Oh, there is some piping hot tea going around about Kim Zolciak amid her divorce from her husband, Kroy Biermann.

According to a Blind Item from Crazy Days and Nights, Kim allegedly split from Kroy after finding a much richer man than her soon-to-be ex-husband. The Blind Item also teases that Kim will most likely return to RHOA for season 16 and wonders if Kim’s alleged new man knows her real age.

Meanwhile, Andy Cohen revealed that he texted Kim after the news of her and Kroy’s divorce split made headlines.

“[I] sent my condolences because it’s a sad thing. They have kids, and that was just a couple that seemed very much in love,” Andy said on Tuesday’s episode of SiriusXM’s “Andy Cohen Live,” per Page Six.

The WWHL host noted that he then “texted a little bit” with the RHOA alum.

Kim and Kroy share four children: Kroy Jagger, 11, Kash, 10, and 9-year-old twins Kane and Kaia. 

As for Kim and Kroy’s split, Andy admitted:

“I did not see it coming. I was very surprised. That was not the news I ever expected to get.”

He added that the former Don’t Be Tardy stars “seemed so much in love.”

“They were a couple that I thought they were in it for the long haul,” he continued. “Very surprised; sorry to hear that.”

On Monday, the news broke that Kim and Kroy were divorcing after 11 years of marriage. This news came to light shortly after it was reported that the former reality TV couple owe $1.1 million in back taxes to the IRS.

Kroy and Kim are both seeking sole legal and physical custody of their four minor children.

Louie Ruelas Slams ‘Animal’ Joe Gorga; Says He’s ‘F–king Trash’ in Rant on RHONJ

Louie Ruelas has had enough of Joe Gorga‘s BS, and he made that abundantly clear on this week’s episode of RHONJ.

On Tuesday’s episode of RHONJ, Louie made it clear that he is no longer interested in trying to play nice with his now-wife’s brother.

“[Do] you know what it’s like for me to be calm in the last three months around an animal like that?” Louie asked his now-wife, then-fianceé, Teresa Giudice.

Louie added that he works hard to stay calm around Joe because he’s “not gonna lower myself to f–king trash that does that.”

In her confessional interview, Teresa admitted that she feels horrible for Louie.

Teresa said:

“Poor guy. He’s been taking it and taking it, and I feel horrible because it’s my family, like I’m embarrassed. I’m embarrassed. I’ve never heard Luis talk like this before, but I don’t blame him at all. If the tables were turned, I would be so upset if his sisters were treating me this way.”

The RHONJ OG agreed with Louie, saying that she’s “always wanted” a relationship with her brother, but she’s “done” and is “tired of getting hurt.”

Louie then claimed that Joe is doing all of this on purpose because he and Teresa are getting married, and the focus is on them, not him and his wife, Melissa Gorga.

“We’re getting married, and after that, I’m not gonna allow anyone to do anything like this to you anymore. It’s happening right now on purpose because we’re getting married, and it’s bulls–t; it’s such a shame I feel so bad for you guys,” Louie said before noting that he took major issue with Joe and Melissa telling Teresa that she’s “miserable.”

The New Jersey businessman quipped:

“Meanwhile, you see her [Giudice’s] happiness, you see her vulnerability, you see her living her best life right now, and you’re going to say you look miserable?”

According to Louie, Joe would rather see Teresa “broken down” than thriving. He claims that Joe is “projecting his own bulls–t on you,” while also “manipulating” and “gaslighting” Teresa.

“Your brother is devilishly calculated by everything he does that he’s actually thinking about how to hurt you. It’s disgusting,” he continued, adding that he’s “pulling” Teresa out of the Gorgas’ “snake pit.”

In conclusion, Louie believes Joe is “threatened” by him despite his attempts to give Joe the respect he deserved as the patriarch of the Gorga family.

He said: “I’ve shown your brother nothing but sincerity, love. I handed over to him verbally saying, ‘You are the patriarch of this family — not me.’”

“I can’t stand to be around that anymore,” Louie continued. “I don’t even want your brother coming to our wedding because I don’t want that energy around a beautiful environment.”

Rachel Fuda Accused Of Using Adoption Of Stepson, 16, For ‘Pathetic Storyline.’ Biological Mom Says She Hasn’t Received An Adoption Request

Rachel Fuda is being called out by the biological mother of John Fuda’s son, Jaiden.

