Brandi Glanville is crediting Yolanda Hadid for quietly showing up for her as she continues to deal with ongoing health issues.

During an episode of the Brandi Glanville Unfiltered podcast, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum revealed that Yolanda has been supportive behind the scenes and has helped connect her with doctors.
“Yolanda’s always been very helpful,” Brandi shared.
Brandi later added, “Yolanda’s been very helpful and she’s hooked me up with some doctors.”
While Brandi expressed gratitude for Yolanda’s help, she also admitted the financial burden of her treatment has been overwhelming.
“It’s just spending, spending, spending,” Brandi said. “If I had her bank account, it would be different.”
Brandi clarified that while she and Yolanda have both dealt with serious health issues, their situations are not the same.
“Our things are different. She has Lyme disease,” Brandi explained.

Yolanda has been open for years about her battle with Lyme disease, which was also discussed during her time on RHOBH. Now, Brandi is facing her own complicated health battle, which has involved facial disfigurement, daily IV treatments and a long search for answers.
A close friend recently launched a GoFundMe to help Brandi with her treatment and recovery. At the time this article was written, the fundraiser had raised $20,837 of its $28,000 goal.
The GoFundMe states that Brandi has been diagnosed with “highly resistant ESBL Klebsiella and Enterobacter with biofilm, Coccidioidomycosis (Valley Fever), Demodex dermatitis and mononucleosis.”
The fundraiser also says doctors identified a fungal ball in Brandi’s face that needs to be removed, and that her treatment plan includes months of daily IV medication through a PICC line.
Brandi recently spoke to TMZ about how isolating the experience has been, admitting that she stopped answering calls and texts because she never had new answers about what was happening with her health.
According to Brandi, some friends thought she was simply depressed because they did not believe something physical was actually wrong.
Brandi also explained that her treatment schedule consumes most of her day. She said she spends much of her time doing IVs and often only has about two hours to get anything done. Even then, she says that time is usually spent running to the pharmacy for more prescriptions.
Brandi also admitted that she has developed anxiety about leaving the house and often prefers staying home with her dogs.
She joked that her dogs love her no matter what she looks like.
Brandi’s health battle has drawn support from several Housewives stars. Kyle Richards, Vicki Gunvalson, Eileen Davidson, Camille Grammer and Claudia Jordan have all donated to her GoFundMe, while Camille previously said she wanted to return the kindness after Brandi once sent her flowers following her hysterectomy for uterine cancer.
