Real Housewives of Orange County star Jennifer Pedranti is speaking out after watching footage of Gretchen Rossi giving a different version of events about a hospital visit, something Pedranti says she hadn’t heard before.
During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Pedranti was asked directly about the moment. “Has your opinion of Gretchen’s story changed now when you see her saying on camera that she did go to the hospital?” Cohen asked.

“That was hard for me to watch,” Jennifer responded. “Gretchen and I are becoming really close – and I’ve heard all these stories from Gretchen, but you know what, Andy? She’s never told me that.”
Pedranti said she followed up with Gretchen immediately. “Don’t think I didn’t pick up the phone,” she said. “And I’m like, ‘Girl, what is going on?’”
According to Jennifer, Rossi told her that the moment was emotionally charged and that her wording may not have been accurate. “She said , she said it was really hard. She had a lot coming at her that night,” Pedranti said. “She said she was really tired and she said she misspoke.”
The exchange aired amid ongoing tension between cast members, including the unraveling of Jenn’s friendship with Katie over the controversial lie detector situation. While Jenn ultimately sided with Gretchen, she said she was open to a conversation with Katie, but only if it was grounded in honesty.
“Here’s the thing: Yeah, let’s have a conversation, but you gotta meet me with some realness,” she said.
As Season 18 continues to unfold, the dynamics between the cast remain fluid, and for Pedranti, navigating shifting alliances seems to come with a mix of directness and careful consideration.