On the latest episode of the Real Housewives of New Jersey, the bravo fan and her husband John Fuda talk about the next steps of the adoption process regarding Jaiden, 16. John Fuda tells his wife Rachel Fuda that he spoke to the paralegal who said that they are going to begin the process of reaching out to Jaiden’s biological mother. John explains that if Jaiden’s mother doesn’t respond – they are able to move forward.

The filming of this scene took place in July 2022 and Jaiden’s mother is now telling The Sun that she never received any adoption request.

The teen’s birth mom Brittany Malsch, who is currently serving prison time at a halfway house says that she has never heard anything about it.

Brittany explains that she has no idea where the papers were served and does not know the status on the adoption. She says she plans on hiring an attorney once she gets out of prison.

If Brittany does sign off on the adoption, she would legally terminate her rights as Jaiden’s mother and she says that’s not at all what she wants. 

Brittany, 35, slams Rachel Fuda for a “poor pathetic excuse of a storyline,” calling it, “boring as hell.”

Brittany says, 

“If I had nothing to do with this situation, I would be watching the show thinking how lame she is- completely disregarding Jaiden’s personal life and feelings and taking shots at me to make her look like a knight in shining armor of a stepmom.”

Brittany wants to make it clear she never abandoned Jaiden saying she was cut off by John from her son visiting her in the halfway house.

She alleged,

“John cut contact with me and my entire family, and even Jaiden’s little brother for the purpose of making Rachel Fuda his mom I never abandoned Jaiden. John made it impossible for me to see and reach him. It was the only way he knew he could hurt me. I was just completely shocked to see how the truth has been twisted so far beyond from what actually happened that it made me sad to know Jaiden’s been lied to for the last seven years.  And that I have wanted to be in his life and nothing other than that since day one.”

The divorce drama is in full swing for Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak.

On Tuesday, reports that the former NFL star decided to shade his soon-to-be ex-wife on his Instagram popped up on social media; however, that may not actually be the case.

Kroy’s Instagram bio reads:

Kroy Biermann Instagram Status; Husband, father to six perfect munchkins. Athlete. My ring Meant a Thing, you can Google Me & see I wasn’t Tardy for that Party.

Some believe Kroy updated this to shade Kim. However, many fans have noted that his bio has been this way for years. Interesting.

This all came on the back of the news that Kroy was the one to file for divorce from Kim.

According to TMZ, Kroy wants sole legal and physical custody of his and Kim’s four minor children –  Kroy “KJ” Jr., 11, Kash, 10, and twins Kane and Kaia, 9.

This is quite an aggressive move on his part. Kim’s court filing further confirms that she and Kroy are not on good terms. The RHOA OG is asking for sole physical custody with visitation for Kroy.

It seems that neither Kim nor Kroy wants joint legal and physical custody of their children, which in the end, would be the best move for their kids.

Page Six also reports that Kim planned to file for divorce “months ago” but “didn’t tell anyone” until she filed. However, she didn’t file for divorce quickly enough as Kroy beat her to it and filed first.

Meanwhile, RHONY alum Bethenny Frankel is weighing in on Kim and Kroy’s divorce as well as their financial woes.

Kim and Kroy owe $1.1 million to the IRS in back taxes.

On TikTok, Bethenny slammed Kroy and Kim for living above their means and trying to keep up with the Joneses.

Bethenny said:

“He’s on a football salary, she’s on a Housewives salary, and they’re spending like the f–king planes going down. And the thing is, you can’t spend more than you make.”

She continued to rant:

“It’s the old Housewives model to get on the show, make no money — spend, spend, logo, logo, car, car, house, house, bankruptcy, foreclosure – because you can’t f–king keep up your writing checks you can’t cash – and it’s gross.”

“It’s like, what’s wrong with America? When the whole real estate bubble crashed, that was because people were just, just financing their houses, and the whole thing imploded. And I heard Kim and Kroy owe a million dollars each, and it’s like, ‘Good – pay the IRS!’ You gotta f–king pay – you wanna play, you gotta f–king pay.”

RHOM is returning to Bravo for season 6!

