Dorit Kemsley’s divorce from estranged husband Paul “PK” Kemsley is becoming increasingly contentious, with the businessman now making serious allegations about the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s parenting.

In newly revealed court documents, PK accused Dorit of excluding him from important decisions involving their two children, Jagger, 12, and Phoenix, 10. He also claimed that she relies heavily on household staff to handle their day-to-day care.
And while the former couple recently reached a partial financial settlement, their ongoing custody dispute appears far from resolved.
According to a declaration obtained by TMZ and published on November 2, PK alleged that Dorit has repeatedly made decisions about their children’s education without consulting him.
He specifically claimed that he was not involved in selecting Jagger’s school and had to learn about the decision from their children rather than from Dorit herself.
PK described what he characterized as Dorit’s lack of communication and cooperation as “shocking and disheartening.”
He then accused his estranged wife of intentionally keeping him out of important parenting decisions.
“She continues to make decisions without involving me at all,” PK claimed in the filing.
“I have no communication from [Dorit] about [our son’s] school events unless [our son] himself tells me.”
PK went on to allege that he receives little information directly from Dorit regarding Jagger’s education, leaving him dependent on their children for updates.
According to PK, he even learned which school Jagger would be attending through the children rather than through a conversation with Dorit.
But PK’s accusations didn’t stop with their disagreements over schooling.
The businessman also questioned how involved Dorit is in their children’s everyday routines.

In his declaration, PK characterized her parenting style as “parenting from afar.”
“[Dorit] is not a present parent,” PK alleged.
He further claimed that Dorit had been relying heavily on household employees to manage the children’s daily responsibilities long before their separation.
“Years ago, she began delegating her day-to-day parental responsibilities to the nanny and housekeeper,” he stated.
According to PK, the family’s nannies have been responsible for picking up the children from school, preparing their meals and handling other daily activities.
However, Dorit has denied PK’s allegations about her parenting.
The claims are part of the couple’s ongoing divorce proceedings and have not been established as findings of fact by the court.
The latest accusations come after months of increasingly personal disagreements between Dorit and PK, whose marriage began unraveling publicly in 2024.
The former couple announced their separation in May 2024 after nearly nine years of marriage.
At the time, they released a joint statement explaining that they had been experiencing difficulties and had decided to take some time apart while prioritizing their children.
However, their separation eventually became permanent.
In April 2025, Dorit officially filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.
The divorce quickly became a significant storyline on RHOBH, with Dorit speaking openly about the breakdown of her marriage and the emotional challenges of navigating life without PK.
During the show’s fifteenth season, Dorit admitted that communication between them had become increasingly difficult.
She also expressed frustration over what she described as PK’s lack of involvement in certain family matters following their separation.
But PK has presented a very different version of events in court.
In September 2026, PK accused Dorit of interfering with his ability to spend time with their children.
According to documents obtained by TMZ at the time, PK alleged that Dorit controlled when and whether Jagger and Phoenix could see him.
He claimed that she had even instructed him to arrange visits directly with the children rather than coordinating parenting time with her.
PK argued that placing that responsibility on two young children was inappropriate.
He also alleged that Dorit denied him parenting time on Father’s Day in both 2025 and 2026.
According to PK, Dorit instead arranged for the children to spend time with her parents.
The businessman further claimed that Dorit had traveled outside California with the children without his consent and had occasionally left them in the care of relatives or household staff rather than offering him the opportunity to look after them.
Those allegations remain disputed and have not been independently established.
The former couple has also been involved in a bitter disagreement over finances.
In earlier court filings, Dorit claimed that PK had controlled the family’s finances throughout their marriage.
According to Dorit, when she attempted to ask questions or become more involved in their financial decisions, PK interpreted her concerns as a lack of trust.
She alleged that the arrangement left her unaware of certain financial problems until after their separation.
Dorit also accused PK of failing to follow through on promises to continue paying household expenses.
In one filing, she claimed that she discovered their home’s gas service was at risk of being disconnected because of unpaid bills.
PK disputed Dorit’s version of events and challenged her claims about his financial responsibilities.
The former couple also disagreed over their respective incomes and how much financial support should be paid following the end of their marriage.
In September, Dorit sought more than $40,000 per month in combined child and spousal support.
PK pushed back against that request, arguing that Dorit earned more than he did through her RHOBH salary and other business opportunities.
He also proposed a much smaller child support payment and argued that neither party should receive spousal support.
Despite those disagreements, the couple appeared to make some progress during a court appearance on October 28.
According to Page Six, Dorit and PK spent hours negotiating at Los Angeles County Superior Court before reaching a partial financial settlement.
Although the terms of the agreement remain confidential, the development marked a step forward in their divorce proceedings.
However, the discussion surrounding their children was much more difficult.
During the court appearance, Judge George Bird reportedly expressed frustration over the couple’s inability to resolve their differences.
“I feel like every time we call this case, we’re getting further and further away,” the judge said.
He also reminded both parents that their children’s well-being needed to remain the priority throughout the proceedings.
The judge ultimately directed Dorit and PK to meet with another judge to discuss their custody disagreements.
Although the former couple managed to reach a partial agreement regarding finances, they were unable to resolve their differences over parenting arrangements.
Dorit and PK are now scheduled to return to court on November 24 for further settlement discussions.
They have also been ordered to participate in virtual mediation on December 2 in hopes of reaching an agreement regarding custody of Jagger and Phoenix.
