Given the success of the first installment, it’s no surprise Bravo is moving quickly to launch the LA version.
In fact, other Bravo moms have shared their own casting news. Terry Dubrow recently confirmed his son, Nick Dubrow, was approached to join Next Gen LA, and Cynthia Bailey said her daughter Noelle Robinson was also invited to participate. Rumors have been swirling about additional potential cast members, including Sami Sheen (daughter of Denise and Charlie Sheen), sons of former RHOBH star Adrienne Maloof, and even Alabama and Landon Barker who declined.
With Katie Ginella’s confirmation and Kaili’s enthusiasm, the Next Gen LA spinoff is shaping up to be an exciting new chapter in Bravo’s reality universe.

Last month, Navratilova sparked backlash after posting, and quickly deleting, a statement on X (formerly Twitter) that read: “Surrogacy is just wrong. Sometimes you can’t have it all.” The comment stirred debate online and left fans wondering where Lemigova stood on the matter.
During a July 31 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Lemigova addressed the situation directly when Cohen brought up her wife’s comment.
“That’s a question? For me?” Lemigova responded, before making it clear that she and Navratilova don’t always see eye to eye. “Well, you know, Martina and I share a bed, but we don’t share a brain. And we not always agree on different views, but I believe in surrogacy.”
She also suggested that Navratilova’s remark may have been misrepresented in public discourse: “You know, it was kind of put out of context,” she said. “And I completely disagree with her comments.”
The couple, who have been married for nearly a decade, expanded their family last August through adoption, welcoming two sons. Lemigova also has two daughters from previous relationships.

“I feel like there’s something to be said about two people choosing every day to wake up and stay together rather than people that want to put so much emphasis on, ‘Oh, you have to have a marriage license.’ To me, it proves something more that you don’t have a marriage license and you’re choosing to stay together because you want to be together. I actually think it’s a beautiful thing that Slade and I have been able to show that we’re in love and we’re together because we want to be, not because we have to be.”

Despite renewed hopes for peace, old tensions with castmate Tamra Judge flare up early on. “When I decided to do the show, I really wasn’t coming back to start this feud with Tamra again,” Gretchen confesses. “I was hopeful that maybe we could actually have an adult conversation… There could be some accountability that was taken on her part, which I was foolish to think because I’ve been watching her, you know, for the last 11 years, being the same person.”
Still, Gretchen stands firm: “I certainly wasn’t afraid to call her out and address her on the B.S. and the stuff that she had done for years.”
The ongoing drama between Denise Richards and her estranged husband Aaron Phypers has taken a serious turn, with Richards accusing Phypers of violating a temporary restraining order she obtained against him.
In court documents filed on July 28 and obtained by PEOPLE, Richards, 54, demands that Phypers, 49, return her laptop and refrain from sharing any information found on her electronic devices. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum insists that Phypers “return to me all pictures, recordings and cell phones of mine” and that he “be prohibited from using, delivering, copying, printing, or disclosing any text messages, emails, photos, notes or other content from my cell phone or laptop or any other of my electronic devices.”
Richards further requests that Phypers deliver the items to her attorney’s office for collection, citing multiple instances where she claims he “has repeatedly violated” the restraining order “on multiple occasions” by sharing “private information … that he stole” with the media since the order was issued on July 17. According to Richards, this behavior is “disturbing to my peace.”
The documents reference recent interviews Phypers has given where he claimed to possess photos and text messages allegedly proving Richards had an affair and physically abused him.
Richards’ divorce attorney, Brett Berman, strongly denies Phypers’ accusations in a statement to PEOPLE, calling them “false.” Berman also accuses Phypers of violating the restraining order by “disseminating private information from Ms. Richards’ cell phone and laptop, which he stole.”
“We have warned Mr. Phypers in writing not to disseminate any information from Ms. Richards’ stolen cell phone and laptop but, he continues to do so,” Berman added.
Phypers pushed back, saying “Nothing was stolen, and nothing is missing — except, perhaps, Ms. Richards’ moral compass.” After Richards’ latest court filing, he issued a statement denying the claims: “I absolutely deny the false allegations that I violated the restraining order or stole Denise’s laptop or cell phones.”
He further stated, “These claims are not only untrue — they are being weaponized to damage my reputation and distract from the truth.”
Phypers alleges that it was Richards who took his phone without permission and physically assaulted him when he tried to retrieve it, later discovering it “smashed and hidden in a black trash bag.” He described the device as “my personal property, and it contained years of private memories, messages, and evidence of our life together.”
Adding context to their relationship, Phypers said, “We shared everything — phones, iPads, laptops” during their marriage, noting that Richards “often insisted on transparency” between them.
He concluded his statement by warning, “Her legal team’s efforts to twist the narrative and create false evidence are deeply unethical and will have serious consequences. Everything being claimed can be disproven. And I trust that the truth will come to light.”
Phypers initially filed for divorce on July 7 after six years of marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences” and listing their separation date as July 4.
Just ten days later, Richards was granted a temporary restraining order against Phypers, accusing him of domestic violence.
In her court documents, Richards revealed she was “afraid” to report Phypers to the police, alleging he had “repeatedly threatened to kill himself and me if I reported him to the police, among his other threats of harm to me and himself if he is reported for his abuse to anyone.”
The actress alleged Phypers caused her “at least three concussions,” that he “owns at least eight unregistered guns” and “multiple bullet proof vests,” and that he “threatened that I would ‘disappear’ if I called the police.”
Phypers firmly denied these allegations, calling them “baseless claims” in a statement to PEOPLE.
“Let me be unequivocally clear: I have never physically or emotionally abused Denise — or anyone,” he said. “These accusations are completely false and deeply hurtful. Denise and I, like many couples, have faced our share of challenges, but any suggestion of abuse is categorically untrue. I have always tried to approach our marriage with love, patience, and respect.”
The friendship fallout between Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars Sutton Stracke and Garcelle Beauvais just got a lot more public, and a whole lot messier.
This week, Bravo fans noticed that Sutton had unfollowed Garcelle on Instagram, signaling yet another fracture in the already strained relationship between the two. The show is still in very early development. “Nothing has been filmed or officially greenlit. The show has not yet been pitched to Bravo, nor has the network picked it up.”
Despite the hype, not everyone who was approached is on board. Alabama and Landon Barker, children of Travis Barker and The Kardashians’ Shanna Moakler, were rumored to be involved—but their reps confirmed they’ve declined the offer. “Neither Alabama nor Landon has signed on for the Los Angeles-based project,” TMZ reports.
There were also false rumors that former Disney Channel star Skai Jackson was attached to the show, but sources say “she was not asked.”
While details are still under wraps, it’s easy to see why producers are pushing for a West Coast version. Next Gen NYC, which debuted June 3, pulled in 5.4 million viewers across platforms in just over a month, making it Bravo’s most-watched series and season premiere of all time.
If Next Gen LA moves forward, it could bring a whole new wave of drama, glamor, and familiar last names to Bravo’s growing reality TV universe.