On Tuesday, Bravo announced that RHOM would return home for its sixth season. RHOM has aired exclusively on NBC’s streaming app, Peacock, for the last two seasons. The first three seasons of RHOM aired on Bravo from 2010-2013 before the franchise was unofficially canceled. Eventually, Bravo revived the franchise in 202. This news comes as the RHOM cast is in a month into filming for season 6.

Season 6 of RHOM will star returning cast members Guerdy Abraira, Alexia Nepola, Lisa Hochstein, Julia Lemigova, Nicole Martin, and Larsa Pippen.

Adriana De Moura, Marysol Patton, and Kiki Barth are also returning for season 6 as friends of the Housewives. It’s unclear if Bravo/Peacock plans to add some new Housewives into the mix – but that would be fun!

Meanwhile, it seems that Lisa Hochstein’s divorce drama with her estranged husband, Lenny Hochstein, will continue to take center stage for season 6 of RHOM.

According to The U.S. Sun, Lenny recently accused Lisa of “tracking his Mercedes SUV” in an “extremely disturbing” incident.

Lenny has filed an emergency motion to forbid Lisa from listening to his private conversations.

In the court documents, Lenny claims “an extremely disturbing incident” recently occurred, adding that the event had “potential criminal ramifications.”

He alleged that Lisa engaged in “suspected bad-faith, intentional and violative actions.” Lenny said he was forced to file the emergency motion after he noticed “noticed the presence of an unknown electronic device with tape affixed…to the bottom of the driver’s seat” of his new 2023 Mercedes-Maybach SUV.

The Miami-based plastic surgeon later learned that the device was a “specialized and skillfully constructed electronic transmitting device built for purposes of eavesdropping and wiretapping.” He notes that the data held on the device was “suddenly deleted by the device or by an operator.”

Lenny explained that he learned that the device was “planted” on his car in order to record “his confidential and privileged communications” with his attorney concerning his divorce.

He believes that Lisa was responsible for planting the device in his car.

In the court filing, Lenny wrote:

“During the week of March 27, 2023, Husband strongly suspects that it was Wife who planted said device in his vehicle at some point while Husband visited the former marital home to spend time with the children, or when she borrowed the Maybach vehicle, and Husband acquiesced to Wife’s request as a courtesy to her and to stay in her good graces.”

Miami Beach Police Department is currently investigating the case.

RHOM is expected to return for season 6 in late 2023 or early 2024.

Margaret Josephs Meets Jennifer Fessler’s Mom and Her Identical Sister in RHONJ Recap

It turns out Jen F’s mom and sister are childhood friends of Barbara Streisand. Jen F has quite the Hollywood connections…first James Gandolfini, now Babs.

Marge and Jen F mock Danielle Cabral‘s family drama with her brother during lunch. They claim that Danielle makes it all about her and was a downer on the trip to Ireland. Marge and Jen F then have a pity party over Melissa Gorga being left out of Teresa Giudice‘s bridal shower; they hint that they aren’t sure Melissa will go to Teresa’s wedding.

Frank Catania Is Beyond Surprised to Learn Paulie Connely Has an Engagement Ring

While celebrating Frankie Jr’s new job at dinner, the group discusses Paulie and Frank Sr.’s rough start at the beginning of his relationship with Dolores Catania.

Paulie opens up to Frank Sr about his life and moving to the United States at 23. Frank seems to have a newfound respect for Paulie. They decided to throw an Irish party at Paulie’s new house, where Dolores lives full-time. He’s taken aback when he learns that Paulie already has a ring to propose to Dolores.

It seems that Frank is no longer worried about his family’s new dynamic. He now sees that his family with Dolores isn’t falling apart. Instead, it’s just getting bigger.

Teresa Giudice Says There’s No Comparing Luis Ruelas’s Family and Her Own

Teresa and Louie are finalizing the seating arrangements for the wedding. Teresa isn’t stressed at all about the wedding, and she just loves Louie’s family so much. She notes how different Louie’s family is from hers, pointing out that they are there to support and help them all the time, unlike her family.

Louie reads a text from Melissa Gorga, saying that she and Joe are not coming to rehearsal dinner or brunch the day after the wedding. Neither Teresa nor Louie understands Melissa and Joe’s behavior, especially when it comes to the wedding festivities. But they both make it clear that they are done trying.

