During the explosive RHOM Season 7 reunion, Adriana de Moura stunned everyone — including Andy Cohen and the rest of the cast — when she accused Lemigova of “cheating on [wife] Martina [Navratilova] with a Haitian mortician.”

De Moura even doubled down, claiming, “You used to take him to the motel, pay for the motel, bring the champagne and had to give him a coffee machine as a gift!”

Naturally, the internet went wild. But according to Julia, the truth isn’t quite as scandalous as Adriana made it sound.

At a fan event with Page Six and comedy show hosted by Alexia Nepola and Marysol Patton, Lemigova took the mic to finally address the rumors head-on.

“Do you wanna know if it’s true?” she asked the roaring crowd — before pausing dramatically and shouting, “Yes!”

Then she hit back with the clarification that really mattered: “Do you wanna know if it happened while I was married to Martina?” The audience erupted again, and Julia didn’t miss a beat. “F–k no! … No, no and no.”

According to Lemigova, the fling with the so-called “Haitian mortician” happened long before she ever met tennis legend Martina Navratilova. She explained that she was living in Paris at the time, where she owned a spa.

According to TMZ, Mark claims that Bravo and his ex-wife “concocted stories about his behavior and finances that were false” while he appeared on the show. He’s accusing the network of depicting him incorrectly, leading to what he says is significant damage to his reputation.

Mark’s legal team has alleged that Kelli “erroneously claimed that Mark was abusive towards her.” She also told viewers that her ex-husband owed her money she had lent him — something Mark has flatly denied in court documents.

Legal filings obtained by The Daily Mail shed more light on the financial feud. The documents state that the former couple took out a $420,000 loan three years ago to fund their dream restaurant, Nana’s Chicken & Waffles. However, Mark claims that Kelli “misused the funds for a birthday party celebration, among other things,” and later shifted the blame onto him.

“He also revealed that he had paid the loan in full,” the filings say, “but his ex continues to spread inaccuracies, claiming that he took the money without her knowledge or authorization.”

According to Us Weekly, Wendy “is claiming she is the victim of an ‘illegal’ arrest as she fights her fraud charges in court.”

On October 17, her attorney filed new court documents in Maryland demanding that the entire case be thrown out. The filing asked that “all charges be dismissed due to alleged ‘defects in the charging document.’” Wendy also requested that “all evidence be ‘suppressed because of an unlawful search or seizure,’” and further asked that any “wire and verbal communications be ‘suppressed because of an unlawful interception.’”

Her lawyer didn’t stop there — the filing reportedly stated that Osefo “was illegally arrested” and argued that “all admissions, statements or confessions should not be allowed as evidence because ‘they were unlawfully obtained.’”

What the Charges Are About

As previously reported, Wendy and Eddie “were arrested in Westminster, Maryland, on October 9 on fraud charges.” Both reality stars “were released from jail after posting $50,000 bond.”

Their arrest followed a grand jury indictment on several counts, including insurance fraud, conspiracy fraud, and making a false statement to a police officer. Wendy’s legal team has also asked that “the trial of co-defendants be severed from the trial(s) of this Defendant.”

Eddie, according to the outlet, “was hit with charges over the same allegations.”

Wendy’s Next Legal Moves

In a separate motion, Wendy’s attorney demanded that prosecutors turn over everything they have. The filing asked for “a list of all witnesses the prosecutors plan to call and any polygraph results of witnesses questioned by law enforcement.”

The RHOP star also “wanted to know if the prosecutors had any confidential informants who worked on the investigation and asked for copies of all official police reports.” Notably, “Eddie does not have a lawyer listed in his case as of yet.”

What Prosecutors Are Alleging

The case stems from an alleged burglary that Wendy and Eddie reported back in April 2024. Prosecutors claim the couple “reported a burglary at their home” while they were on vacation in Jamaica, saying their house “had been ransacked” and that “various expensive items had been stolen.”

But investigators reportedly found inconsistencies. “The police noted Wendy and Eddie’s security cameras did not catch any motion on the night in question,” and they “claimed the couple made misleading statements to insurance companies and reported certain items stolen that they still had possession of or had returned before the alleged burglary.”

A search warrant reportedly uncovered “at least 15 items at Wendy and Eddie’s home that they had claimed to be stolen during the burglary.” Prosecutors also wrote that the couple were “burdened by substantial debt.”

According to Us Weekly, Phypers has been accused of preventing his cousin, Kathleen McAllister, from speaking out about his alleged abuse.

Us Weekly reports that prosecutors in Los Angeles filed a criminal complaint and arrest warrant on October 15, detailing four felony counts that led to Phypers’ arrest on October 17. The publication obtained the filing, which shows Phypers, 53, was charged with “two felony counts related to injuring a spouse and two felony counts related to dissuading a witness by force or threat.” One of those counts reportedly involves his cousin, who worked with him at his former wellness center in Malibu, California.

According to prosecutors, the alleged witness intimidation occurred on January 17, 2022, when Phypers “knowingly and maliciously” committed an act “accompanied by force and an express and implied threat of force and violence” against McAllister and Richards, 54.

In a restraining order petition filed in July, Richards described a disturbing scene that same day at Phypers’ wellness center. “Aaron brought several potted plants into the center and became paranoid that they contained listening devices,” the filing stated. She added that a nearby police officer “approached the door after hearing yelling” but left shortly after.

Once the officer left, Richards claimed, Phypers “resumed screaming, then used the heel of his palm to strike her in the eye while calling her a ‘f***ing bitch.’” Richards said her family member present witnessed the assault and “immediately retrieved frozen food to reduce the swelling.” She further alleged that Phypers told her to lie about the cause of her injury, insisting she say she “walked into a piece of equipment stored on the building’s balcony, which was untrue.”

