on her claim that Jenn and her fiancé, Ryan Boyajian, heard Gretchen Rossi accuse Tamra Judge of lying “multiple times” during the event, but Jenn remains loyal to Gretchen’s version of events — a stance that leaves Katie baffled.
“I don’t know what to give you. I’m not lying,” Ginella insists.
Jenn challenges her, saying, “It’s messy around here,” and encourages Katie to take some “accountability.” Katie fires back:
“I have taken accountability for the things where I misstepped. I did not lie about that. So, I will not take accountability for something I’m not guilty of. I’m not doing that.”
Jenn’s cryptic response? “Yeah, and that tells me everything I need to know.”
In a candid confessional, Jenn admits that Katie’s polygraph results have made her question if their friendship is based on “lies,” explaining why she didn’t follow Katie when Emily asked her to leave in the previous episode:
“It took everything I could not to even get up when you walked out,” Jenn says. “But I sat there going, ‘Not this time. I’m not going this time because I felt like I’m a f–king idiot.’”
Jenn elaborates, “I hate that I’m questioning my friendship with Katie, but she keeps getting caught in these lies and she ropes me in. … Katie lied to me the whole time, and that doesn’t work for me.”
Katie, for her part, tries to understand Jenn’s silence, theorizing that Jenn “didn’t wanna get in the mess,” caught between loyalty to both Gretchen and Katie.
“I think that when she saw that I was getting in the mess, she didn’t wanna get in the mess,” Katie explains on the RHOC After Show. “And that’s why she’s like, ‘I didn’t hear it.’ Because she’s friends with both of us — or she was friends with both of us.”
Katie also recalls the group dinner where the drama allegedly started:
“We had just talked like the month before on the phone about it, with Ryan and Slade on the phone. How do you not remember this?”
“The most disappointing part of this whole thing is I don’t know why Jenn won’t just say, ‘I heard it, too.’ … I cried for weeks about this. Why would you wanna see me get annihilated? Why wouldn’t you just say, ‘Hey, Gretchen, I think you did slip up and say that.’?”
With trust shaken and friendships on the line, RHOC fans are anxiously waiting to see if Katie Ginella’s truth will finally come out, or if the polygraph controversy will only deepen the drama.
McBee Dynasty Star Ali Reacts to Prenup Drama; Explains Why She Wasn’t Offended
by Roxanne
written by Roxanne
Jesse and Ali’s wedding was a major focus this season, even though they kept their pregnancy under wraps. But as their big day approached, tensions rose, especially around the topic of a prenuptial agreement.

Jesse faced increasing pressure from his brother Steven to have Ali sign a prenup to “address any potential future claims on the business and other family assets.” Despite this, Jesse ultimately “refuses.”
Ali, who was unaware of these conversations at the time, shared her thoughts after seeing it all unfold on screen. She told Parade, “I wouldn’t get mad about that kind of thing, because I know where they’re coming from. I’m not offended about the prenup stuff, but it is just a little bit weird to be watching it now.”
Jesse opened up about the difficult balancing act he had to navigate. “It was just one of those things where I had to look at it from two different perspectives, as a partner [to Ali], and then also as a brother who is involved in business that involves all my other brothers, and something that my dad has been working on for the past 30 years of his life. So there’s a lot of things I had to take into account. I gave it my full thought and gave everybody a chance to kind of speak and discuss how they felt about it.”
As wedding planning, prenup talks, and farm finances ramped up, the pressure took a toll on Jesse’s mental health. The show captured a raw moment when Jesse “experienced a panic attack while operating a harvesting machine.” While admitting that sharing this was “a bit uncomfortable,” Jesse says the response from viewers has been overwhelmingly supportive.

“It’s been pretty much all positive, just thanking me for opening up like that,” he said. “I’m not a very open person in general. I’m sure the viewers have seen that I don’t open up about my feelings a whole lot. It’s probably something I need to work on. And I think that was just a lot of pent-up anxiety that I got to a point where I just couldn’t handle it anymore, and I needed an outlet.”
Jesse also touched on the ongoing FBI case involving his father, which remains a sensitive topic. “It’s still ongoing, so we can’t say much about it,” he explained. “I would just say to stick with us. We’re sticking together as a family. If anything, this has brought us closer as a family and made us realize what’s important. And don’t believe everything that you read on the internet, as always. We appreciate the support in any capacity. Things happen, and we’re going to stick together as a family at the end of the day, no matter what.”
Through all the drama, Jesse and Ali’s story is a reminder of the complexity of family, business, and love, and the power of staying united through it all.
On today’s episode of the AllAboutTRH Podcast, we’re in full mourning mode as we break down the emotional season finale of McBee Dynasty. Tamra Judge Admits Her On-Screen Behavior Isn’t Real Life: “I’m a Different Person on Camera”
by Roxanne
written by Roxanne
Tamra Judge recently said something on her Two T’s in a Pod podcast that might explain a lot, but not necessarily in the way she intended.

