Kroy Biermann is facing more financial drama as his family continues to deal with son Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr.’s serious legal troubles.

According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Kim Zolciak’s estranged husband was ordered to pay more than $64,000 connected to a gambling debt from a November 2021 trip to the Bahamas.
The debt reportedly stems from Sky Warrior, a company that handles credit lines at the Baha Mar Casino in the Bahamas.
According to Us, Kroy defaulted on the debt, and the company has now moved to collect in his home state of Georgia.
Sky Warrior reportedly filed a request in December 2025 to transfer the case from New Jersey to Georgia. A Fulton County judge signed off on the request on March 17.
“The foreign judgment awards Sky Warrior the sum of $52,500, plus prejudgment interest, together with $11,927.35 in attorneys’ fees and costs,” the ruling stated, according to Us.
Altogether, the judgment brings Kroy’s gambling-related debt to more than $64,000.

Additional court documents reportedly show that Kroy, 40, was served the post-judgment order at his Georgia home on August 28.
The timing is notable because Kroy was served just days after his and Kim’s 15-year-old son, KJ, was arrested on August 17.
KJ is currently facing serious felony charges, including aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated sodomy, false imprisonment and three counts of sexual battery against a child under the age of 16.
The indictment stems from an alleged incident that occurred on April 23, 2026.
Prosecutors have also reportedly claimed that investigators found videos on KJ’s phone allegedly involving an underage family member, and that KJ had already been under court supervision since October 2025 in connection with that separate alleged incident.
Because KJ is a minor and the allegations involve minors, the case remains extremely sensitive. The allegations have not been proven in court, and KJ’s legal team has previously denied the claims against him.
Kim has also defended her son publicly through a representative, calling the allegations “reckless and deeply troubling” and stating that KJ “categorically denies” the allegations.
The gambling debt is another financial issue for Kim and Kroy, who have been involved in a very public divorce and ongoing money troubles for years.
Their financial problems have repeatedly made headlines, including foreclosure issues, lawsuits and unpaid bills, all while their divorce continues to drag on.
