RHOSLC’s Meredith Marks reveals if she thinks Monica Garcia took Lisa Barlow’s ring & what she knew about Monica and Heather Gay’s lawsuit.
Meredith Marks is spilling the tea and sharing her opinion on all the hottest RHOSLC gossip.
To start, the RHOSLC OG addressed rumors that Monica Garcia stole Lisa Barlow‘s $60,000 diamond ring that went missing in an airport bathroom as the cast was traveling to Palm Springs.
Meredith tells Us Weekly she has “no reason to believe” that Monica stole Lisa’s ring.
“I mean, she did have a ring that looks very similar on her hand, but she said it was from Amazon,” the 52-year-old explained. “I have no reason to believe it. I wasn’t in the bathroom. I have no context for that whatsoever.”
“I don’t think any of the women actually ever said that. I think there was some rumor that got started online,” she continued, noting, “I don’t think anyone believes that either.”
Meredith also shares her thoughts on Heather Gay and Monica’s ongoing legal drama. The RHOSLC OG admits she knew some things about the lawsuit that made it all a little less surprising.
“There’s some stuff that you will learn that I knew about prior to hearing [about the lawsuits] which made it a little less shocking,” she explained. “But it’s still surprising.”
She also teased details about the dramatic phone call that Heather received during the cast trip to Bermuda.
During the phone call, which was teased in the RHOSLC trailer, Heather can be heard saying, “Hey, what did you find out? Are you kidding me right now? Shut the f—k up. How could she do this to us? I’m freaking the f—k out!”
The scene will play out in the upcoming RHOSLC season 4 finale episode.
Meredith confirms that Heather “learned stuff” on the call.
“I had certain things that I already knew that made the whole lawsuit less surprising [but] there were a lot of elements that went into this call, and I was shocked. It was not something I ever, ever in a million years would’ve expected,” she teased.
The OG RHOSLC star admits she doesn’t think Monica and Heather will ever be able to put their issues behind them.
“I think a lot of people have a lot of issues with Monica at this point, and I don’t know how they end up getting resolved,” she admitted. “I’m not saying anything’s impossible because everything’s always possible, but I don’t see it. I don’t see how it happens.”
Meanwhile, Meredith also reveals that fabricated storylines have happened on the show in past seasons. She admits that “there’s only one” former co-star who admitted to pretending on camera.
“They told me,” Meredith teased. While Meredith wouldn’t name names, she did get real about her shadiest moment on RHOSLC, which involved Lisa.
Meredith says she regrets “making any negative commentary at all, which I want to say was very limited, [about Lisa].”
She insisted, “I did not say all those rumors about Lisa. I just said there were these rumors, but I regret making that commentary.”
If you remember, during season 3, Meredith shared rumors about Lisa with co-star Whitney Rose: “I just heard that she was doing favors to help get places to pick up Vida Tequila.”
