According to a report from Page Six, prosecutors claimed during a Friday, September 11 bond hearing in Georgia’s Fulton County Superior Court that investigators found multiple videos on KJ’s cellphone allegedly showing him engaging in sexual activity with an underage family member.

The alleged discovery was revealed as KJ appeared in court for a bond hearing tied to a separate alleged sexual assault case involving a female classmate.

Fulton County Deputy District Attorney Caitlin McGillicuddy reportedly told the court that investigators discovered multiple videos on KJ’s phone that allegedly showed the teen engaging in penetrative sex and using “predatory, derogatory” language with a family member under the age of 12.

“This would now mark the second time he has been charged with an offense of a sexual nature of a very serious kind which involves female victims,” McGillicuddy said in court.

The district attorney also reportedly stated that KJ has been under court supervision since October 2025 following the alleged incident involving the family member.

The new allegation comes as KJ is already facing seven felony charges from a separate case involving an alleged incident with a female classmate.

According to court records viewed by People, KJ is currently facing charges of aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated sodomy, false imprisonment and three counts of sexual battery against a child under the age of 16.

The indictment stems from an alleged incident that occurred on April 23, 2026.

KJ was arrested on August 17 in Alpharetta, Georgia, and taken into custody at the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center in Atlanta.

During the bond hearing, KJ’s attorney, Jason Sheffield, reportedly argued that the situation has been “so traumatizing” for the teen, describing him as “not a boisterous kid” and “somewhat quiet.”

Sheffield requested that KJ be released on $65,000 bail and monitored at home by Kim Zolciak.

However, McGillicuddy pushed back, reportedly arguing that the female classmate in the separate alleged assault case suffered “documented physical injury” and describing the alleged conduct as “predatory.”

If bond is granted, prosecutors reportedly requested that it be set at $190,000.

Judge Melynee Leftridge is expected to decide whether KJ will be released on bond by Monday, September 14, according to Page Six.

Kim has previously defended her son through a representative, calling the allegations against him “reckless and deeply troubling” and stating that KJ “categorically denies” the claims.

Because KJ is a minor and the case involves alleged minor victims, the matter is especially sensitive. The allegations have not been proven in court, and the case will continue through the legal process.
