EXCLUSIVE: Margaret Josephs Speaks Out After RHONJ Exit as Sources Say Her Time Was Up

Margaret Josephs is officially stepping away from The Real Housewives of New Jersey after seven seasons. but behind the scenes, the decision may not have been entirely hers.

In an Instagram video posted March 24, Margaret confirmed she will not be returning following Season 14, telling fans the choice had been in the works for months.
“I’ve been thinking about a lot of different things and I am moving on from the Housewives of New Jersey — sorry I don’t look a little more glamorous for you,” she said while filming from a beach.
Margaret revealed she had been in conversations with Bravo and Andy Cohen since late last year.
“I’ve been in the talks with the network and Andy since December, we’ve discussed it, and I think the timing is right,” she said.
She explained that changes in her personal and professional life played a role in the decision.
“A lot of things have changed in my life. I’ve been blessed to work on a different project, I’m on the set right now, and I realized I have to spend more time with my family, work on my designing and just take a break and move on.”
Margaret also thanked the network and her castmates.
“The good and the bad, I really do love you all,” she said.
She made it clear, however, that this isn’t the last fans will see of her.
“This will not be the last you guys see of me on television — that’s not a threat, it’s a promise.”
But according to sources close to production, there’s more to the story behind her exit.
Insiders tell us exclusively that the decision ultimately came from Bravo, with Margaret understanding and accepting the outcome.
“She no longer had a place on the show,” a source claimed.
The reasoning reportedly ties back to the ongoing issues that have plagued RHONJ in recent seasons.
“The whole reason the show was on pause was because of the same toxic drama with no reconciliation to be had,” the source said.
During test filming, it was allegedly clear that Margaret was still holding onto the same feud — particularly involving Teresa Giudice — which made moving the show forward difficult.

Sources also noted that her lack of support for a reconciliation between Teresa and her brother Joe Gorga didn’t help matters.
Andy Cohen recently confirmed that meetings have taken place to finalize the future of RHONJ and Margaret’s exit was the first big announcement.
Dorit Kemsley is looking back at her sit-down with Mauricio Umansky, and admitting she wishes she handled it differently.

During a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live After Show, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star opened up about her decision to meet with Kyle Richards’ estranged husband in an effort to get through to her own estranged husband, Paul “PK” Kemsley.
At the time, Dorit said she believed Mauricio could help bridge the gap. Now, she sees it differently.
“I was naïve to think that what he was saying was true and wanted to believe that he genuinely wanted to help the situation and could be unbiased,” she admitted.
Instead, Dorit feels Mauricio came into the conversation with a clear agenda.
“I know Mau came in to essentially be PK’s voice on the show.”
One moment in particular stood out to her — and left her especially hurt.
“But I think the thing that upset me the most, hurt me the most, is that when Mau was essentially suggesting that PK does not have a problem with alcohol,” she said.
Dorit pointed out that PK had previously admitted something very different.
“And PK sat in front of him the year before telling him, ‘I have a disease. I didn’t know how bad of a disease I had it.’”
She went on to criticize Mauricio’s role in PK’s life.
“And Mau, you know, PK’s a party friend, and he’s one of PK’s closest friends. PK needs good friends around him right now. His kids should be the single most important thing, not having a social buddy whose going to go out and party with you.”
Looking back, Dorit said the entire situation only made things worse.
“I think that it just hurt me, upset me, and I gave it oxygen,” she said. “So that’s why I regret it.”
Dorit also suggested that Mauricio’s friendship with PK may be influencing Kyle’s behavior.

When asked if she thinks Kyle uses her situation as a way to stay close to Mauricio, Dorit didn’t hesitate.
“I do,” she said. “I think that’s one aspect for sure. Unfortunately a little too much of an aspect.”
During their original conversation on the show, Dorit and Mauricio clashed over several issues, including PK’s relationship with their children and his drinking.
Mauricio, for his part, offered a more neutral take at the time.
“There’s always two sides to every story and there’s different perception,” he said. “It sounds like you guys have to talk.”
But for Dorit, the conversation didn’t bring clarity — it just left her with regrets.
Andy Cohen is reflecting on the legacy of the Real Housewives franchise, while also addressing the backlash surrounding The Real Housewives of Miami being put on pause.