In discussing how she’s perceived both on and off The Real Housewives of Orange County, Tamra shared that the version of herself fans see on television isn’t the real her, not even close.
“I heard in an interview recently — I don’t know if it was Emily, I think it was Emily — she said, ‘The thing with Tamra is that off-camera, she is so quiet, she doesn’t really go out much, she’s reserved, but on camera, she’s a different person.’ I think that’s true. But I think there’s also an alcohol component that heightens me and gets me to the level I’m at — it gives me the courage to call people out, which I wouldn’t do in my normal everyday life.”
The quote is striking — not just for its honesty, but for what it reveals about the calculated nature of her reality TV persona. Essentially, Tamra is admitting that her on-screen behavior is a heightened, alcohol-fueled version of herself — one she doesn’t even recognize in her day-to-day life.
Teddi Mellencamp, her co-host, offered a contrast, saying that she does speak her mind in real life, and that being on-camera actually made her more restrained. It was a subtle, but important difference — and one that highlights the performative nature of Tamra’s role on the show.
Tamra has long been known as one of the most combative and outspoken Housewives in the franchise — a self-proclaimed “pot-stirrer” who rarely backs down from conflict. But if even she is admitting that this persona only exists under the influence and in front of cameras, then it raises a simple but uncomfortable question: Is any of it real?
More importantly, what are the consequences when someone admits to being intentionally provocative, not because that’s who they are, but because it makes good TV?
The problem isn’t just the “act.” It’s the lack of accountability that follows. When Tamra lashes out, attacks castmates, or starts feuds that carry on for seasons, it’s not harmless drama — it affects real people. And if her justification is essentially, “That’s just who I am on the show,” then it’s hard not to wonder whether she’s using the format as a shield to avoid responsibility.

Reality TV has always played with blurred lines — but when cast members admit they’re performing, and that substances are part of the equation, it becomes less about storytelling and more about manipulation.
Tamra may think she’s simply doing what’s expected of her. But if the goal is to entertain, not be authentic, then fans deserve to know the difference.
Because at the end of the day, there’s a big difference between being “real” and being really good at playing a part.
Katie Ginella Reveals Who She Still Talks to From RHOC — and Who Actually Reached Out
by Roxanne
written by Roxanne
It’s been a turbulent ride for Katie Ginella on The Real Housewives of Orange County, and the latest episode was no exception. From being blindsided by a lie detector test to getting kicked out of an event, Katie’s reality TV journey has hit a serious bump in the road, and now she’s speaking out.

The drama unfolded when castmate Emily Simpson surprised the group with a lie detector test. What followed was a heated confrontation, a swirl of accusations, and a sharp exit for Katie. In the aftermath, fans have rallied behind her, and Ginella is now setting the record straight about her relationships within the cast and her take on what went down.
Taking to Instagram for an impromptu Q&A, Ginella invited fans to ask her anything. “I’ve got 30 minutes in the car. Ask me anything!” she wrote. And the responses gave some candid insight into her current standing with the other housewives.
When one fan asked if she’s still in contact with any of the women from the show, Ginella replied:
“Tamra Judge and I speak, and I’m very thankful.”
But when it came to whether any of her castmates reached out after the episode aired — and after a wave of public support came her way — her answer was a sobering one:
“No. But some housewives from other franchises have. And it’s very kind.”
Fan support has surged following the lie detector fiasco, especially after a newly aired clip of Katie and Jennifer Pedranti surfaced. In the scene, the two sit down for lunch as Pedranti questions her about allegedly failing the test. But Ginella pushes back with serious allegations.

According to Katie, the person conducting the test was not legitimate:
“Paid actor,” she claims in the clip. She further adds, “Did you notice that every question was a setup?”
She doesn’t stop there. Ginella also accuses Gina and Emily of orchestrating the situation to embarrass her. “I felt set up,” she says flatly — a sentiment that’s resonated with many viewers.
The conversation takes another tense turn when the topic shifts to Gretchen Rossi. Ginella stands firm in her version of events, defending her side of the story. But reconciliation seems out of reach.
Jennifer Pedranti closes the conversation with a pointed observation:
“I’m sitting here lovingly telling you it’s messy around you. At some point, there just is an accountability factor.”
For now, it seems Ginella’s circle within the RHOC cast is small — but her voice is louder than ever, bolstered by fans who are questioning what really went down behind the scenes.