Prosecutors say one of the felony spousal injury charges stems from that January 17, 2022, incident. Another relates to a separate event on May 3, 2022. In court, Richards testified that Phypers caused her to suffer “at least three concussions” due to alleged abuse, including a black eye after he “slammed” her against a concrete wall, causing her head to hit it between March and May 2022. Phypers, however, has adamantly denied the allegations on the stand.

Richards obtained a temporary restraining order on July 16, days after Phypers filed for divorce. The two later testified in court during Richards’ attempt to secure a permanent restraining order. Phypers was taken into custody on October 17 after testifying and was released on $200,000 bond. If convicted, he faces up to four years in prison.

Phypers’ attorney, Michael Finley, confirmed the arrest to Us Weekly on Saturday, October 18. “We can confirm that Aaron Phypers was, in fact, arrested near the end of the family law court day on October 17, 2025, and was later released on bail,” Finley said. He added, “We have not seen the criminal complaint, but we believe that it is most likely based upon the same false accusations that Denise Richards has brought against Mr. Phypers in the family law domestic violence proceeding… If so, we expect that the evidence will demonstrate Mr. Phypers’ innocence and that he will be acquitted.”

Speaking on SiriusXM’s Page Six Radio, Gia got candid about how the feud has affected her personally, where things stand now, and whether there’s any hope for reconciliation.

“I don’t know,” Gia said when asked if Teresa and Joe were planning to move forward. “But you know, I really do hope, yeah, they come to just a happy medium and I really just hope there is peace for everyone.”

The Giudice-Gorga fallout has been playing out in public for years, with both sides airing grievances on and off screen. But for Gia, the conflict hits close to home — especially when it comes to the cousins who’ve also been caught in the middle.

“Not really,” she admitted when asked if she still speaks with Joe’s children. “And that’s definitely unfortunate. Because obviously my mother and father are divorced. And I am extremely close with my dad’s side, so I think that’s where my sisters and I, we know that it’s possible to, even though your parents aren’t best friends or stuff didn’t work out, there’s still a way and room to have a relationship.”

Still, she said she doesn’t blame anyone for the distance.

“Unfortunately, I think the circumstances were a little different just because it got so crazy on Housewives and it was just a lot,” she explained. “So I don’t blame it on either one of us for, you know, not maintaining a relationship. I think it was difficult.”

“It was just a lot,” she added. “Yeah. So I’m just hoping for peace and just some clarity between both of them. And I just think, I hope we can come back to at least just, you know, peace. Peace and respect.”

“I think it’ll be good. I think it’s fun to get new energy,” she said. “Because sometimes you can’t always have, I think it’s not smart to fully X out the cast completely.”

Referencing Real Housewives of New York City, Gia said, “I think they kind of learned that with New York, and even though they were all stunning… when you have such a legendary New York cast with like Luann and Sonja and Ramona… it’s hard to bring a whole new start in.”

She continued, “You need some old ones that like keep the roots. And then you need some new faces to kind of just like mix up the energy.”

Gia also reminisced about the Housewives she connected with growing up, including the twins, Dina, and Jacqueline.

“Honestly, the twins were great. I wish like Dina stayed on, like she was awesome,” she said. “I mean, even Jacqueline was always so fun, you know? She was really, she was fun.”

Though Jacqueline has since moved to Las Vegas, Gia didn’t rule out the possibility of a BravoCon cameo: “She’s gonna have to make some cameos at BravoCon.”

And Gia herself will be more than busy at this year’s BravoCon.

“It’s gonna be a busy BravoCon,” she revealed. “Yeah, I’m on four panels.”

She described this period as a “midlife crisis” that took place well before she joined the show in 2021. “We were figuring out, that first year, what was going to happen with us,” Lemigova said. “And I think that’s why you see me, in my first season, being more free and drinking shots with pickles and kissing my girlfriends. I was so desperately hungry for fun and lightness, because things at home had been so serious and severe.”

Lemigova made it clear that the open relationship was temporary. “We were not in an open-open relationship, per se,” she explained. “It was just a pass as we gave ourselves time to figure things out. And Martina knew about everything. It wasn’t like I was hiding anything from her. Even with Adriana, I told her.”

She acknowledged that her actions caused pain. “Naturally, Martina wasn’t happy about what happened,” Lemigova admitted. “We had to have some really difficult conversations.”

Those conversations, however, became a turning point. “It became a wake-up call for both of us,” Lemigova said. “It made us more committed to repairing what was slightly fractured, and definitely communicate better — because that’s where, maybe, the fracture started. And today, we’re in a really great place.”

Lemigova took responsibility for her mistakes. “My marriage to Martina is the most sacred part of my life. I hurt her, and I take full responsibility for that. But I’ve asked her for forgiveness and she’s forgiven me.”

The public nature of the confession has been difficult for her family. “That was hard for Martina, when it became public. And it’s been hard on my daughters too,” Lemigova said. “I feel very guilty for putting them through this. But I felt like the only way I could move forward was if I stopped lying.”

Her two adult daughters have been a crucial support system. “This whole thing has actually brought us closer,” Lemigova shared. “I mean, I’m not going to lie — as you saw on the show, we were going through a tough time. But they are my best friends and my biggest supporters. They feel horrible for all the hate I’m getting. They know the truth, and they’ve been by my side to help me through it.”

Ultimately, Lemigova says their focus is now clear. “Our focus is on each other and on our family.”