During their conversation, Louie reveals that Joe Giudice called him and told him not to let Joe Gorga ruin his relationship with Teresa. Turns out Joe Giudice caught wind of the Gorgas issues with Louie and Teresa from his daughter Gia Giudice and made a point to give his ex-wife’s soon-to-be husband some advice on dealing with his in-laws.

Teresa reveals that she’s done with Joe and is sick of getting hurt by trying to hold on to a relationship with him.

Danielle Cabral Discusses Her Family Drama

Danielle and her mom discuss their family drama. Danielle says she doesn’t understand how her brother could just drop her after they were so close growing up; she notes that their issues began when her brother refused ever to have her back. It seems that Danielle’s brother also ended his relationship with their mom when she began sticking up for Danielle. It’s so ugly that Danielle and her mom have never met her brother’s baby. They hope that, eventually, their family can reconcile and be whole once again.

Jennifer Aydin Gets Apartment for Her Brother and Sister-in-Law

Jennifer has such a big heart. Her brother, Michael, his wife, and their baby are moving back to America from Turkey. Jennifer got them an apartment and got it all furnished for them as a surprise. They are so overwhelmed by Jennifer’s kindness. It’s a beautiful sight to see. Jennifer explains that helping family is what it is all about, as Bill’s family helped them when he was a resident, and they struggled financially.

Rachel Fuda’s Stepson Is Excited for Her to Adopt Him

Rachel and her husband, John, continue the process of Rachel legally adopting their son, Jayden. They tell Jayden about their plans, and he wants Rachel to adopt him but is curious about how the process will go. According to John and Rachel, they have to reach out to Jayden’s birth mom so she can waive her parental rights.

They all agree that even if the adoption can’t or doesn’t go through, Rachel is still Jayden’s mom in every way that matters.

Paulie and Dolores host an Irish/1920s-themed Party

The cast gets ready for Paulie and Dolores’ Irish/1920s Prohibition-themed party. The group pulled out all the stops with their flapper-style outfits. Melissa and Joe Gorga wonder if Paulie plans to propose to Dolores tonight. Meanwhile, Dolores and Paulie are worried about the drama that might pop up between Melissa/Joe and Teresa/Louie.

At the Fuda’s house, John tells Rachel how he called out Nate Cabral during guys’ night about his wife calling Rachel a rat. Rachel said she was justified in going to Margaret about what Danielle said since someone, whether it be Jennifer A or Teresa, was feeding Danielle that info about Margaret.

Speaking of feeding information, Jennifer A reveals that she reached out to Margaret’s ex-BFF, Laura Lee Jensen, again after she leaked text messages between her and Margaret to the blogs. Jennifer says she thinks Margaret is nervous because she doesn’t know just how much Laurea divulged to her and Teresa. She once again insists that Laura didn’t want to repeat the rumors about Melissa cheating on Joe. This cheating secret seems to be the reason why Melissa condemn Margaret last season for going after Louie.

Teresa says she reached out to her brother, who hasn’t gotten back to her. Louie says he feels so bad for Teresa and is pissed at Joe for claiming Teresa is miserable. He thinks Joe is projecting his own issues onto Teresa and is calculating. While Teresa wants peace, Louie doesn’t want anything to do with the Gorgas at all after he tried so hard to have a good relationship with them.

Then the episode ends.

RHONJ Star Danielle Cabral Accused of ‘Defrauding’ Former Rep Amid Pending Lawsuit

Danielle Cabral and her husband, Nate Cabral, are involved in some messy legal drama.

In Touch Weekly reports that the Real Housewives of New Jersey star Danielle Cabral is accused of “defrauding” her former rep and faces a possible lawsuit.

According to a letter sent to Danielle’s attorney, James Leonard, Jr., on May 3, Avantgarde Communications Group claims they helped get Danielle Cabral cast on RHONJ only to be blocked and ghosted by the new Housewife after she was officially cast on the long-running Bravo show.

Attorney Duncan Levin claims that Avantgarde Communications Group boss Inna Lapin “is singlehandedly responsible” for getting Danielle Cabral cast on RHONJ.

In the letter sent to Danielle Cabral’s attorney, Levin wrote:

“Ms. Cabral owes Avantgarde a commission under its very clear terms. Yet, your client has refused to honor the contract she signed. Now that Ms. Cabral is on television, she has clearly decided she is above her contractual obligations and unrecognizing of anyone who may have helped her along the way. It is not only wrong, but it is a clear violation of their contract.”