Speaking on SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live, Andy got emotional while talking about the 20th anniversary of The Real Housewives of Orange County, the show that started it all.
“I got really misty on Saturday,” he shared. “I texted Lauri Waring Peterson, and I texted all the producers… it was the anniversary of the premiere date.”
He continued, “It’s like happy 20th anniversary. I mean, it’s wild. It is wild that it’s been 20 years.”
But the conversation quickly shifted to RHOM, which has recently faced uncertainty after Bravo paused production.
When co-host John Hill pointed out that Andy has been getting heat from fans, Andy didn’t deny it.
“I did. You know, I get the credit and I get the blame,” he said.
However, Andy made it clear that the decision wasn’t his.
“And I will say, this was not my decision. And by the way, look, I’m an EP on all these shows. If it was up to me, they would be rolling all the time and on. I mean, better for me.”
John then clarified what many fans have been debating online.
“Well it’s not canceled, it’s just a pause.”
Andy agreed.

“Yes, exactly. Thank you, John.”
He also acknowledged the strong reaction from viewers — and what ultimately drives decisions behind the scenes.
“And frankly, I’m happy that people are so passionate about it and I hope they tell their friends to watch. This is a ratings game after all.”
As RHOM remains in limbo, Cohen’s comments highlight both the business reality behind the franchise — and just how invested fans still are after two decades.
Bachelorette Producers Admit Taylor Frankie Paul “Gave Them Heart Attacks”
by Roxanne
written by Roxanne
Producers behind The Bachelorette are opening up about their concerns over Taylor Frankie Paul — and it sounds like her season was already raising eyebrows before it was ultimately canceled.

In a new interview with Vulture, showrunner Scott Teti revealed that while producers were excited about Taylor as the lead, they were also nervous about how much freedom she was given during filming.
“We let [Taylor] make her own decisions in a way that affected the format, and sometimes that was a little scary because it was ‘You want to do what?’” he said.
According to Teti, giving that level of control to a lead is not typical for the franchise.
“It gives producers heart attacks, but also it’s very exhilarating because you don’t usually give talent that freedom to do those things.”
He added that some of her choices left the team stunned in real time.
“There are moments that are just like, Oh my God, what has she done?”
Taylor was originally set to lead Season 22, which would have followed more than 20 contestants competing for her heart after her split from Dakota Mortensen.

At the time, Taylor said she was looking forward to stepping outside her comfort zone.
“I’m most looking forward to is meeting a handful of people that are outside my bubble,” she said in a previous interview.
“It’s out of my comfort zone, so, obviously, it’s scary. You’re dealing with feelings — and you’re dealing with other people’s feelings — and I don’t really like to hurt other people’s feelings.”
Still, Teti acknowledged that her personal life — particularly her highly publicized relationship with Dakota — raised concerns from the start.
“It’s always a concern of how people are going to react to all those things,” he said.
Despite that, he also saw her as compelling television.
“I realized, Oh my God, this girl is one of the most honest reality TV stars that I’ve ever seen.”
“As we talked more, I realized she has no ability to really lie. Everything is really authentic — all the truth just comes out.”
Ultimately, Taylor’s season was pulled after reports surfaced of an alleged domestic violence incident earlier this year.
With production halted and the show no longer moving forward, it appears the concerns producers had behind the scenes may have been just the beginning of a much bigger situation.
Kyle Richards is opening up about her relationship status following her split from Mauricio Umansky — and it sounds like work is her main focus right now.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star spoke to People at the An Unforgettable Evening charity event in Los Angeles, where she shared that she’s currently single and staying busy with multiple projects.
“All I do is work,” Kyle said.
She went on to explain just how much she has on her plate at the moment.
“I started my production company, House of 18, and I have four TV shows in development [that I’m] producing. So I’m just really excited about that, and I’ve been acting.”
Kyle added that she’s continuing to build her career both in front of and behind the camera.
“I just did Lincoln Lawyer. I just did another show. So just keeping acting and producing going while I’m doing the Housewives and just wearing a lot of hats, but keeping myself busy.”
Kyle and Mauricio separated in 2023 after 27 years of marriage. The two share three daughters together — Alexia, Sophia, and Portia — and Kyle is also mom to Farrah Brittany from a previous relationship.
Although she’s currently single, Kyle previously revealed on RHOBH that she did enter a relationship after the split — but chose to keep it private.
“When I’m in love with somebody, I want to share that. I’m an open person like that,” she said during a December 2025 episode.

However, she explained that the attention surrounding her personal life ultimately affected the relationship.
“That doesn’t mean the person I’m with feels the same way. All the speculation and the gossip and the talking is ultimately what ended it.”
“I could’ve weathered the storm, but this is not for everyone.”
Meanwhile, Mauricio has also said he is currently in an “era of being single.”
For now, Kyle appears focused on her career — and taking things one step at a time when it comes to her personal life.

Brandi Glanville Tells Lisa Rinna to Go Back to RHOBH, “Do Nothing” and Get the “F*ing Money”
by Roxanne

Brandi Glanville has some very direct advice for Lisa Rinna — go back to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, collect the paycheck, and don’t overdo it.

During a recent episode of her podcast Brandi Glanville Unfiltered, Brandi shared her thoughts on whether her longtime friend should return to the franchise. While she admitted she’s not sure if Rinna actually wants to come back, she made it clear what she would do in her position.
According to Brandi, the decision should come down to one thing: the money.
She said she’d tell Rinna to go back, get a lot of “f*cking money,” and then do “f*cking nothing.”

Brandi also pointed out that Rinna has already put in years of work on the show and doesn’t owe the franchise anything at this point.
In her view, if Rinna were to return, it should be completely on her own terms — without feeling the need to carry the show the way she did before.
Still, Brandi acknowledged that approach might not come naturally to Rinna.
She said Lisa tends to give “100% into everything she does,” which is part of why she became such a central figure on RHOBH in the first place.
Lisa Rinna left the show in 2023 after eight seasons, but she hasn’t stepped away from reality TV entirely. She recently appeared on The Traitors, sparking renewed interest from fans who would love to see her back in Beverly Hills.
While a return hasn’t been confirmed, Brandi’s message is simple — if the offer is right, take it… just maybe don’t work so hard this time.
Lisa Hochstein is speaking out as fans react to news that The Real Housewives of Miami has been put on pause.

With uncertainty surrounding the show’s future, the RHOM star took to social media to clear up what she says is a major misconception — that the show has been canceled.
“Guys RHOM is not cancelled,” Lisa Hochstein shared on her Instagram stories.
She made it clear that, in her view, the situation isn’t as final as some fans think.
“Sure it’s paused temporarily, but there are a number of important factors about why this decision was made.”
Lisa also hinted that changes could be coming if and when the show returns.
“Yes, there will be changes. But MIAMI isn’t going anywhere.”
While she didn’t specify what those “important factors” are, her comments come as reports suggest Bravo is reassessing the franchise behind the scenes.

So far, the network has not publicly explained the pause. However, earlier reporting indicated that RHOM has been the lowest-rated show in the current Housewives lineup, which could be part of the conversation.
Lisa’s statement echoes a familiar sentiment in the Bravo world — that a “pause” doesn’t necessarily mean the end.
For now, RHOM remains in limbo, with no timeline for a return — but at least according to Lisa, it’s far from over.
Amanda Frances Says Rachel Zoe Was “Nice to My Face” But Shaded Her on RHOBH

Amanda Frances is opening up about feeling blindsided by Rachel Zoe after watching The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills back.

The two joined the show as newbies this season, but while Rachel has largely stayed in the good graces of the cast, Amanda has found herself under constant scrutiny. Through it all, Amanda believed Rachel was one of the few women who had her back.
Now, she’s saying that wasn’t the full story.
Speaking on Carlos King’s Reality with The King podcast, Amanda explained that her experience with Rachel in person felt completely different from what she later saw on screen.
“Rachel was nice to my face 100 percent of the time. Until the reunion. She never said one negative thing, one skeptical thing, one cynical thing, one questioning thing, until the reunion,” Amanda said.
“She was 100 percent nice to my face 100 percent of the time.”

But that changed once the episodes started airing.
“I found out she didn’t like me from watching the show,” Amanda admitted, becoming emotional during the interview.
When Carlos asked why the moment was still affecting her, Amanda explained it came down to feeling let down by someone she respected.
“To find out someone who the whole world looks up to, you know, is looking for the worst in you…”
She trailed off, but made it clear the realization was disappointing.
Carlos suggested that Rachel may have been trying to align herself with the group, especially given the tension surrounding Amanda this season.
“Maybe it’s a little group thingy. I don’t know,” Amanda said.
As the season continues to play out, Amanda’s comments add another layer to her complicated dynamic with the cast — and suggest that even her closest allies may not have been as solid as she thought.