Per Levin, Lapin reached out to a casting director for RHONJ in May 2021 to pitch Danielle Cabral for the show. Then in January 2022, Lapin received an email from the casting director thanking her for suggesting Danielle. In April 2022, Lapin received notice that Danielle Cabral had officially been cast on RHONJ for season 13. This is when the budding reality TV star blocked Lapin on all social media. Lapin attempted to contact Danielle via phone and email but received no response.

The attorney went on to accuse Danielle’s Nate Cabral of not paying Justin Nazarian after he designed a web page for Nate’s business.

Levin explained in the letter:

“For his part, Mr. Cabral decided to skip out on paying the last five months of invoices for services related to search engine optimization (‘SEO’) – services that were undertaken to burnish his own public image.”

The attorney requests that Danielle Cabral and Nate pay the money owed to his clients “or we will pursue all legal remedies.”

RHONJ airs on Tuesdays at 9 pm on Bravo.

It seems that Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s divorce was a long time coming, and their financial issues played a huge role in their split.

Multiple sources confirm that Kim and Kroy’s ongoing financial problems caused their recent split.

One source tells PEOPLE:

Kim Zolciak had not told anyone, not even family. She didn’t tell anyone; even [her] friends were kept in the dark. The money has been a huge issue. The million-dollar tax [payment] was just way too much pressure on them.”

A second source confirms that money issues caused Kim and Kroy’s breakup while adding that the former RHOA couple is not on good terms.

While the second source insists that “no cheating on either side” took place, fans can’t help but wonder if infidelity also played a part in Kim and Kroy’s split.

“There’s no cheating on either side. The money has a lot to do with the split, but there were other factors,” the second source said. “He’s been managing [the family] for a long time, so he technically did have a job. They’re not on good terms right now.”

However, back in December, Deux Moi released a Blind Item, alleging that Kim and Kroy were in an “open marriage.”

The Blind Item read:

“This former Housewife fav (or fave to hate? idk) is in an open marriage. I was hooking up with her hubby for a few months on and off. “

Just before the news of Kim and Kroy’s divorce broke in the media, TMZ reported that they owe the IRS over $1,000,0000 in back taxes.

According to TMZ, Kim and Kroy owe “$1.1M to the IRS for unpaid taxes, interest, and penalties from 2013, 2017, and 2018 — they also owe the state of Georgia $15K for unpaid taxes for 2018.”

Kim and Kroy’s country club mansion in Alpharetta, GA, went into foreclosure in February. They are currently still living in the home.

Meanwhile, five years before their split, Kim insisted that divorcing Kroy was “not an option.”

“That’s not an option in my house,” Kim said in a 2017 interview with Fox News via Page Six. “I would never allow a show to impact my marriage in any way. My marriage is definitely first.”

As AllAboutTRH previously reported, the news that Kim filed for divorce broke on Monday. The former Don’t Be Tardy star listed April 30 as the date of separation between her and Kroy. Kim cited that she and Kroy’s marriage was “irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation.” The Bravoleb requested primary physical custody of the kids and joint legal custody. She also wants spousal support and to have her maiden name, Kim Zolciak, legally restored.

Andy Cohen Teases Season 14 of RHONY; Says It’s a ‘Totally Different Show’

Get ready for an all-new New York! According to Andy Cohen, RHONY season 14will be a “totally different show” when it returns for season 14 in July.

The WWHL host and Real Housewives executive producer recently shared his thoughts on the revamped RHONY franchise.

According to Andy, he just finished watching episode 7 and “feels really good” about the rebooted RHONY.

However, he does worry that fans will expect “classic RHONY,” which this show is not. Andy notes that he knows it will be hard for fans to accept the new New York.

Andy says that season 14 of RHONY is:

“rhony season 14, Totally different – totally new show.”

Yet, fans should be excited because Andy also teased that some very “good” news about RHONY: Legacy will be coming out very soon.

Season 14 of the Real Housewives of New York will star Sai De Silva, Ubah Hassan, Erin Dana Lichy, Jenna Lyons, Jessel Taank, and Brynn Whitfield.

Bravo debuted the new RHONY cast at BravoCon 2022. At the time, Andy Cohen explained:
